Lauren Blair smiled warmly, "How could you frighten mom? No matter how beautiful you beco, you’re still my daughter."

The family laughed and chatted happily. Even Felix Finch chid in with a few sweet words, diverting Mrs. Blair’s attention, and she began to focus on Chloe and Felix.
