The photo showed a mysterious and beautiful silver fox.
The silver fox was lying in a corner, licking its blood-stained wounds. It wore a cold, imposing iron half-mask, and twelve tails swayed behind it.

Jiang Yunnuan pursed her lips. After a mont of thought, she typed out a line and sent it.
"Jiang Tang, where did this photo co from? Do you have any other information about this silver fox?"
The photo ca from a friend of Jiang Tang’s who was a huge fan of beast fighting. They had reposted it from the Leon Empire.
Apparently, the silver fox was a combatant at a Beast Fighting Arena. The photo was taken by an excited fan in the audience during its 27th consecutive victory, but the post was deleted soon after.
According to insiders, it was because the post violated the Beast Fighting Arena’s rules.
The post was from about a week ago. By that tiline, the silver fox must have debuted a little over twenty days ago now.
The timing was just too much of a coincidence.
Jiang Tang had sent the photo on the off-chance Jiang Yunnuan could confirm it, assuming she had seen Si Xie’s beast form. She never expected that Jiang Yunnuan hadn’t seen it either.
For a mont, she didn’t know what to say.
"Jiang Tang, ask your friend for —what’s the na of that Beast Fighting Arena, and what city is it in in the Leon Empire? Please."
Seeing this ssage, Jiang Tang instantly understood that her sister wanted to go to the Leon Empire. A wave of worry washed over her, and she couldn’t help but try to talk her out of it.
"You’re asking about all this because you want to go to the Leon Empire, right? But what if that silver fox isn’t Brother-in-law Si Xie? Wouldn’t you be making the trip for nothing?"

"Also, the people who run Beast Fighting Arenas are never good people. Who knows how many thugs they have on their payroll. Sister, please don’t be reckless."
Jiang Yunnuan knew all of this, of course, but she had to go.
It had been so long without a single scrap of news about Si Xie. Now that she’d finally seen a picture of a silver fox that made her ache for so unknown reason, she had to go and confirm it for herself, whether it was him or not.
She would rather make the trip for nothing than miss this chance. Otherwise, she knew she would regret it forever.
