[VRMMO] Chaos Doctor Chapter 40 – Chimera test – Field – Part 2

After making sure that there were no bandits around, I set up my ambush and just waited.

(You know, I kind of thought there would be sobody by now or sothing, considering how many rchants and players use this place for their travels and all…...)

Phantasia suddenly shut himself up after hearing sothing from the distance.

He quickly hid behind a large tree and observed the road as a caravan that was being dragged by a horse was coming his way.

"…."

(It doesn't appear to be a rchant caravan…... I see people on the back…...Trasport caravan?)

(Shit.)

(Those are definitely players.)

(This was…. Straight up worse timing from get go.)

(I wanted to have a rchant first or sothing to secure so corpse…... Should I let these guys go by?)

(I want the humanoid corpses…... But letting them go like that would be a waste since I need battle data before human corpses.)

(But I can't make too big of a ss or too many attacks…..)

(They are too good of the test targets for my chiras to test out their strength.)

(Usually, the people who leave the capital and head here are usually between level 85 – 100.}

(I don't know if those chiras will kill them or not, but that doesn't really matter.)

(All I want to see if they can handle them or now.)

(I really wanted the corpse, but I guess I need to give up for the more important things.)

"Make sure that nobody is left alive and fight either they or you die." – said Phantasia to his chiras that were on standby.

The caravan continues traveling on the road.

The ride was very peaceful…. Well, it "Was".

Suddenly, out of nowhere a snake ca flying and bit the horse neck before even the caravan owner realized.

The horse began shaking and rampaging, trying to get rid of the snake while the caravan owner tried to calm the horse and do sothing about the snake.

However, it was all in vain as the horse ended up breaking the straps, detaching itself from the caravan before running off.

Bu the horse didn't really run far off because when it tried to, there were two dugues chiras waiting that quickly captured the horse and killed it by ripping and cutting it to pieces.

The caravan owner stared as the 3 unknown monsters had just finished killing his horse.

"Hey! What the hell is going on?!" – said the man that was riding the caravan.

A group of 5 players that were riding the caravan were completely startler as caravan horse started acting crazy, shaking the entire caravan.

When the players looked what the hell was going on, they saw 3 monsters killing the caravan owner horse that just ran away.

"?!"

"The fuck is this?!" – said the orc player.

"Hey! What are these things?!" – said orc player to the caravan owner.

"I-I don't know!" – said the scared dark elf NPC.

"I never saw anything like this before and this place shouldn't have any monsters like this?!" – said the extrely confused and scared caravan owner.

"Em…. People?" – said the female dark elf player.

"There are behind us as well!"

"!" – the players turned around quickly and saw the a third weirdly muscular dugues alongside the pair of four ard and four legged stone monkeys chiras.

"…."

"Okay…. What the fuck?!" – said the human player.

"Is this so sort of random event?"

"How the hell is this random event?" – said the female orc player with a bow while getting off the caravan.

"This route is supposed to be 100% safe."

"I would get bandits or sothing, but those are definitely not bandits!"

"If sothing like that would happened before, would people find out about this easily?!"

"…."

"You are right." – said the human player while getting off the caravan alongside other players.

"Mister, please stay behind us." – said the human player while trying to cover the caravan owner.

"We need to- "

Before the player could finish speaking, he got suddenly hit with a big rock right in the head from the right.

Before anybody realized, the human player was on the ground.

"?!" – the female and male orc players saw their leader hitting the ground and tried doing sothing, but-

"Ahght?!"

Before anybody realized, the caravan owner was attacked from behind with rocks.

The parts chiras that were made stone monkeys bodies were throwing stones with their four arms.

The orc player quickly stepped in and used his great shield to block the stones.

"Hey! What are you doing! Heal them for crying out loud!" – shouted the orc player to the goblin player.

"Y-yes!" – replied male goblin priest player who began healing the leader was trying to get up as well as the injured caravan owner.

However, it wasn't the end.

The monsters from behind and from front began charging at them, making an all-out battle start.

While all of that was happening, Phantasia was observing the entire chaos unfold from the safe spot where he could see everything without any problems.

"…."

(So far, they are holding out well.)

(The pieces stone monkey chira did landed a solid attack on their maybe leader, but he didn't died.)

(However, he seem to have suffered a lot of damage.)

(Well, he did got hit with big rock right in the head that had a lot of power and all. Honestly, I'm more surprise that he sohow survived that.)

(But anyway, these guys are doing quiet fine right now.)

(They realized that there is enemy in the forest and that enemy is the piece stone monkey chira.)

(He will hit them hard unless they deal with them.)

(On the back there is duo of the parts stone monkeys chiras who throw weaker rocks, but they throw it more often than regular stone monkey.)

(And, there are also these guys.)

After the party leader was healed by the goblin priest, he instantly took his sword and joined the fight, but as soon as he tried to, he was forced to block when an giant claw ca at him.

"?!"

In front of the party leader was a dugues chira.

However, this chira was visible different in many ways compare to the other chiras that Phantasia made using dugues corpse.

The monster entire body was bigger and thicker.

Inside its body, its bones were combined with the another dugues and their flesh was stitched together, giving is muscular and thicker appearance.

The monster had sa number of fingers as before, but now it had two claws sticking out from single finger.

(This one…. Is one of more interesting chiras I made.)

(It did lose its nimble body.)

(But oh boy.)

(He can hit hard.)

"?!" – the swordman tried pushing away the monster claw, but realized he wasn't able to.

He quicky pulled his sword back, making the monster attack hit the ground with a lot of force.

The swordman then enchanted his sword with an [Sword Strike] and attacked chira, landing a solid hit and dealing damage to it.

However, it wasn't enough to kill it.

"?!" – the man realized the monster was still alive.

The monster swinged its other hand, slashing the man across the chest with claws, dealing massive damage to already wounded.

The man once again ended up on the ground, but this ti he was straight up at the death door and another hit like that would definitely kill him.

The chira was about to finish the man off, but the female orc archer fired her arrows, hitting the chira and stopping it.

"Hey! A little hand here?!" – shouted the female orc archer that was firing arrows nonstop.

"I'm straight up busy if you can't fuking see!" – replied the male orc player while getting attacked by the chira dugues while trying to protect the caravan driver from the stone monkeys.

"Shit! What are the- "

Before the archer could finish speaking, she saw the red cobra chira jumping from the ground and using its wings to boost itself, flying towards the archer.

The archer couldn't dodge and as was the chira about to bite her, the female dark elf player rushed in and slashed the chira with spear that was enchanted with the skill [Power Spear], pushing away the chira as saving the archer.

"T-thanks!" – said the scared orc archer.

"No problem, but – SHIT!"

The third dugues chira attacks, forcing the female dark elf to counter attack and engage in battle against the chira.

Each and every party mbers of the group was currently trying everything they can to survive.

Both sides were taking damage, but none of the players nor the chiras had died yet.

The battle was fierce.

However, while all of that chaos was happening, Phantasia has yet to lift the finger or even do anything personally.

He just observed everything and that is all.

However, it was more than enough for him.

"…."

(GOOD!) – though Phantasia while smiling maliciously behind his mask.

(These people aren't so noobs!)

(They are pretty well balanced party that possess each good mber!)

(Fuck it!)

(It was worth it attacking them!)

(Fight them!)

(Kill these chiras!)

(Show everything you have!)

(I know that you guys are at least "Good" players.)

(I saw so other players hunting and I can tell that these guys are noticeable better than the guys in the danger forest.)

(For crying out loud!)

(I sohow managed to get the perfect test subjects!)

(These guys are maybe around 100 or maybe bit below since they left the capital city, but still they were pretty good!)

(They probably have so titles as well to back up their power.)

(No. They definitely have so if not so C ranks titles as well or multiple D ranks.)

(However, the interesting bit is that have yet to be discovered!)

(I know that I may have still chance of getting seen and all, but I don't fuking care!)

(These bastards are giving a lot of information that I desperately need!)

(A perfect test subjects showed up.)
