[VRMMO] Chaos Doctor Chapter 44 – Phantasia real aim

Before the man could finish speaking, he was shot right in the forehead with a crossbow bolt before dropping dead.

(If I didn't cleaned up sowhat, that guy would have escaped before I noticed and would have alard others.) – though Phantasia.

(I should have expected for the things like rchant to visit this place or sothing.)

(Still, I kept my guard just in case.)

Behind Phantasia, there was huge group of chira monsters that were ready for combat.

"This rchant body looks no good, but his horse corpse will be an interesting." – said Phantasia before collecting the horse corpse.

After collecting the horse corpse, Phantasia summoned his own horse and quickly got on it.

"Well then."

"Everybody! Fallow !"

The ti was up.

The necessary chiras have been created.

However, according to that rchant I killed recently, he said that the neighboring village who they are good friends with ended up worrying about this village since they haven't heard anything from them for so ti.

Well, it really doesn't bother .

Why?

Well because their village was my second target in the first place!

I and the fast moving chiras went ahead and ran towards the second village.

This ti I had way more chiras. I obviously can't store that many chiras, so they are outside all. Bit risky approach, but I don't need to worry since players don't take this route.

Well, there is one thing I need to worry though.

The first attack started long ti ago and people are realizing that sothing must have happened.

I finished the preparation in ti and I need to attack before a proper investigation is send.

The first one to notice was the neighboring village, but its not the problem since they were my second target anyway.

and chira quickly made our way towards the second village.

They did saw us coming from afar, but it was too late. The fast moving chiras and on my horse got to them before they could even try to escape, making the raid start almost instantly.

I did heard from the villagers that this village is small, but it was way smaller than I though. Dealing with that entire village and killing everybody there didn't honestly took long.

The second village has been destroyed as planned.

The second village has been destroyed successfully without letting anybody escape.

I didn't get any new titles; however, 2 growth type titles did ranked up….

Fuck .

The title [Destroyer Village] and [Settlent Destroyer] didn't ranked up.

I can kind of guess why.

Both of the villages were quite small, too small, they were very small. The second one was especially small.

So, I can kind of understand why I didn't managed to rank up those titles. I may or may not get them after destroying the third village. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I didn't got it at this point.

There is a [NPC Murder] didn't ranked up.

This title grows if I kill NPCs without dying in between. A streak or sothing you could say.

So, why it didn't worked?

Well, I died.

I died when I was hunting in danger forest.

So, yea, the streak got broken.

However, there is another problem.

It may seem like I'm getting a lot of titles right now, but I'm not unfortunately. I an like I'm not getting enough points.

The E rank titles could be easily obtained and the D rank titles required bit of challenge, but C rank titles…. Oh boy. They are problematic.

Getting D or E rank titles right now kind of ans nothing unless I get a lot of them.

There are growth type titles, however the required to grow them each new ti is getting higher and higher.

So, the rate of acquiring titles got extrely slowed down after I left the beginner city.

I have grow titles, the titles that can keep ranking up and evolving, but it takes both ti and effort.

Ranking them up at the start may seem easy, but the more you do it, the harder it gets, aning you are getting less power and can only get more by putting even more efforts.

Grow titles are good. Don't take wrong. But to make them really shine you need to develop them and all.

So titles provide higher rewards as they evolve, but there is also different type titles that is just simple title that doesn't have ability to grow.

It may seem like the non-grow titles are inferior, but that is not the case.

For example.

[E rank grow title can give you 5 stat points per rank.]

[E rank non grow title can give you 30 or even 50 stat points from get go.]

It works like that.

Not only that, but titles that give you more points have even bigger requirents. But the more you grow your title, the higher reward is.

For example, my title [NPC Killer].

The number of NPCs I need to kill to rank it up got bigger, but the bonus got…... Well, the bonus only got bit bigger, so honestly the version where you needed to just kill 25 NPCs was way better…... Yea…. Fuck.

Well, not all grow titles are that bad like this one, for example [Craft] given 5 class points, then 10, then 25 after crafting rare rarity item…... Well, it did required a lot of ti and research as well as materials…... So, it wasn't exactly easy and was bit problematic.

So grow titles are good while so are bad. So grow titles just requires you to just do your own stuff, but so requires you to do specific action like killing players or NPCs for example.

So grow titles may provide very strong effect each rank, but instead take way more efforts to rank up even once.

So, yea, grow titles varies in many different ways. So are good and so are…. Bit problematic to grow.

For FUKING EXAMPLE [CHAOS MAKER]. How the hell do I make this thing grow?! I still don't get this title. Do I need to act like mad man or sothing to make it grow? All it says that I need to create chaos to make it grow.

But what qualifies as chaos? Burning down house? Committing genocide?

Or for example doing a revolution against cruel king or for example influencing the entire kingdom or/and specific location with your actions in so way?

Let's just forget it for now and speak about sothing different.

About other players strength and NPCs.

I'm obviously not the only player out there who knows about titles and how valuable they can be. Its honestly extrely easy to discover titles considering how easily you can get [E] rank titles.

In short, everybody out there knows about existence of titles since earlies days of the ga.

They not only level up to get stronger but also try various stuff to obtain titles. In short, they are doing the sa thing as to grow stronger…. Well expect the fact that I'm committing genocide and I did spread the plague on purpose to destroy the city. But hey, my thod worked, right?

Anyway, ALL players can grow stronger using titles, just like , so I'm nobody special.

NPCs probably also use title system or sothing similar, since different NPCs may have way higher strength, even though they have sa level, sa classes total level, sa equipnt and other stuff.

For example, take the mayor guards that I encounter in Min.

They were strong like hell, even though they level wasn't supposed to be this high and I had already a shit tons of titles.

Or for example these "Test subject" players I used to see how my chiras fight against the players.

They were clearly not evil people like , aning that doing good stuff can also give you titles.

So, I'm not the only one getting stronger. Players and NPCs have their own ans of getting stronger and let's not forget about leveling up since this is one of the best ways of growing stronger.

Anyway, ? My plan is sowhat working since I got new titles…. But I don't think this is enough for the "Last target" I'm aiming for.

Let's just hope the third village will be much bigger and will be also much more challenging. Maybe it will rank up my titles or get so new ones.

I instantly began preparing for the third raid while hiding in the remains of the destroyed village just like before.

After so ti had passed, the preparation for the third attack have been completed and the chiras and were on move again.

The third target was the village bit more far away from this one.

However, while I was on the road, I ended up encountering the villagers from the second village.

When I beat them up, I ended up learning that they went out and visited the village I was heading to. They apparently went and did so trade with them.

I almost shitted my pants when they said they were from the village I ca from, thinking that so of them escaped without even knowing, but it was false alarm.

By the way, chiras ate them alive and I took their horse corpse.

The first and the second village had so horse, so I went and created those fake centaurs using dark elves bodies. I have now so cavalry.

The human chiras are…. Quite good?

I give them so of the farming tools as weapons and they can wield them. Stab, smack, slash and stuff.

They are bit dull and robotic to the point you can easily tell how they can fight and even idiot could tell how they will attack.

I don't know if this depends on what corpse I use, like farr or soldier.

Well, I would need a soldier to confirm this theory in the first place.

There is also the fact that I bit rushed it, but oh well.

However, for now I should focus on the third village raid.

It took so ti but I was finally able to see it in the distance.

This village was much bigger compare to the other two, but I had a way more chiras than before.

I instantly launched attack again and this ti with my pseudo centaurs as well.

There were few problems here and there, for example I didn't realized that so of them knew how to fight…. Well, they ended up ganged up by chiras and eaten alive, so yea, resistance didn't lasted long since I also spread a freckling poison around like a bastard.

It was way more problematic than other two villages, but in the end the village was destroyed.

It took way more effort than before, but I did it.

The third village was no more than just rubles.

(I thought I would get sa amount of titles I did when I straight up wrecked the entire beginner city, but I guess the villages were too small, huh? Well, I did knew that they were small thanks to the rchant from the city AND the rchant I murdered that tried going to the village I was in.)

(But still, the progress wasn't as big as I hoped.)

(Well, it's not like I could have targeted "That" city since I would get fucked on the spot, so honestly this was the only option.)

(Still, it should be sowhat…. Enough?)

"Anyway." – said Phantasia while taking out the map from his inventory.

(All 3 villages that were on my path had been dealt with.)

(I got way less titles than I thought, but I did secured good amount of points.)

(I used every single point I got into the [Necro Mastery] and began increasing my number of chiras.)

(The first, second and third villages were only build up and I knew that they would be not enough for …. Well, I did hoped for the better titles and more, but still I did…. Never mind.)

(There are three reason why I chose these 4 villages specifically.)

(The first are the titles I could get by destroying them.)

(The second was for the human type materials in order to create more chiras.)

(The third was an safe route, since players don't take this route since it will just waste their ti.)

"The first village is located quiet far away from the city I ca from."

"But the third village was extrely far away from the second village."

"In short, I ended up traveling quiet a distance."

"But there was reason for all this!"

"The reason why I took this route was to stay hidden and go around so nobody would know!" – said Phantasia while smiling malicious at the map.
