"Is he really the Saint?" soone in the crowd whispered in disbelief.
Their eyes were wide open with pure awe.
"He looks like an angel..." the students around him muttered.
Even the teachers stood frozen, staring at him in a daze.
"Is he really human?" many students wondered.
They could not take their eyes off him.
It was not just the holy aura around him. He was simply too beautiful.
His religious clothes made him look even more saintly.
He wore a pure white gown with golden patterns on the robe.
His long blonde hair flowed gently, and a white blindfold covered his eyes.
Everything about him scread "Saint."
Cecilia stood right beside him, also dressed in white.
Her ocean-blue hair swayed softly in the wind as she quietly described everything around them to him.
"There are so many students here. We just entered through the gate. The academy grounds are huge, stretching over a kiloter."
"You can see the academy buildings far ahead," she said softly.
She never took her eyes off him, her face gentle and kind.
Uriel smiled and waved his hand at the crowd.
By pure chance, his wave pointed straight toward the group of girls.
The mont his face turned their way, all their hearts seed to stop at the sa ti.
He was just that beautiful.
When Julius created this avatar, he made sure Uriel would be the most beautiful person in history.
His looks alone could capture almost anyone.
After all, when soone is this good-looking, people rarely get suspicious.
Uriel slowly turned his face toward Cecilia.
Their faces ended up very close, almost touching.
Cecilia’s cheeks turned bright red in an instant.
’The most important reason for this beauty... is you, Cecilia,’ Uriel thought with a small smile.
His main body’s plan had been clear from the start.
First, he had to pass the Saint trial.
During the chaos of that trial, Julius managed to steal the divination board.
That was how he beca the third Saint in the entire history of the church.
But that was not enough.
His bigger goal was to control the whole Holy Empire.
To do that, he needed to control both the royal family and the Church.
So he made this avatar extrely beautiful on purpose, so he could easily charm Cecilia, the first princess.
After all, in the original novel, she was completely obsessed with beauty.
The chariot rolled slowly and stopped right in front of the big platform.
"We are here..." Cecilia spoke softly.
Uriel smiled at her again.
He was fully using his beauty as a weapon. He reached out his hand gently.
Cecilia held his hand and stepped down carefully.
The mont her foot touched the ground...
"Flowers?" Uriel muttered in surprise.
Sothing soft and sweet-slling fell on him.
He raised his other hand and touched a soft petal.
"They are roses," Cecilia said with a small smile as she gently led him forward.
The crowd around them stared with wide eyes, as if they had never seen real humans before.
Everyone looked completely stunned.
"Welco!" the dean called out warmly.
He walked toward them holding a beautiful bouquet.
His hair and beard were neatly grood today, and he was wearing clean, fancy clothes.
Uriel smiled in the direction of the voice.
He was not sure exactly where the dean was standing, but the voice sounded close.
Cecilia leaned in close to Uriel’s ear and whispered.
"He is the dean of the Royal Arcane Academy. His na is Orin Belebright. He was at the Saint trial to protect you." She then pulled back gently.
"Oh?" Uriel gave a small nod. He bowed politely toward the dean. "It is an honor to et you, sir."
"Hahaha!" The dean chuckled softly and held out the bouquet.
"No, no. It is our honor to have the honorable Saint here with us."
Uriel reached out his hand but missed the bouquet slightly.
The dean quickly adjusted and placed it gently into Uriel’s hands.
"Thank you for such a warm welco,"
Uriel said kindly.
He then passed the bouquet to Cecilia.
Cecilia took the bouquet and turned around to place it back in the chariot.
But just as she turned, she noticed soone.
A white-haired man was looking straight at her.
The mont she saw him, she instantly recognized him.
"Crypian..." she whispered.
Because of the loud crowd noise, no one else heard it.
But Uriel heard it clearly and turned his head imdiately.
’Is even my most beautiful face going to lose?’ Uriel thought.
A small feeling of worry appeared in his heart.
He had shared the mories of his main body, so he knew about the system and the skill called Hero’s Charm.
As a precaution, Julius had gone all out to make Uriel’s beauty perfect.
But now he felt anxious. Was his face really going to lose to that system?
He stared in Cecilia’s direction.
Even though he could not see her expression clearly, he felt nervous.
Cecilia was the fastest and easiest way to control the Holy Empire.
If he lost her to Crypian, just like in the original novel....
In the novel, Crypian managed to control the empire because of her and the new cardinal who would appear later.
Uriel started feeling a bit anxious.
But then Cecilia’s next words ca out clearly:
"Was he always this... average?"
The mont Cecilia’s words echoed, Uriel let out a long sigh of relief.
His shoulders relaxed, and a small, satisfied smile appeared on his lips.
No matter what happened, he had to gain complete control over her.
And the only way to do that was through deep obsession.
To create that obsession, he had done so many things in advance.
He had even spread rumors before the Saint trial that the new Saint candidate was the most beautiful person in the world.
He wanted Cecilia to co and see for herself.
Luckily, everything had gone exactly according to his plan so far.
But there was one unexpected problem, an "x-factor" nad Crypian.
Crypian was definitely more handso than Uriel’s main body, but not so much that he could steal any woman’s heart on looks alone.
Most of his success ca from that overpowered cheat smut system.
The system even gave him special abilities to charm won easily.
Uriel couldn’t help but curse silently in his mind.
’Sigh... what kind of ridiculous shit is this?’
Still, Cecilia’s words helped him calm down a little. He felt much better now.
"Wasn’t he supposed to be the peak of male beauty?" Cecilia muttered quietly.
A clear look of contempt appeared on her pretty face. "Hmph! How naive..."
She shook her head slightly before turning her eyes away from Crypian.
"There is no way he is the peak of male beauty," she added with a soft snort.
Her whispered words reached Uriel’s ears perfectly.
He couldn’t stop the happy smile that spread across his face.
In his heart, he silently thanked his main body again and again.
