Li Feng looked mockingly towards Qi Shaobin, who was haggling, and snorted, "I’m leaving, can you stop ?"
Qi Shaobin’s face changed slightly.
"Li Feng, you can leave, but you’ve killed soone today. Do you think there’ll be no consequences after you leave? All I need to do is call the police, and you’re finished."
Li Feng looked down at Qi Shaobin.
"You dare call the police?"
"Why wouldn’t I? Since we can’t co to an agreent, let’s both go down together."
Li Feng laughed out loud, "So this is all you’re capable of, Qi Shaobin? I really overestimated you, playing cheap tricks on ."
Li Feng looked coldly at Qi Shaobin and suddenly kicked between Qi Shaobin’s legs. With an agonized cry, Qi Shaobin clutched his groin.
"I’ll be waiting for your call to the police."
Li Feng turned abruptly and walked straight back to Room 309. Qi Shaobin was rolling on the floor in pain, sweating profusely. After that kick from Li Feng, Qi Shaobin probably wouldn’t be a man anymore.
Li Feng didn’t torture Qi Shaobin further; physical destruction was too lenient for him. He wanted Qi Shaobin alive, to witness with his own eyes the collapse of Sihai Group and to feel the desperation of falling from the top to the bottom.
Li Feng wasn’t afraid at all of Qi Shaobin calling the police. Qi Shaobin didn’t dare; he himself wasn’t clean. Li Feng speculated that many of his henchn likely had previous convictions, not to ntion this was a private club.
If the police ca, would anyone ever co to this club again? Moreover, Li Feng knew the rules of this world well: you can seek revenge personally or use the police for show, but calling them in would be scorned.
Li Feng returned to his room, dragged the person from the bedroom out of the room, and into the bathroom to turn on the shower, letting the cold water pour over his head.
With his head up, Li Feng slowed his breathing. He was like a drunk person—clear-headed, but his body still in War God State, needing to calm the restless energy within.
Zhang Xue on the large bed began to stir, feeling a chill on her body. As she looked down, a flush of embarrassnt spread across her face. Hearing the sound of water in the bathroom, Zhang Xue’s cheeks reddened further as she pouted and pulled open the bathroom door.
"Darling, you’re up to no good again."
Zhang Xue walked into the bathroom, complaining sweetly, but when she turned her head and saw Li Feng under the shower, she was as if frozen by an Immobilization Spell.
"Ah!"
Zhang Xue let out a loud and sharp scream, staring at Li Feng under the shower: "Li Feng, what are you doing in my room? What have you done to , you shaless bastard?"
Zhang Xue’s voice was laced with fury as she questioned him. Then she grabbed a towel from the rack beside her to wrap around her graceful body, furiously throwing anything she could grab at Li Feng.
"I didn’t do anything."
"Didn’t do anything? Then where are my clothes? Why are my stockings torn? You shaless rogue, what did you do?"
Zhang Xue cursed, and as she saw Li Feng approaching, she panicked and hastily retreated from the bathroom. Li Feng grabbed a towel to wrap around himself.
"Don’t co any closer. If you dare touch , I’ll make sure you learn what regret ans."
Zhang Xue bit her lip while Li Feng coolly glanced at her, "In consideration of our past as husband and wife, let give you a piece of advice: always leave yourself a way out. Qi Shaobin doesn’t love you."
Zhang Xue scoffed coldly.
"Li Feng, are you trying to drive a wedge between us? I bet you’re just jealous. Did I get it wrong? You’re jealous because Shaobin can have , and you can’t have anything."
Li Feng looked at Zhang Xue, "Think what you like."
Li Feng put on a clean set of clothes and left the room. Zhang Xue watched him leave for a long while before stepping out herself. As soon as she walked into the living room, she discovered several people lying around. Muttering to herself, she hurriedly left the room only to find even more people sprawled in the corridor.
"Shaobin."
Zhang Xue quickly saw Qi Shaobin lying in the hallway and ran to him, "Shaobin, what happened to you?"
"Call for ergency help."
At the hospital.
Qi Haomin hurried to the ergency room and after a mont, the attending physician walked out. Qi Haomin rushed forward, "Doctor, how’s my son?"
The attending physician shook his head.
"My son is dead?"
Qi Haomin’s heart clenched. He only had this one son to carry on his legacy. Li Feng, I’ll fight you to the end. Qi Haomin already knew what had happened at the Mountain Villa, but he wasn’t going to consider who started the trouble.
"Chairman Qi, your son isn’t dead."
Qi Haomin grunted, looking at Doctor Feng, "Not dead? Then what do you an by shaking your head?"
"Director Qi, you’d better be prepared for the worst."
"Director Feng, what exactly is wrong with my son? Tell the truth."
"It appears that your son’s sexual function is irrecoverable."
"What do you an by that? Doesn’t that make my son a eunuch?"
Director Feng, looking at Director Qi whose eyes were bulging with shock, said, "The situation is indeed as such, I’m sorry, Director Qi, we’ve done our best."
"Cure my son, whatever it takes, no matter the cost. He’s my only child."
Qi Haomin grabbed Director Feng’s shoulders, bellowing loudly.
"Well, our hospital really has no ans left, perhaps you could inquire at other hospitals?"
"Dad, has Shaobin truly beco a eunuch?"
Zhang Xue stood by, her face filled with disbelief, unable to comprehend what had happened.
"Smack!"
Qi Haomin’s hand flew across Zhang Xue’s face in a slap, "It’s all because of you that Shaobin ended up like this."
"Dad, it’s not like that."
Qi Haomin, looking at Zhang Xue who was about to explain, lifted his foot and kicked her in the stomach, "Get out of the Qi Family, and don’t let see you again."
"Ah."
Zhang Xue clutched her stomach, suddenly bleeding from below.
Seeing this, Director Feng hurriedly called for a nurse, "Soone, help!"
Qi Haomin looked at Zhang Xue’s condition and turned away, indifferent.
"Li Feng."
Qi Haomin gritted his teeth with venomous hate, his own son hadn’t yet had children, and the Qi Family line was now severed. He couldn’t bear this grievance.
"Mr. Li, those two have left."
Li Feng returned to Outer Heaven, and Bai He imdiately ca forward to report, with Li Feng acknowledging with a grunt to show he understood.
"Li Feng."
Li Feng turned his head to look to the side.
"Li Feng, it really is you. I just knew I couldn’t have mistaken soone else," said a man in his twenties, smartly dressed in a suit, approaching him.
"What, don’t rember ?"
"You’re Ma Jue." Li Feng looked at the man as he adjusted the glasses on the bridge of his nose, a gesture that reminded him of the nerdy class president from their school days.
"Ha, you rember! It’s . It’s been seven or eight years since we graduated. You disappeared without a trace and never reached out. Who would’ve thought we’d bump into each other here? Do you work at this hotel?"
"A security guard?"
Li Feng mumbled vaguely, "You’re here because?"
"Ha, I’m getting married in a couple of days. The reception is booked here, and I ca over today for the rehearsal."
"My dear, what are you doing? Hurry up, my friend is waiting and it’s not easy for him to find the ti."
"I ran into an old classmate. Let introduce you; this is Li Feng, my classmate. He also works at the Outer Heaven Hotel, how’s that for a coincidence?"
"Oh?"
"Li Feng, this is my fiancée, Sun Rui, pretty isn’t she?"
"Hmm." Li Feng nodded.
"Hello, what do you do here at the hotel? My friend is the lobby manager here, her surna is Tong, do you know her?"
Of course, Li Feng didn’t know her, and seeing this, Ma Rui added from the side, "They’re not in the sa departnt, my classmate here is a security guard."
"Oh." Sun Rui looked at Li Feng with disdain, then turned to Ma Rui, "My friend is still waiting, and she’s been very involved with my arrangents, let’s hurry."
"Li Feng, I’m getting married here the day after tomorrow, be sure to co by."
Sun Rui, pulling Ma Rui away, said, "He’s just a security guard who watches the gate, why invite him? Those few hundred bucks, nothing but an embarrassnt."
