This three-eyed demon wolf stood over ten ters tall on its hind legs, exuding terrifying pressure. As it moved, sonic booms echoed, and the falling rain reversed in its wake.
Even so, Lu Jun was unafraid. Alone, he could use flying sword techniques, unleash water-elent "Raging Waves," and follow up with tal-elent attacks to take it down. Let alone with three people.
However, his calm dissipated as three smaller warrior-level wolves erged from the central wolf pack.
With the larger warrior leading, the four wolves ford a triangular assault formation, moving with an overwhelming presence.

The two companions beside Lu Jun gasped.
"I'll try to block them with rock barriers," Lu i said. She quickly controlled her star map and released the earth-elent beginner spell "Mud Wave," transforming a stretch of land into a swamp.
The leading warrior's speed only slightly slowed, while the three smaller warriors experienced a more noticeable deceleration.
Lu i frowned but didn't stop her actions. She didn't expect a beginner spell to do much but rely aid to control the situation. Soon, her apricot-colored star map expanded beneath her feet as dense earth elents surged around her.
"Rock Barrier: Mountain shield!"
With a heavy slam of her hands onto the ground, towering fifteen-ter-high walls rose in succession, attempting to trap the four wolves in a narrow space.
The four warriors slamd into the yellow barriers, breaking one with a loud thud. However, two more rows stood behind, successfully enclosing them.
The large warrior howled and leaped, its four limbs radiating green light. Its imnse body leaped skyward, effortlessly clearing the fifteen-ter walls.
Its enormous physique and terrifying leap made everyone tense.
"Shadow Elent Interdiate: Triple Shadow Spike – Thorn Piercer!"
At the critical mont, Tang Yue unleashed her magic. She had been preparing for this, and now, several shadowy light clusters ford into massive spikes, traveling stealthily through the night sky.
Buzz!
The giant warrior's body froze mid-air as the shadow spikes pierced it, causing it to fall powerlessly. The enclosing walls slamd shut, tightly sealing the four wolves inside.
Yet the earth fortress trembled as the warriors struggled within, loose stones falling from the vibrations. With their strength, they'd likely break free soon.
But with Lu i and Tang Yue's two interdiate spells maintaining control, there was ample ti to prepare.
Two simultaneous commands rang out:
"Wind Elent: Sky Snare!"
"Fire Elent: Blazing Fist – Nine Pillars!"
The fortress trembled violently as flas erupted from within, nine fiery pillars shooting skyward. The blazing flas expanded in layers, forming a thirty-ter-tall inferno.
Simultaneously, whirlwinds engulfed the flas, creating a fiery tornado. The combination of wind and fire unleashed a destructive force, intertwining green and red flas like a soaring fire dragon.
Lu Jun didn't intervene recklessly, knowing that water magic wouldn't complent their wind-fire combination. Instead, he activated his gold-elent star map.
With a thought, his black-gold flying sword rose, releasing a platinum radiance as it streaked across the night sky.
The light condensed into a massive sword shadow that grew larger and faster, falling like a platinum teor.
Boom!
The sword struck the fiery fortress, shattering it instantly. The resulting shockwave dispersed the firestorm, and the collapsing fortress revealed its broken interior.
The tal-elent spell's newly advanced "Vibration" ability activated, creating web-like fissures across the ground, raising massive slabs of earth.
Even Lu Jun and his companions were lifted slightly off the ground before stumbling back down.
Tang Yue hesitated. "They should be dead, right? That magic equipnt of yours is sothing else."
But Lu Jun remained cautious. "No, not yet."
His psychic perception detected three fading life forces among the flas, struggling like candles in the wind. The blazing fire would eventually consu them.
However, the leading warrior's life force was still strong. Despite its massive injuries, the giant demon wolf had avoided a fatal blow.
From the shattered flas and debris, the three-eyed demon wolf erged. Its body was heavily injured, with one leg crippled and its skin charred and torn. Yet, it remained defiant, growling with relentless fury.
Lu Jun sneered, prepared to act. He cast his water-elent interdiate spell: "Tidal Wave – Raging waves: Expulsion."
A massive thirty-ter-wide torrent surged forward, crashing into the charging warrior.
Crash!
The heavily injured warrior had no strength to resist. Swept up by the raging flood, it was churned and crushed relentlessly.
Its struggles grew weaker as the mystical flood drained its energy and magic, leaving it powerless.
When the torrent subsided, the water-carved "riverbed" revealed the massive wolf's lifeless body. Its residual spirit was absorbed into the White Tiger pendant on Lu Jun's neck.
Lu Jun felt the demon's last bit of strength transfer to him, gathering as a 20% boost ready to be unleashed.
"Four warriors down. Including the ones before, we've taken out more than ten. The flank is almost cleared—let's push forward!"
Tang Yue sighed in relief, her beautiful face covered in sweat. Exhausted, she said, "Finally, we're making progress."
Even Lu i was nearly out of energy, her two-elent star clouds almost drained.
Lu Jun surveyed the battlefield littered with corpses. In the distance, their allies Lin Yuxin and Yang Zuohe were also fighting hard.
As the three groups converged, they pressed toward the wolves' core territory.
He noticed a disturbance among the demon wolves on a distant mountain, their morale completely shaken.
Boom!
Suddenly, a thunderous roar echoed from the sky, followed by a dignified voice: "Those who dare invade Bo City shall be executed, no matter the distance!"
From the rainy night sky, a massive shadow descended, slamming into the mountain. It was the decapitated corpse of the Winged Azure Wolf, a commander-level demon beast over thirty ters long—half the size of Godzilla—slain and tossed like nothing.
Howls of despair spread through the wolf pack, and the demon wolves scattered in all directions.
The battle was over, and cheers erupted among the mages.
