Flirtation, Falls, and Inner Chaos

Of course I’m scowling... yet here you co anyway. You’re supposed to retreat, right? Isn’t there so basic pride in your storybook role? Still - ugh - how is soone this adorable even real? That smooth skin. Those eyes pulling in, that shape, so balanced, her presence... almost unreal. Just stay where you are. One more step and everything breaks

Bianca De Dominicis fought back a smile. The mont almost broke her composure. A quiet snicker slipped out despite herself. Her lips twitched upward without permission. She bit down on the urge but failed just slightly.

This man speaks refusal, but each tiny shift in his posture leaks what he really feels. A flicker in his fingers gives it away, even when his lips deny. You see it not in words, but how he holds himself - tense, coiled, revealing more than intended. Every glance aside, every stiff pause - weaves a story louder than speech. Truth slips out despite him, stitched into motion too small to fake.

What a sight. The difference chard her completely.

Bianca pressed her lips together, pretending to be hurt, then slid close and held Julian’s arm tight. "Why act like this? I loved you first. Isn’t there room for near you?" Her voice dipped low, almost trembling.

"Maintain so distance. We’re just friends now." Julian quickly yanked his arm back, his voice icy, cutting like a shard of glass. "We’ve been broken up for years. This won’t work. I don’t like Selene Aurevale, and I won’t be going back to you either."

Look, why’d you go and push into like that, then grab my arm? That move feels wrong - way too close for comfort. Play it cool instead; things ought to stay distant between us. Weren’t you ant to keep everyone at a distance unless it’s Evan? Still... my fingers ache, caught in the warmth of her arms. Maybe - maybe if it were my neck pressed there instead, I wouldn’t pull away

Bianca cracked up, unable to hold it in.

Sound of her laugh stopped Julian cold, his gaze tightening without warning. A beat passed before he reacted at all.

It wasn’t just her beauty that struck him - her laugh did too, wild and unplanned, like a gust mid-silence. A mont passed before he realized his breath had stalled.

A story ant to warm hearts usually demands the heroine ignore every man but one. Cold he was. Brushing her off, acting distant - still, laughter ca. Sohow.

Fate had marked him for silence - avoidance the true shield. Only by being overlooked, dismissed without a glance, did distance grow between him and Evan, Fortune’s pick. Survival here demanded invisibility, nothing more.

Crouch close to the ground when needed. Avoid chasing attention from won at all costs. Guard your existence above everything else. Survival stands alone as the true path.

A hint of unease crept into his voice as Julian stepped backward, seeking space - both physical and otherwise. Why such amusent now? The question ca out sharper than intended.

A feeling of unease settled in. Today, Bianca acted without pattern - sudden moves, unclear reasons - then ca this mont. What next?

Bianca spoke up, eyes bright. A grin danced across her lips like she’d caught a secret. Sothing joyful had clearly landed in her mind.

Okay, fine. I surrender. Perhaps the bathroom is good enough for now...

One step back felt wiser than standing his ground. When dealing with her seed impossible, vanishing into the background bought ti.

Just when he thought of rising to leave, Bianca acted before him.

Up she got, moved forward a little, when - just like in those cheerful old books - a sharp cry burst out and down she fell, face first into the dirt.

Hah... just as expected. A drop without flair, the classic lead role slipping down.

That grin tugged at his lips again. A quiet thing, slipping out before he could stop it.

A flicker of playful cunning lit up Bianca’s gaze. With a quiet gasp, she grabbed her ankle, turning toward Julian like soone lost in deep water. Her voice slipped through the air - small, wobbly - as if balance had vanished beneath her. The question dangled there: "I fell... isn’t so part of you supposed to move now?"

Fleeing the mont felt right to Julian. Saying no sat heavy in his chest.

Yet... might freezing soone out spark resentnt instead? So won held onto small grievances, particularly forr partners. Should she speak poorly of him to Evan - the one favored by fate - it might stir up problems that didn’t need stirring.

Footsteps heavy, he moved ahead, jaw tight, features blank. Then ca the hand under Bianca’s arm, lifting slow.

Just as she steadied herself, a sudden shift sent her lurching ahead - right into Julian’s waiting hold.

Teeth pressed together tight. Not right - this script feels off. Nobody gives an enemy character monts like these.

Breathe, Julian. Sweetness hides trouble close by. She will join Evan’s circle whether you like it or not - lift her gently, then walk away fast

Bianca rested against Julian, her fingers tracing slow circles on his arm. A quiet mont - then a whisper inside his mind brushed past her awareness. Her breath hitched, just slightly. Not anger, exactly. More like surprise dipped in annoyance. His thoughts weren’t ant for her ears, yet there they were. She pressed closer, pretending nothing shifted. The warmth between them stayed. So did the tiny crack beneath it.

Him having a harem? That’s news. part of it? Since when? Na rings zero bells - Evan who? Worth my ti? Doubtful. Could he handle soone like ? Not likely.

Up above, her eyes t Julian’s, glistening. Softly, she spoke, nearly whispering his na. A hint of pain curled through her words when she said it wasn’t just sore - sothing had gone wrong in her step. Walking sent sharp discomfort shooting up her leg

Stillness filled the space, broken only by the quiet trace of tea ward by daylight. Not quite trust, yet not defiance - Julian looked at her, gold-flecked gaze pausing mid-thought. Duty arrived slow, then all at once, pressing down.

When everything spun wild, still certain gut feelings held on tight. Though luck played its strange ga, a few inner nudges refused to fade. Through ssy joy and odd turns, deep-down knowing stayed loud.

A quiet shift in his grip, almost unnoticeable. His words ca slow, close to a whisper. "It’s alright... I’m here." A pause, then softer still. "Stay with ." The air between them changed without warning

Out of nowhere, old flas got pulled back into the sa quiet storm - pulses thick with things never said, mistakes long held close, and a twist none saw coming from a tale that always played by its own rules.
