A deep, authoritative voice ca from the communicator. The adjutant said, "Yes, sir," then shut off the communicator, opened the ship’s hatch, and turned to Jiang Yunnuan.
"Please."
Jiang Yunnuan stepped inside.
CREAK. The heavy hatch swung shut. By the window, a man with an imposing figure, dressed in a military uniform and ankle boots, turned around.
His scarlet eyes landed on her face. The mont he saw her exquisite, breathtaking features, his mind jolted as if a seal had shattered, and a torrent of images flooded his consciousness.
