Li Feng wasn’t guessing based on her face alone; her exuberant personality was sothing he rembered quite well. Especially since her na contained ’Jing’, but she was the most rambunctious girl in the class. Hard to forget, even if he wanted to.
"And her?"
"Is she He Yun?" Li Feng said, sowhat uncertain, to which Hu Jing exclaid, "Congratulations again, but really, you recognized her just like that?"
"Hu Jing, what do you an by that?"
He Yun pouted, turning around to playfully strike at Hu Jing, who hastily dodged, only to bump into soone behind her: "Sorry, my bad."
Hu Jing turned to apologize: "Um, Zhao Feifei, Liu Ergou, Xie Xiaojian."
The three n had a blank expression: "You’re Hu Jing?"
"Ha, am I that conspicuous? Each of you guessed who I am right off the bat. Don’t tell you guys had a crush on back in school."
"Hu Jing, don’t flatter yourself. If we had a crush, it was on the class beauty, not a crazy woman like you."
"Exactly."
"You can’t get pearls out of a dog’s mouth. Fellow school hunk, they had a crush on your class beauty and you’re not going to hit them?" Hu Jing turned to look at Li Feng.
"Li Feng?"
The three n turned to look at Li Feng holding the sign: "Li Feng, you played disappearing act right after graduation, no contact at all. Never thought the class president had such divine skills to actually get in touch with you."
"I heard the class beauty is coming today too."
"For real?"
"How could it be fake? She’s famous now, the class president specially invited her to sing a song."
Zhao Feifei chatted in a gossipy way.
Hu Jing exclaid, "I know, the class beauty’s recent TV series is a blast, and she’s shot to fa. She’s now one of the four ’Small Flowers’ of Sea City. The class president sure carries a lot of sway."
Hu Jing said, turning to Li Feng: "Handso classmate, the class beauty is coming, don’t you feel a bit nostalgic or sothing?"
"You all ca, please, inside, please, I’ve arranged seats for you in the first three rows, you must eat and drink well today."
"Li Feng, I’ll take them in; you help keep an eye on things here for a while."
Ma Rui said this as he waved to the other classmates and walked into the hall.

"I rember back in the day, the school hunk had the grades for a top university, didn’t he?"
"Look at your mindset, what’s wrong with being a security guard? Outer Heaven is a six-star hotel; the security here makes good money. Don’t look down on others; your salary may not even be higher than his."
Ma Rui laughed as he defended, though his defense sounded a lot like anything but praise. At that mont, Ma Rui’s phone rang: "Sorry, I have to go and pick up our class belle; she’s downstairs."
Ma Rui turned and left.
"Tsk, the class president’s mouth really has been ’blessed’, he used to not even be able to fart out a word, and now he can talk the dead to life without dirty words."
"Who doesn’t know class president pursued the class belle back then and got outright rejected; instead, she chased the school beauty. I think he’s doing this on purpose."
"Let’s tone it down, fellows. He’s pretty high and mighty now, married a bureau chief’s daughter, and is reaping the rewards in both career and love. His life has really hit its peak."
"Stop being sour. Once the class belle arrives, there’s going to be a good show. I’ve always been curious about what happened back then when the class belle chased the school hunk."

Ma Rui went downstairs to receive the class belle, took the elevator to the third floor, and soon arrived at the wedding banquet hall.

Tong Qian acknowledged with an "Oh," nodded at Li Feng, and followed Ma Rui into the hall.
"This Ma Rui really knows how to play dirty, I’m sure he’s doing it on purpose." Hu Jing appeared behind Li Feng like a ghost and huffed.
Li Feng turned to look at Hu Jing: "How did you get here?"
"Here, have a candy, cool off. You know what kind of person Ma Rui is after all. He’s been holding a grudge because the class belle rejected him, and now he wants everyone to know you’re working as a security guard here, while he’s on the fast track, successful and prosperous."
Hu Jing’s insight was crystal clear; essentially, it was about trampling on Li Feng to show off his own superiority.
Li Feng just smiled faintly.
"Li Feng, there’s sothing I’ve been wanting to ask you." Hu Jing nudged Li Feng with her shoulder and squinted her crescent eyes, "I’ve been holding it in for a long ti."
