Before he could finish, he looked up and saw Lu Jun wielding a platinum light magical tool, ending a massacre. Rushing to the railing, he looked down at the scattered corpses, utterly stunned.
Captain Liang gasped. "Are you really a high school graduate?"
Beside him, Mo Fan was dumbfounded. He had been restraining himself from devouring the Holy Spring to focus on cultivation. But a few hours ago, soone dragged him into this, talking about the "Bo City Red Calamity."
Now, after eting Lu Jun and learning the full story, Mo Fan swallowed hard and said with a peculiar expression, "Lu Jun, you've been hiding this for so long... You're already at Interdiate level?!"

Black Beast Monsters were a signature creation of the Black Vatican, made from humans using Psychic and Curse magic. They were mid-level Servant-class creatures, slightly stronger than One-Eyed Magic Wolves. Their strength lay in numbers and their teamwork.
Hearing this, Captain Liang's mouth twitched. Over a hundred of them? Even a few Interdiate mages would hesitate to face such a horde. Thinking of reinforcents, he quickly asked, "What about Vice-Captain Lin and the others?"
"They left," Lu Jun replied calmly, wiping the blood from his Black tal Longsword. "I told them not to worry about it."
At these words, Captain Liang felt the world spinning, completely speechless.
"They're coming up," Lu Jun noted, seeing dried, terrifying black figures scaling the building's surface like a black tide engulfing the silver-white tower.
Lu Jun despised these Black Beast Monsters. As cursed humans, they didn't produce Soul Remnants or Soul Essences, making them worthless prey.

The remaining eighty or so Black Beast Monsters panicked and scattered, attempting to attack the Silver Trading Tower from other directions.
However, the entrances had long been sealed by Captain Liang, leaving them no ti to break through.
Lu Jun wouldn't give them the chance either.
Taking a deep breath, he once again commanded with a voice full of divine authority: "Tidal Wave!"
The water elent energy that had dissipated monts ago gathered again around Lu Jun. Even the dark red glow from the slain monsters below surged upward, drawn into the water currents.
The second Tidal Wave ca with increased power.
Boom!
This ti, the torrent glowed with a deep blue light. It spanned thirty-nine ters, crashing down with devastating force and sending water splashing dozens of ters into the air, causing the entire building to tremble slightly.
Thud! Thud! Thud!
Dozens more Black Beast Monsters on the ground were crushed by the overwhelming torrent.
"Tidal Wave!"
Lu Jun's eyes glowed—one black, one white—as his will commanded the surging magic energy. His aura was overwhelming, his stance majestic, as half the sky behind him was bathed in a radiant blue glow.
The third Tidal Wave swept forth. This ti, the torrent widened to forty-six ters, subrging three entire floors of the building. The combined power of the three successive waves created a massive flood that surged forward, pushing over fifty remaining Black Beast Monsters eight hundred ters away.
From a bird's-eye view, the affected area of Bo City resembled a disaster zone, with streets subrged and small buildings in the flood's path leveled completely. Every single Black Beast Monster had been annihilated, crushed by the impact, torn apart by whirlpool forces, or drowned.
Whoosh!
Lu Jun slowly withdrew his magic. The blue glow around him faded, and even the water elents in the vicinity were drained. Above the Silver Trading Tower, the rain clouds parted, creating the bizarre spectacle of a rainless zone.
"This... this... At least peak Interdiate-level power! What kind of Spirit Seed is this?" Captain Liang stamred. Then, realizing sothing, he exclaid in shock, "You have dual Interdiate Elents?!"
Previously, he had thought Lu Jun's powerful magical tool would have drained his energy reserves. But now, with this display of overwhelming Water Elent magic, it was clear Lu Jun had at least two Nebulae.
"Of course," Lu Jun replied nonchalantly. "My Water and Curse Elents are both Interdiate."
This was a lie. Within Lu Jun's spiritual world, his platinum-colored and blue Nebula occupied the central space, each distinct in form—one resembling a heavenly sword, the other a whirlpool. On the edges, smaller nebulae in black and translucent hues seed to linger quietly.
tal was his true Interdiate Elent, but Lu Jun wouldn't admit it.
Mo Fan's mouth twitched. After witnessing Lu Jun's formidable magical tool and this powerful display, Mo Fan realized the gap between them had only grown wider after a year of effort.
