The friction between the two Alphas snapped with the violent intensity of a ruptured power grid.

Damian’s wrist was still locked in Dorrent’s bone-crushing grip, the skin white and indented beneath the tech mogul’s fingers. Instead of pulling away, Damian braced his weight, his entire upper body tensing as his own Alpha force flared to life to counter the crushing pressure.

"Let go of , Grefo!" Damian snarled, his voice a low, warning rumble that resonated deep within his chest. He glared at the hand pinning his arm, his eyes flashing a volatile, dangerous gold. "I am a licensed physician in this facility. I am doing my job, and it is entirely normal that I tend to an ergency trauma patient—especially when that patient is my woman! Do not cause trouble for at my own workplace. Step back and let do what I was trained to do!"

Dorrent let out a sharp, mocking sound that was closer to a predator’s growl than a laugh. He didn’t relax his grip even a fraction of a milliter; instead, he stepped even closer, completely crowding Damian’s space until their chests were practically locked.

"Stop the pathetic disguise, Boren," Dorrent retorted, his voice dripping with absolute, freezing disdain. "You can wear that spotless white lab coat all you want, but we both know who you really are. Your true workplace isn’t inside these sterile walls—it’s down in the blood-stained territory of your father’s gang. The only real thing the Boren syndicate knows how to do is kill people, manipulate the lower sectors, and eliminate anyone who stands in their path. Do not stand here and pretend you care about treating lives when your hands are covered in the exact sa filth as Bellero’s."

The brutal insult, delivered with absolute certainty, stripped away the last remaining layers of Damian’s professional restraint. Realizing that words were entirely useless against the unyielding, possessive wall of the Alpha, Damian was left with absolutely no option.

With a sudden, violent twist of his torso, Damian forcefully broke his wrist free from Dorrent’s grip. In the exact sa motion, he released his internal energy reserves, firing a massive, concentrated concussive shockwave of pure Alpha force directly at Dorrent’s chest. The invisible kinetic blast hit the billionaire with the force of a speeding vehicle, forcing Dorrent back three full steps, his shoes skidding loudly against the linoleum floor.

But Dorrent didn’t fall. His silver eyes completely flooded with a terrifying, blinding crimson fire as his primal combat instincts took total control. A dark, predatory snarl ripped from his throat as he anchored his weight and fired back, unleashing an explosive, crushing counter-wave of his own winter-frost energy that slamd directly into Damian’s defensive barrier.

The two high-ranking Alphas charged each other right there and then, shattering the sterile peace of the hospital wing in a flash of raw, unfiltered violence.

They began fighting with a terrifying, synchronized brutality, blowing one another backward with rapid, successive strikes of their kinetic energies. Every single punch thrown carried the weight of decades of corporate and underworld rivalry. Damian ducked beneath a lethal, blinding left hook from Dorrent, driving his elbow hard into the billionaire’s ribs, only for Dorrent to instantly absorb the blow, grab the front of Damian’s white lab coat, and slam his massive fra violently against the reinforced concrete wall of the corridor.

The impact cracked the decorative plaster, sending a fine white dust raining down on them, but the physical damage was nothing compared to the biological warfare erupting from their bodies.

As their rage peaked, both n entirely stopped suppressing their dominant genetics, releasing their toxic, suffocating pheromones into the closed corridor. The thick and bloody scent of Damian’s frequency collided violently with the freezing, razor-sharp winter-frost scent of Dorrent’s S-tier aura. The combined biological cloud beca so dense and poisonous that it instantly began choking those around them. The assistant doctors, the trauma nurses, and the passing administrative staff who were caught in the imdiate radius dropped to their knees, gasping frantically for air, their hands flying to their throats as their eyes watered from the pure, paralyzing weight of the Alphas’ territorial war.

"Call security! Get the high-threat containnt unit down here right now!" a senior nurse scread through her tears, dragging herself away along the floorboard to reach the ergency alarm button.

Within seconds, the high-pitched wail of the facility’s internal alarm echoed through the speakers. A heavily armored corporate security team—consisting of twelve low-rank Alpha guards carrying high-density magnetic batons and energy-dampening shields—rushed into the hallway, desperate to tear the two monsters apart before they compromised the entire surgical wing.

"Step away from each other! Drop your fields imdiately!" the security captain roared, but his voice was completely swallowed by the sound of Dorrent and Damian colliding once again, their energy fields creating a loud, vibrating static crack that shattered the glass casing of a nearby fire extinguisher.

It took the absolute combined physical force of eight armored guards throwing their weight entirely onto Dorrent, and four others tackling Damian backward, to finally create a of distance between them. The guards scread in agony as the toxic pheromones scorched their respiratory tracts, but they held on with a desperate, life-or-death grip, trying with everything they had to drag Dorrent’s thrashing, massive fra toward the external exit.

Dorrent’s chest heaved violently as he was forced back toward the sliding glass doors of the VIP bay. His silver-rimd eyes blazed with an unhinged, lethal crimson light as he violently wrenched his shoulders, throwing two of the armored guards completely off his body until they crashed against the reception desk.

He stood at his terrifying height, his blood-stained casual shirt torn at the collar, radiating a level of raw, destructive power that made the entire security detail instantly freeze in their tracks.

"Do not get another inch close to if you want to continue breathing on this earth," Dorrent warned them, his deep voice dropping into a flat, demonic rasp that carried an absolute promise of execution. "I am leaving this pathetic facility on my own terms. Touch again, and I will ensure your entire security firm is erased by sunrise."

The guards recoiled in pure, unadulterated fear, their weapons trembling in their hands as they backed away from the angry S-tier Alpha. They had just witnessed firsthand the sheer, terrifying scale of his biological and physical power—power that could effortlessly crush their entire squad without a single weapon. Realizing that trying to restrain him further would only result in a bloody massacre, the captain quickly signaled his n to lower their shields, silently agreeing that the tech mogul should just walk out on his own feet.

Dorrent adjusted his cuffs with a slow, chilling precision, his breathing gradually slowing down as he forced his corporate mask back over his savage features. He ignored the bleeding cuts on his knuckles, turning his head slowly to lock his freezing, lethal gaze directly back onto Damian Boren, who was standing down the hall, his lab coat torn to shreds as he glared back with equal hatred.

Dorrent pointed a single, blood-stained finger at the doctor, his voice a low, echoing promise of total ruin.

"This is not over, Boren."
