Landon Ford sneered, "His whereabouts were very secretive, and he had bodyguards with him, nothing much."

Besides, no one would target him; if they were going to target soone, it would be Landon Ford they were after.

The Ford Family is a big piece of at; even if they really had an accident, it would involve many people, offending more than one faction, and no one would do such a futile thing.

Thea Shaw responded, "My mom said I should go see him. Did you visit him? Can you take along to see him this afternoon then?"

Landon Ford was amused by Thea Shaw’s use of the word "take," "Alright, I’ll pick you up this afternoon."
