[VRMMO] Chaos Doctor Chapter 86 – Doctor in Dawn city

"Are you sure about this?!" – asked the guard who was running through the streets alongside few other guards.

"Yea! Sobody had broken into the Evilin workshop and people even saw the unknown person just killing the guards before then entering the smith!" – said the panicking guard.

"Shit! They are after Evilin again?!"

"We need to hurry!"

The guards of the city had been alard by the unknown assailant who murdered people near the back entrance, alongside the workshop guards, straight up in broad daylight, as if the culprit did not cared if sobody saw him or not.

The guards began rushing straight towards the workshop and as soon as so of them arrived near the workshop, they realized sothing was wrong.

The guards working for the Evilin workshop were nowhere to be seen and that alard the guards extrely, considering the fact that the Evilin himself had boosted up his own workshop defenses.

However, before long the guards would start hearing screams coming from workshop.

"!"

"Go! We need to- "

The guards entered through the main gate of the workshop, but before they could reach the main door of the workshop, it was suddenly burseted open by the explosion that ended up shocking the guards and making them stop in their place.

The guards wondered what just happened, but mont later one of the workshop guards end up coming out flying workshop before then hitting the ground and rolling on it until then stopping at the feet of the guards, revealing a weird green wound across the guard chest.

As for the workshop guard himself? Dead.

The city guards stared at the corpse of the workshop guard, confused what just happened to him, but monts later they could hear sothing coming from the workshop before monts later a tall figure walked had walked out from the workshop front door.

The guards raised their weapons as the giant figured had fully walked out the door, revealing itself to be so sort of giant man with blade like fingers as well as bird like head mask.

The unknown person dragged sothing out of the workshop and noticed bunch of guards starting at him.

"!"

"Who are you?! Identify yourself imdiately!" – shouted the guard while pointing his spear at the unknown individual.

"?"

"Oh. Greeting." – said the bird masked man.

"Greetings to you all."

"I'm the bastard who many knowns by the na of "Doctor"."

"You are probably wondering what I have done with Evilin, right?" – asked the doctor while putting down the device.

"Unfortunately, you were too late. I killed him. I killed everybody inside the workshop."

"And no, I didn't kidnaped him or anything like that, my goal was to kill him."

"As for the rest of you, well…. I will destroy this entire city as well and murder every single person in this city."

"!"

The guards got instantly alard by the man statent.

"Evilin… Is dead?!" – said one of the civilians that heard Doctor speech.

"Wait, that can't be right…. Right?"

"What's going on?!"

"Who is he?!"

The panicked crowd who had heard everything were in panic, not knowing what to do.

"EVERBODY! STAND BACK!" – shouted one of the guards towards the civilians as the more guards arrived at the scene.

"Ah, more spectators. Good. Good." – said the doctor while clapping his giant tallic claws like hands, scaring the guards as they saw his inhuman arms.

"The more the marrier."

"And that is the good reason for more than one!" – said Phantasia while putting his hand on the weird device next to him.

While the guards were gathering at the Evilin workshop, sowhere in the dark place was a weird clock like device and around that device were many eyes looking at the device.

"When this device here rings and make a lot of noise, it's a signal." – said Phantasia unknown when.

"And once you hears it, go to the city and destroy it and kill anybody who you see."

"Devour and destroy."

The arm of the clock suddenly pointed to the top before then ringing a loud noise.

"Hm?"

"Hey, do you hear that?" – asked the miner who was pushing contain crates of ores.

"?"

"…."

"Yea…. It hears like…. Ringing?" – said the rchant who was inspecting the goods.

"…. Wait…. What is "That" sound?" – asked the rchant after hearing new sounds, now coming from the underground path.

The rchants and the guards looked towards the direction of the sound as the sounds beca sowhat more disquotable.

Foots steps…... A sound of sothing running…. A sound of sothing clicking their teethes…. The sound of sothing snarling.

And before long the people saw what was the source of the commotion.

It was chiras.

The chiras were running through the path that was located inside the mountain connected to the Dawn city.

The path that was used by the miners and the rchants for dealing and transporting the ores were being attacked by the chiras and anybody that had been spotted by the chiras were hunted down.

The chiras were heading straight towards Dawn city.

As for Phantasia? Or more specifically the Doctor, he was getting surrounded more and more as the guards gathered.

"…."

"I think this is enough." – said Doctor suddenly.

Doctor grabbed the top part of the device handle before twisting it and extending it, revealing a weird glassy component with so sort of liquid inside before then putting the extended component back inside.

Phantasia then grabbed the device with both hands, swinged it and threw it towards the guards as the big lantern like device began releasing yellowish green smoke before then device ended up falling among the guards.

"?!"

"What the fuck is that?!" – said the guard while backing away from the smoke as it builds up and spreads.

The guards tried to keep their distance from the device as more and more smoke was getting released from it.

However, while everybody was paying attention to the smoke and device, nobody had realized that Doctor had taken off his cloak, revealing his body.

His body looked now…. Different. It looks like its just so fully body armor at the first glace, but that is not the case. That armor was part of his own body.

Phantasia then extended both of his giant arms forward towards the guards before then having the giant fingers bend backwards and reveal a two gatling like guns inside his arms that began spinning.

When one of the guards looked back and tried to alarm the others, it was too late.

The barrels of the guns began spinning at rapid rate before then firing mana shots at the guards.

It wasn't one or two shots; it was a barrage of shots that ca flying towards the guards.

The guards were still confused and shocked with the mysterious device and the smoke, and so they ended up letting their guard down in the worst possible timing as the hail of mana shots began hitting and dealing massive amount of damage to the guards.

The guards were completely catched in the trap.

In one hand, the weird device continues spreading the unknown smoke, while on the other hand, the mad man continues firing at them from afar.

And to add even more trouble, while everybody was focused on Doctor rampage at the Evilin workshop, nobody was paying attention to the huge group of chiras that were making their way towards the city through the path located inside the mountain.

"Hm?"

"!"

"Hey! Sothing is wrong!" – said the guard in the underground passage.

"I hear screams!"

"?!"

"What the hell are those things?!" – said the other guard, noticing and seeing the chiras running towards them.

"Shit!"

"Everybody! Inside! We need to close gate! Now!"

The guards quickly run to other side of the gate before then starting to close the gate as the monsters finally got near the gate.

The guards sighted in relief, but mont later the gate began shacking and trembling with each ti growing stronger.

"…."

"Call for help." – said the guard. Experience more on empire

"What?"

"CALL FOR FUKING HELP! NOW!"

"ALARM THE- "

Before the guard could finish speaking, the sound of the alarm could be heard.

"…. What?" – said the confused and yet scared guard who was about to ask for the alarm to be raised.

"What…. What is going on?"

While the chiras were trying to break the gate to get inside the city, the Doctor continues his own rampage.

Gunning down any guards or civilians he saw, causing panic and chaos.

Guards tried approaching Doctor, but the mysterious smoke was scaring them, not knowing if they even should get near or not. There was also the fact that the mad man was firing with his guns nonstop at them.

However undenounced to them, the gas was already doing its work.

It was a plague.

The reason why Doctor waited until a lot of guards gathered was for the plague to spread again, just like it did he sa way with Min city.

Plague.

Chiras.

And now for sothing new, the madman who turned himself into monster.

It was like before with Min city. But not exactly the sa.

The question is: Will this city survive? Or will it face the sa end as Min city, or maybe even far worse?
