Jin Quan and his n had been stalling them for nearly an hour. During that ti, the Ye brothers had sent multiple ssages, each more desperate than the last, saying they couldn’t hold on much longer.
Just monts ago, another ssage had co from Ye Lei: the defensive array they were hiding in had been broken, exposing everyone to the Beast Tide.
This ant that soon, all the disciples—with the possible exception of Ye Lei and Ye Dian—would be completely wiped out.
At that point, the competition against the Wolf Fang Sect disciples would beco a complete farce.
It would be too late for the Void Sect to send reinforcents, and they would only beco a laughingstock.
Jin Quan chuckled darkly, silently calculating the ti.
He knew Ji Lin was at his breaking point. If he kept obstructing him, it would truly trigger a bloody clash between the experts of the two major sects.
