The sun was already high in the sky.

She was dressed in a loose white knit top that revealed half a shoulder and a black strap, paired with casual trousers, and she carried a designer bag on her arm.
Xia Keke seed to notice Li Feng looking and turned her head, pulling down her sunglasses to look at him with a hint of a bratty tone, "Do I look good?"
Li Feng didn’t feel the slightest bit caught for "spying"; instead, he took a few more glances at Xia Keke before nodding.
"Well, you may not cause the downfall of nations, but you’re certainly a stunning beauty."
Xia Keke chuckled, "I didn’t expect you to be so thick-skinned."
Right then, the elevator arrived. Xia Keke pushed her glasses back up and stepped inside, leaving a lingering scent drifting in the air.
Li Feng entered the elevator too, and Xia Keke imdiately moved aside, distancing herself as if she found Li Feng quite distasteful.
"Which floor are you going to?"
"The sa floor."
Xia Keke glanced at the lit button and didn’t say more. Li Feng didn’t pursue conversation either, but inside, Xia Keke wondered, was he playing dumb? Having been silenced by her a few tis, did he chicken out?
"Hey, I know you’re looking at . Have you recognized who I am?"
Xia Keke confronted Li Feng.
"Ha, put it out there."
Xia Keke extended her hand, and Li Feng turned to look at her, "Beautiful, are you hitting on ?"
", hitting on you?"
Xia Keke laughed in irritation, "Hey, what’s with your act? I know you’ve recognised . Why are you shy all of a sudden? You weren’t shy earlier, staring at straight on."
"Now you’re pretending with ? Let tell you, miss this opportunity, and it’s gone. I, Xia Keke, don’t just give autographs to anyone."
"Autograph? Are you so kind of a celebrity?" Li Feng looked at Xia Keke, hardly keeping up with the entertainnt world.
"Heh, play dumb, keep playing dumb," Xia Keke sneered.

Li Feng picked up his phone and searched for Xia Keke: "National Goddess Xia Keke." He looked up at her.

Li Feng compared the photo on his phone and Xia Keke: "To be honest, there’s a difference between the photo and you in person."
"Are you saying I’m catfishing?"

The elevator doors reached the floor and slowly opened.
"Heh, stupid straight man."
Xia Keke threw a mocking comnt at Li Feng and hurried out of the elevator ahead of him.
"Xia Keke."
"It’s Xia Keke."
Xia Keke had just stepped out of the elevator when the paparazzi’s voices echoed from a distance, "Xia Keke, is the man behind you your boyfriend?"
The paparazzi aid their caras straight at the two of them and started snapping wildly.
"Sir, may I ask what is your relationship with Xia Keke, how long have you known each other, and were you together all of last night?"
"Xia Keke, you rotten woman, stinking bitch, go to hell."
At that mont, soone wearing a mask darted out from one side, a bottle of unidentified liquid in their hand thrown straight at Xia Keke.
"Ah!"
Xia Keke twisted her body to dodge and stumbled into Li Feng’s chest, while the paparazzi around them didn’t bother with the assailant, choosing instead to snap even more photos.
Li Feng frowned and turned around to shield Xia Keke, retreating with her into the elevator.
"Can you get up now?"
Li Feng looked down at Xia Keke in his arms, and her shoulders heaved, "Is my face ruined? It hurts so much."
Li Feng pushed Xia Keke away, dipped his finger into so of the unidentified liquid on her face, slled it, and then tasted it with his tongue tip.
"You!"
Xia Keke watched Li Feng’s actions in shock.
"It’s just diluted chili water; it’s not strong enough to disfigure you, at the worst your face might feel a bit of a burning sensation."
"Are you sure?"
"If it were sulfuric acid or sothing of that sort, your face wouldn’t just be a little swollen, half of your facial skin would have burnt away, exposing the bone."
"It sounds like you might be right, but are you sure my face will really be okay?" Xia Keke took off her sunglasses and looked into Li Feng’s eyes.
"My face feels extrely uncomfortable. I really want to scratch it, are you sure I don’t need to go to the hospital?"
"If you’re that worried, then go ahead."
Xia Keke rolled her eyes and said, "Easy for you to say. There are so many paparazzi downstairs, how am I supposed to get out? Besides, there’s that lunatic who threw stuff at . What if he follows ? What if he throws sothing else? Will I even survive then?"
"You need to co up with sothing fast, I’m really uncomfortable."
Xia Keke complained persistently.
"What does your discomfort have to do with ? Call soone you know, you’re a celebrity, you should have an agent or sothing, right? Call them, let them figure sothing out."
Xia Keke rolled her eyes again, "Hey, are you even a man? I ca out this ti to avoid that annoying agent. I wanted so personal space, okay? Anyway, I don’t care; you’re responsible."
Having said that, Xia Keke reached out and grabbed Li Feng’s arm.
"You still want to cling to ?"
"Yeah, I’m clinging to you. What are you going to do about it?"
Li Feng looked at Xia Keke, then suddenly pinned her to the wall. Xia Keke’s face showed panic, "What, what are you trying to do?"
Yet, deep down, Xia Keke sneered coldly. All n were the sa; she didn’t believe that with her looks, there were n who could remain indifferent. Even if you’re a straight man, this goddess could still turn you around.
Li Feng looked at Xia Keke.
"Just go ho and wash your face several more tis. It should be fine in two or three days."
