"There is a good chance that the "Doctor" may have took off his mask and equipnt and blended in with panicking crowd that ran away from the city, or may have used that entire chaos as cover in order to leave completely undetected."

"I told you! We needed to investigate that whole incident with Min city!" – said angry elderly dark elf.

"A straight up city was destroyed and on top of that the culprit was able to weaponize the fuking plague and so sort weird monsters made out of different people and other things?!"

"What the hell is his even goal anyway?"

"According to the informations from the adventures, that guy made a speech about him planning on killing everybody and destroying Dawn city."

"Is that guy goal is just destruction?"

"Or maybe so of the neighboring kingdoms decided to send that bastard our way to weaken us before attacking us?"

"According to the old man Puck, the demi human kingdom right next to us have been acting pretty weirdly recently."

"They are way bigger kingdom that us and they are way more powerful, so I don't really see them having any need to even use terrorist on us!"

"If they wanted to, they could easily crush us!"

Several days had passed after the "Doctor" disappearance.

The soldiers of the kingdom had already gotten to the desolated Dawn city and started repairing it.

Its good news…. But also, the bad news.

Like people feared and predicted, the "Doctor" had once again disappeared and nobody even knows where he is.

The players that started in the Dawn city were already sick and tired of the "Doctor" and his bullshit, since he is straight up running their fun or randomly appearing and killing them, before then disappearing as if he didn't existed.

However, many players saw this as an opportunity.

People started looking and trying to find the "Doctor" or any informations about him.

It wasn't just because of a sense of "Justice" or "Revenge", but money and glory.

If you catch or expose the "Doctor", you will get fa from people, both NPCs and the players, while also receiving their praise as well as the rewards from the kingdom itself!

But then again, people were also getting scared. Both players and NPCs.

Many players kind of don't want to start in the Agion kingdom, considering that the "Doctor" had destroyed the previous starting locations in that kingdom, making less people starting in the Agion kingdom.

As for NPCs? They feared him.

The stories of his chiras had spread far and wide, and now people have so sort of gist of what kind of creatures those chiras are.

Not only that, but there is also the fact that he wields plagues and nobody likes those.

But the worst part is that he disappeared.

Nobody knew where he was nor who he was.

The king and his n had spread the world to fortify every single settlent just in case and that sowhat cald people down…. But only sowhat. A lot of people were still scared about the "Doctor" possibly appearing right outside their doors.

But, the situation sowhat improved.

The players were looking around vigilantly for the traces of the "Doctor", while the kingdom was now doing sothing regarding the people safety.

And while that was happening, the king and the nobles had held yet another eting.

"Okay… The situation has sowhat stabilized in the kingdom." – said the timid orc noble.

"The people are scared… But by recruiting adventures for our search for the "Doctor", people now are sowhat relieved that he is being "Hunted down"."

"The sa goes to the Dawn city."

"The plague that had infected the city did not seed to be a long lasting, so the repairs of the city are sowhat going smoothly thanks to that." – said the goblin with monocle.

"Is sothing is wrong?" – asked the goblin with the scar that noticed the orc king worried expression.

"Do we…. We still don't have any leads, don't we?" – asked the king.

"Not exactly." – said the goblin with the scar.

"Wait, what?!" – said the king as he suddenly stood up.

"The knights made a research around the Dawn city mountains and found out so sort of hidden hideout that was possible used by the "Doctor"."

"The place was cleaned out of anything important, but it was definitely made recently AND it was even used sowhat recently."

"There were also so traces as if a large group of beings were stored inside."

"By the look of things, we managed to find where the "Doctor" made his preparations."

"Wait…. So, you are telling that the "Doctor" had made a hideout that he used as his base of operation?" – asked the elderly dark elf.

"Precisely."

"The location was to be more specific in the area where a lot of monsters as well as powerful monsters were living." – explained the goblin with the scar.

"I had also looked into the informations about the city and paid so adventurers for the informations, it was worth."

"The appearance of so of the monsters were sowhat similar to the monsters in the city reports."

"I believe that the "Doctor" is using the areas with the high monsters concertation to build his base there in order to both hide himself and use the monsters there as his materials."

"There is also the informations that those chiras did not appeared in the city, but instead outside the city. According to one of the guards that had ran away, the chiras attacked the gate used by rchants and miners."

"The sa goes for the Min city as well as the town they attacked."

"He cannot bring those chiras inside the city, but he has them prepared NEAR the city."

"True… Yes! It would explain how those monsters got so close to the settlent without anybody noticing!" – said the king.

"Gigo. Please continue searching for any possible informations or clues about the Doctor in the Dawn city, but try to keep it maybe secret and don't spread the news about your discovery, YET!"

"Why not yet? Even if this is just a theory, it can still boost our chances to find the "Doctor"." – said the elderly dark elf woman.

"Yes, but if we spread those news, the "Doctor" will also hear about them as well, right?"

"I honestly believe that this whole theory about him having an hideouts outside the settlents that he uses to prepare for the attack WOULD make a huge sense, considering that he disappears for a long ti after each attack he had committed. He needed to prepare and replace all monsters he made." – said the orc king.

"In believe the Gigo theory, since it could explain many things all together."

"But what if we announce it, we will force the "Doctor" to take action?"

"What if we announce it now, the "Doctor" will take action and destroy another settlent?"

"We don't want that."

"Not only that, but during the Dawn city accident, the "Doctor" apparently just appeared in the city."

"So the "Doctor" makes his first move, before the chiras."

"And even if we fail to stop the "Doctor" from entering the city, his chiras won't be able to fallow him AND he would be all alone."

"There will be probably so casualties…. But it will be kept to minimum, if not have been completely prevented!" – said the goblin with monocle.

"This is an excellent plant your majesty!"

"Well, I only ca up with just now, but I got to say, it is really good plan." – said the orc king.

"Still, we cannot rush it yet, if we do, we will be the ones in real trouble."

"Check things out in the Dawn city and that hideout, WE NEED ALL THE POSSIBLE CLUES AND LEADS!"

"After that, we will start reinforcing the gates and checkpoints."

"And after that we will announce our theories and findings to the public, making the "Doctor" and his allies panic, while also having the adventurers becoming our hounds that will hunt for us."

"This is our plan."

"But make absolutely sure to not speak about this with anybody, got it? We don't know if the people that the "Doctor" possible works for have so spies among our people."

"This plan will determine the fate of kingdom."

"What the hell are you all waiting for? GET TO IT!"
