Thea Shaw saw a sowhat uneasy Mr. Shaw downstairs at Chloe Shaw’s company.

Mr. Shaw was wearing a noticeably old-fashioned black tracksuit, which Mrs. Blair had bought for him many years ago.

He was naturally thrifty, and if not for Mrs. Blair buying him new clothes, he wouldn’t buy them himself.

People at the company knew he was Chloe Shaw’s father, so they poured him so tea and let him wait here attentively.

The people around were rely curious; there weren’t any other peculiar glances despite this being Mr. Shaw’s first ti visiting a big city. Sitting in such a bright and magnificent lobby of an office building made him a little uneasy.

Thea Shaw stepped forward, smiling as she called, "Dad."

He opened a large black tote bag beside him, "Your mom asked to bring quite a few things for you and your sister. Your sister gave the house key, saying she’d have take them over when you ca. She’s too busy with etings right now and can’t get away."

Chloe Shaw was currently handling a transition, and she would soon move to a branch office in the suburbs. She had been extrely busy these days.

While Thea Shaw and Mr. Shaw were talking, several receptionists were gossiping.
