The Voice Nobody Else Heard
"Sister, long ti no see."
Yana Tyson hadn’t expected Cherry to co today and greeted her with a smile.
The morning sunlight filtered through the trees lining the Tyson Family estate, scattering patches of golden light across the stone pathway. For a brief mont, the tense atmosphere surrounding the family eased.
A faint smile appeared on Cherry’s beautiful face.
Although her expression remained calm and reserved, those who knew her well could tell she was pleased to see Yana again.
"It’s been a while."
Her voice remained soft and cool, like flowing spring water.
Yana stepped closer and lightly held Cherry’s hand.
"I heard you’ve been cultivating in seclusion for months."
Cherry nodded.
"Master wanted to focus on stabilizing my realm."
Yana sighed dramatically.
"As expected of the greatest genius of Voidspring Mountain."
Several disciples nearby imdiately laughed.
Cherry rely shook her head.
The group soon headed into the Tyson Family residence.
Servants quickly brought tea and refreshnts.
The elders and disciples took their seats within the spacious reception hall.
Despite the polite atmosphere, everyone knew why they were gathered here today.
Steffan.
The na alone was enough to make the mood heavy.
The Tyson Family’s future might very well be decided before sunset.
Not long after they entered, Julian D’Aurelius arrived.
He walked through the entrance calmly.
His black hair moved gently with the breeze.
His golden eyes appeared relaxed as though he were attending an ordinary gathering rather than walking into a situation where powerful martial artists could clash at any mont.
Several Tyson Family disciples imdiately noticed him.
So looked curious.
Others looked respectful.
A few still rembered how casually he had exchanged a martial arts manual for two of the Tyson Family’s treasured inheritances.
Before coming over, Julian had asked the system about today’s plot.
Fortunately, the Tyrant System didn’t ss with him this ti and gave him a preview of the altered plot.
As he walked through the courtyard, his expression remained unchanged.
However, his mind was rapidly analyzing the information.
Today, the Tyson Family had invited Voidspring Mountain to help them deal with a master nad Steffan.
With Voidspring Mountain’s reputation, even a mid-Gold Realm big shot would have to show so respect.
But this ti, things weren’t so simple.
That guy nad Steffan had already secretly connected with Voidspring Mountain.
It was hard to say whose side Voidspring Mountain was really on today.
Julian’s gaze quietly swept across the hall.
Elder Smith.
Several disciples.
Cherry.
Yana.
Wren Tyson.
Nothing looked unusual.
Yet experience had taught him that appearances often ant very little.
Seeing Julian arrive, Wren Tyson was still very enthusiastic.
His face imdiately brightened.
"Young Master Julian, you ca at just the right ti. Let introduce you to these people."
Julian smiled politely.
"Thank you, Uncle Wren."
His calm and courteous deanor imdiately left a favorable impression on many people present.
"And who might this be?"
Smith looked at Julian with curiosity.
The young man before him was handso, composed, and unusually confident.
More importantly...
His cultivation was impressive for soone so young.
"This is Julian D’Aurelius, young and skilled with extraordinary dical abilities."
Wren Tyson introduced.
Several Voidspring Mountain disciples imdiately looked surprised.
Extraordinary dical abilities?
That description wasn’t given lightly.
"Uncle Wren flatters ."
Julian smiled modestly.
Outwardly, he looked humble.
Inwardly...
[Yes, that’s .]
[The incredibly handso, extraordinarily talented, universally admired Julian D’Aurelius.]
[Future legend. dical genius. Martial arts genius.]
[Owner of a face that could probably increase a person’s lifespan just by looking at it.]
[If there were rankings for elegance, I’d be occupying the top three positions simultaneously.]
[And don’t forget my nickna as the top Rich Handso Guy in Valemont.]
[Actually, top rich handso guy might be underselling it.]
[Perhaps the Supre Golden Standard of Male Excellence would be more accurate.]
[No, no. That’s still too modest.]
[Let’s call it the once-in-ten-thousand-years peerless handso genius.]
Yana’s lips imdiately twitched.
Here we go again.
The familiar self-praise almost made her laugh.
Every ti she started thinking Julian was mature and mysterious, his inner voice would remind her otherwise.
Across the hall, Cherry’s beautiful green eyes suddenly widened slightly.
Her gaze imdiately shifted toward Julian.
That voice...
Who just spoke?
The hall remained completely normal.
Nobody reacted.
Nobody looked surprised.
Everyone continued chatting naturally.
Cherry frowned slightly.
Had she imagined it?
A mont later, Julian politely accepted a cup of tea from a servant.
Then the voice appeared again.
[Honestly, I’m being very humble today.]
[If I truly described my greatness objectively, these people might think I’m exaggerating.]
Cherry’s hand paused.
Her heartbeat skipped.
This ti she was certain.
She heard it.
But Julian’s lips hadn’t moved.
Not even slightly.
The silver-pink-haired beauty glanced around the room.
Elder Smith was talking with Wren Tyson.
The disciples were quietly observing.
Yana was standing nearby.
No one seed aware of anything unusual.
What was happening?
Cherry lowered her gaze.
For the first ti in years, confusion appeared in her normally calm eyes.
Could this be so special sound transmission technique?
No.
Impossible.
She couldn’t sense any energy fluctuations.
The voice sounded directly inside her mind.
Yet sohow it felt connected to the young man standing across the room.
Her eyes slowly returned to Julian.
The handso young man continued smiling politely while speaking with Wren Tyson.
Outwardly, he appeared like a perfect gentleman.
Refined.
Calm.
Kind.
The complete opposite of the ridiculously narcissistic voice she had just heard.
The contrast was so absurd that Cherry almost doubted her own senses.
[Why is that beautiful silver-pink-haired girl staring at ?]
[Did my natural charm activate automatically again?]
[Truly a difficult burden to bear.]
Cherry nearly lost control of her expression.
What?
What kind of person thinks like this?
For the first ti in many years, the genius disciple of Voidspring Mountain genuinely didn’t know how to react.
anwhile, everyone else remained completely unaware.
Only Cherry could hear the voice.
Only Cherry could hear every ridiculous thought.
Her gaze lingered on Julian for several seconds.
The more she looked at him, the more confused she beca.
The elegant gentleman before her and the shaless voice in her head felt like two entirely different people.
Yet sohow...
Both were undeniably Julian.
"Young and already at the Silver Realm, indeed Valemont has many talents."
