They scoured every nook and cranny, the frustration mounting with each passing hour. The missing human was a phantom, leaving no trace of his presence.

Weeks of preparation had culminated at this mont. He had secretly rallied the human slaves in the settlent, subtly weakening the spiritual and illusionary chains that bound them.

"Don't falter! Rember what we are fighting for! Freedom!"

He had no intention of helping the rebels or defeating the Shadowspawn. His only interest lay in exploiting the chaos, in turning it to his own advantage. As the rebels within the do fought for their lives, Lin Fei, the supposed savior, planned his next move - how to manipulate and control these won, turning their gratitude into a twisted form of servitude.
anwhile, within the Divine Purification Array, the tide of the battle was slowly turning. The human rebels began to push back.
Wei Xiong had his makeshift weapon shattered and was pinned down by a hulking Shadowspawn devil.
Li Xiuying, witnessing this, let out a cry of despair and charged recklessly towards the attacker.
But outside the do, oblivious to the rebellion's growing montum, Lin Fei himself for the fight against those devils near that cavern where those beautiful won are hiding.
The battle within the settlent raged for a grueling three hours.. One by one, the human resistance crumbled. Bodies lay strewn on the ground, a chilling reminder of the rebellion's swift demise. The Shadowspawn, panting and bloodied but victorious, turned their attention to the pulsating do of the Divine Purification Array.
Two more hours of focused attacks chipped away at the barrier's integrity. Finally, with a deafening crack, the array shattered, dissolving into shimring particles of light.
The Shadowspawn, now free from its suppressive energy, roared in triumph.
Their first order of business – finding any fleeing humans.

Their search led them to the cavern entrance. A group of devils cautiously ventured inside, expecting to find terrified humans hiding in the shadows. But the cavern was eerily empty.
