(The most annoying part about this fucking fight? Lack of ti.) – thought GreyHunt.
(He is non stop going at it, forcing fight and don’t give a room to breathe.)
(I can only use the instant activation skills while he is at it and I cannot fucking use a skill that even takes a ONE FUCKING SECOND TO USE!)
(...Still... That aggressive battle style must had cost him extrely large amount of HP.)
(The fact that my attacks are working and are damaging him are the prove that I needed.)
(However, from this clashes I also started losing noticeable amount of HP... Not only that, sothing is off about my regeneration.) – thought GreyHunt as he saw the Forgotten Murder gazing between him and Lilium, causing the two players on be extrely high guard... But at the sa ti, not doing anything themselves.
(Extrely fast speed.)
(High HP.)
(Power.)
(It has it all.)
(As for the skills... It shown only 2 so far.)
(The first was that with the steps, echoing in completely wrong direction.)
(And the second is that rush with a red blade.)
(However, this isn’t the biggest danger.)
(That bastard isn’t fighting like so sort of beast or anything... Nah. Every strike, every move it is precise and planned.)
"..."
GreyHunt turned off the auto translator.
"Hey! Do you know what I’m saying right now!?" – asked GreyHunt in Spanish.
"?"
"What are you doing?" – asked Lilium as the monster didn’t had any reaction.
"Do you understand what I’m saying?!" – asked GreyHunt in English.
"..."
"..."
(No reaction... Or more exactly... It maybe doesn’t want to speak.) – thought GreyHunt as he turned the auto translator right back on, while the Murder was looking straight at him.
The Murder was on the move once again, rushing at the demonic human and causing the clashes of blades to once again restart.
Lilium tried blasting the Murder, but once again, they were using the tactic where the mage couldn’t get a clean line of shot.
"FUCK! KNOCK HIM AWAY OR SOTHING!" – shouted Lilium as she sent so of her remaining elental monsters at the Murder, aiming to outnumber the foe.
However obviously, the creatures were quickly destroyed by the Murder.... But they were nothing more than sacrificial pawns.
"[Gun Art: Blast Shot]!" – GreyHunt fired his pistole, unleashing a shotgun like blast that knocked back the Murder, giving the blood knights and burning fire knights a chance to strike down the Murder.... But even after landing series of hits, the Murder wasn’t even amused as they just cut to shreds all the monsters that were surrounding the Forgotten being.
"[Greater Fire: Master Fireball]!"
"[Pistole Art: Hand Cannon]!"
But these monsters too were nothing more than ans of buying ti, as the two players fired off a powerful blasts skills, which ended up landing a critical hit on the creature and sending it flying right into the wall to the other room.
"DON’T STOP!" – shouted Lilium as she started unleashing blasts of magic as the Murder tried entering the room.
Lilium attacks were hitting the creature nonstop, since there was no way, it could defend itself against series of explosions... However, the Murder was still moving forward, alarming the vampire mage as she tried increasing her fire power.... But the Murder was still moving forward.
"SHIT! WHY THE FUCK ARE NOT STAYING DOWN?!" – shouted panicking Lilium.
And... Well, there was also problem.
Lilium attacks to try and keep the Murder in check, but at the sa ti they were destroying the wall between the rooms.
And as it finally collapsed, it gave the Murder a chance to quickly slip, aiming to rush towards the mage.
However, as it did, the creature saw a black and white tube in front of it.
"BARRIER! NOW!" – shouted GreyHunt, alarming the vampire who instantly put up her barrier as the two-colored tube started shaking violently.
[Item]
[Eclipse Grenade]
The bomb exploded, unleashing a devasting eruption of light and dark magic combined, which dealt massive amount of damage to the creature trapped within the explosion, before then unleashing a powerful shockwave that wrecked everything near the explosion and sent the Murder flying right back to the other room.
"!?"
"WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT?!" – shouted Lilium as the massive chunk of straight up obliviated so much, that there was a massive space that stretched into the two rooms and the hallway, connecting the three parts of the building into one.
(FUCK! To think I will have to resort to using these things!) – thought GreyHunt whole holding two more similar looking grenades.
(But this stuff was never ant to be used on a single enemy!) – thought GreyHunt as the Murder started getting right back... While still having all of its pieces in place.
"!?"
(I’ve felt that blast even with my barrier on! And this fucker is still alive!? I saw him fucking eat that shit!) – thought Lilium as her barrier of blood had visible cracks on in, but not from not the explosion itself, and instead from the shockwave alone that was unleashed by the explosion.
"Oh, fuck off!" – shouted GreyHunt as without hesitation he threw the second grenade towards the Murder.
"?!"
"ANOTHER?!" – shouted Lilium as she braced herself for the explosion as the Murder tried getting away... But it wasn’t fast enough as the bomb exploded.
It managed to not get swallowed whole this ti, however it still took the direct impact from the explosion of the light and dark magic, before monts later the shockwave sent the Murder flying and crushing into yet another room, while also leaving massive trail of destruction after the light and darkness dispersed.
"JEZUS!" – shouted Lilium.
"IF YOU HAD SOTHING LIKE THAT BEFORE, WHY DIDN’T YOU USED IT!?"
"And you think I or you wouldn’t get hit by this shit!?" – argued GreyHunt.
"If I fucking thrown this while we were too close to it, we would end up also getting fucked! Why the fuck do you think I didn’t used it before?!"
"..."
"Fair point." – said Lilium as in the next mont both players rushed into the second room, aiming to use the opportunity to get the Murder.
(Fuck it! I’m using the third bomb!) – thought GreyHunt as he was about to throw the room into the third room... Only to quickly realize that the Murder was no longer inside of it.
"!" – and right after that, GreyHunt instantly noticed opened door.
"HE IS OUTSIDE!" – shouted GreyHunt as he instantly ran into the corridor alongside Lilium and her remaining monsters... However, the Murder was nowhere in sight.
"Shit! Did that bastard ran away!?" – said Lilium as the two players tried locating the Forgotten Murder... Only to not even spot any traces of the foe.
"Did he ran way!? Is he trying to heal up?!" – said GreyHunt.
(FUCK! IF IT REALLY IS TRYING TO HIDE AND HEAL UP! WE ARE FUCKED!)
"!"
"Wait!" – said Lilium as she could hear from afar steps.
"THERE!" – shouted the vampire as she instantly tried running after the source of the noise... Only to get instantly stopped by GreyHunt who grabbed Lilium by her arm.
"Stop.... Listen." – said nervous GreyHunt as from the opposite side of the corridor, a sound of steps could be heard.
The two players began hearing from all directions the steps.
Sotis faint, sotis loud.
Sotis from afar, sotis from nearby.
Sotis from the corridor, sotis inside of the corridors.
"Shit! A fucking midga now?!" – asked alard woman as she got ready to unleash her blood skill.
"!"
(I’ve already used so much blood?!) – thought Lilum as she noticed her blood reserves almost reaching their limits.
(I can probably fire few stronger skills... But still...)
(Should I heal instead of attacking?) – thought Lilium as the number of "steps" had increased, alarming further the duo of players.
(No! The mont I could even attempt to switch to healing, that bastard could go after !)
"..."
(Should I just throw it?) – thought GreyHunt as the number of steps increased even further.
(Maybe they are waiting for to use up the last grenade?)
(I could bait them out by throwing it willy willy... NO!)
(NOT WORTH IT!)
(This stuff is beyond valuable to be thrown this way!)
The countless number of steps made the duo of the players feel as if they were getting surrounded by the countless people.
Countless people, just circling around them, hunting them.
But is any of these steps even real?
That was the problem.
They didn’t knew if they were being hunted right now... or if the Forgotten Being was making it escape.
However, they couldn’t truly give the chase, since they knew that it could be all the trap.
...
And technically speaking, it was.
Since the Forgotten Murder was right on the ceiling above them.
