"Little Zhuge ntioned before that the target was hit by Love Poison, which must be the handiwork of that woman ng Qi. Her Enchanting Fragrance and Soul-hooking Nail are particularly cruel; once a man is poisoned, not one has t a good end."
The Assassin glanced at Li Feng swimming in the lake, who was clearly trying to tabolize the poison through this thod, but he sneered at the attempt.
Even if Li Feng really survived the Love Poison, he would be utterly exhausted in the end.
"Moreover, he is now relying on strenuous exercise to expend energy and trying to save himself, which is simply a fool’s dream. Even if he makes it, he’d be practically done for."

Scorpion did not order his underlings to dive into the lake to kill Li Feng; the latter’s strength, evident in defeating Little Zhuge and others, was terrifying.

Li Feng had swum around the castle in the center of the lake more than a dozen tis, using up a lot of energy. He began to feel waves of weakness wash over him as the effects of the poison seed to wane, followed by a feeling of being hollowed out.
Wang Qian hurried over as Li Feng swam towards her and asked anxiously, "Li Feng, how are you feeling?"

Wang Qian responded with a hum and dragged Li Feng up to the castle in the middle of the lake. The castle stood alone in the center of the artificial lake, with no pathways connecting it to the outside world, just an isolated castle with so equipnt installed inside.

Wang Qian dragged Li Feng inside the castle and asked, "Li Feng, how do you feel now?" As she spoke, she touched his body.
"It doesn’t feel as hot as before."
At that mont, Wang Qian’s face flushed with a touch of red, and Li Feng also felt sowhat embarrassed.
Wang Qian, red-faced and red-eared, looked at Li Feng, "Li Feng, what should we do now?"

Li Feng refused flatly.

After saying this, Wang Qian had made up her mind. With no one else around, what was there to hesitate about? Besides, she wanted to save soone.

"Damn it, I’ve seen crazy, but I’ve never seen anyone as insane as you two. Bringing your romance here, get up now, and co with us to the park’s administration office. Wait for the police to deal with you."
"Do you have any idea how much damage your actions have wrought? We’re headed to the park administration office, and let the police take care of you," said two of the staffers, their faces unfriendly. This couple’s antics would cause the staff trouble, possibly costing them their bonuses, not to ntion a reprimand; no one would be in a good mood about this.
But just then, a person dressed in a park employee uniform suddenly struck, attacking another staffer from behind.
Thump, thump.
Three staff mbers collapsed to the ground. The remaining person looked at Li Feng and Wang Qian and clicked his tongue.
"It seems romantic to die under a peony, to beco a ghost of love."
Smacking his lips, he eyed Wang Qian, "Not bad looking, and still a fledgling. You wouldn’t lose out much in death."
"Who are you?"
Wang Qian looked at the man dressed as a staff mber and bit her teeth.
"Heh, can’t you guess? Oh, but right, you probably don’t know what’s happened," the Assassin said with a smirk.
"But it doesn’t matter anymore, the dead don’t need to know too much. I’m about to send you to the Western Heaven."
Li Feng propped himself up with his hand, struggling to get up, "Just you?"
"Ha, ha."
The Assassin let out three loud laughs and squinted at Li Feng, "I know you’re tough. Little Zhuge and his crew were all killed by you single-handedly. Honestly, you are indeed tough."
"Since I entered this world, I’ve never t anyone as powerful as you in the world."
"Just for this, you could be ranked in the Heavenly List."
"It’s a pity, though, that you probably don’t have much strength left, do you? You swam so many laps and exhausted most of your energy, and then you spent what little Qi was left with this girl. You must feel completely hollowed out now."
"Just look at you, you can barely stand straight. Do you still want to struggle?"
"If you must kill soone, let her go."
The Assassin shook his head and sneered, "Sorry, I can’t agree to that. She’s seen my face. Not only do you have to die, she has to die, and they all have to die."
