The mont the Lone King spoke those words, Julius and Rosalina looked at each other.
’So it was true.’ They thought, exchanging quick glances.
It did not surprise them that this was an invincible path celestial grade treasure, but it made their excitent grow even stronger.
"An invincible path celestial grade treasure?" Rosalina muttered softly.
She wondered how powerful they would beco once they held it in their hands.
She took a few deep breaths to steady herself.
If they got this treasure, they might even have a chance to fight the dean, who stood at the fourth trial of the void core.
It would still be very difficult, almost impossible, but at least they would have a real fighting chance. With that thought, she turned to Julius.
Julius looked back at her and gave a small nod. He crossed his legs and sat down on the platform.
His face hid all the excitent he felt inside. "Alright," he said calmly, "let’s start the refinent."
He turned his eyes back to the scroll. The first thing he needed was the treasure refining fire.
The mont Julius thought ’Treasure refining fire!’, a bright blue fla appeared right in front of him.
The fire burned strong and steady, its heat like a furnace blazing close to his face.
Yet he felt almost no discomfort from it, even though he sat so near.
Julius let out a heavy breath as he stared down at the formula.
The first part was the ti path.
His first job was to create a skeleton of the entire formula. It would hold all the spell formulas together.
This skeleton would serve as the base where he would place every material to build the treasure.
He glanced sideways. The Lone King stood there silently. He was the last material.
He could only be used once. But fortunately, that final step needed 99.9 percent completion.
That ant the boy would go in at the very end, and the mont he was added, the treasure would be complete.
Before that, though, Julius had to refine all the other materials first.
The ti and energy it would take could not be explained in simple words.
And every failure would bring injuries, sharp backlash from the refinent process hitting him hard.
"Haa..." Julius sighed softly before he continued.
He raised his hand and drew the formula of the ti path slowly in the air. Right away, a shimring purple circle appeared in front of the blue fire.
The circle looked ssy at first, with formulas scattered here and there in every direction.
He reached out with his finger and placed his hand firmly on the circle.
One hand stayed on the scroll to check every detail, while the other hand carefully fixed the formulas and moved them into their rightful places exactly as the formula showed.
"Whosh!" A soft whooshing sound filled the air as the circle’s color changed gently, turning into a smooth, soft purple.
The mont it was finished, Julius threw the completed formula straight into the fire.
The bright blue flas instantly burned even stronger, like soone had thrown powerful forging powder into them.
Soft sparks danced across the surface before the fire itself transford and took the exact shape of the ti path circle from just monts earlier.
Rosalina and the Lone King watched the whole process in complete silence. Rosalina could clearly see how difficult this refinent would be.
It would take a lot of ti before they finished it, and during that long process there would certainly be many difficulties.
’One of those difficulties would definitely be the dean,’ she thought. ’He would arrive here for sure.’
After all, he stood at the fourth heavenly trial and could force his way through with his strong cultivation.
But if they could refine this treasure before he arrived, then they would have a real chance of killing him.
Even though after the refinent they could simply get out of here, they still wanted to kill that old geezer who had sucked up to the trash protagonist.
Rosalina’s thoughts stayed sharp and clear....she would kill him the mont she got the chance. Julius held the exact sa thought, but right now he had a much bigger job to focus on.
He stared at the next formula attached to the scroll. It was the wind path formula.
Julius drew it carefully in the air, and a transparent-looking circle shimred into existence right in front of him.
He fixed the alignnts of the scattered equations and formulas once more, carefully placing them onto the fire that had already turned into the purple formula.
The mont the new circle fell onto the flas, it changed again.
This ti, half of it stayed a soft purple while the other half beca a transparent-looking circle that shimred gently in the air.
"Haa..." Julius let out a long breath as he looked at the rest of the formulas.
There were ten in total, and each one was very difficult. Once he put all of them on the fire, they would create a furnace that looked like a rectangular oven.
This oven would beco the solid skeleton for the treasure, and every material would go inside it.
According to the scroll, this furnace could support up to a hundred tries, exactly the number he needed.
That ant he would not have to create the furnace again and again with each attempt. Only the materials would be destroyed each ti he failed.
Though the process might look easy from the outside, it was definitely not. After all, it was already hard to find even the materials for a supre grade treasure.
They were so rare and difficult to get that so families spent their entire fortune on them and still could not afford to attempt a refinent more than ten or twenty tis.
That was why everyone who refined treasures needed experts from the alchemy path, who could raise the chances of success.
So if refining a supre grade treasure was already this hard, then how difficult would a celestial grade treasure be?
That was why Julius felt so amazed. There were enough materials here to refine a celestial grade treasure, and he was doing it as a complete amateur.
With yet another sigh, Julius concentrated hard on the formula. The next one was the fire path.
"Fire path!"
