"Not only that, but vampire with rank of newborn, commoner or baron."

"You need to be at least viscount."

"However, depending on your rank the ti required to create V blood will change."

"Not only that, if you are high enough rank you can use your own V blood to create an higher ranking V blood that straight up makes you an stronger vampire in terms of rankings from get go."

"Right now, I'm a Margrave, so I can only make people of rank at least Baron, but considering the amount of ti and other stuff, its better to just make several V bloods with newborn rankings."
