"Die, you motherfucker!!!"

Kevin Reid's last thought was filled with anger and madness. Then, everything went dark.

The next mont, his eyes shot open. His breath ca in ragged gasps, his pulse hamring in his ears as his body jerked from the uneven movent of—

'A… carriage?'

The dull ache in his gut quickly turned into searing pain as his body bounced with each jolt of the wooden carriage. His vision swam, his senses struggling to keep up with the disorienting scene before him. The walls were rough, made from hollowed-out planks, and the musty air was thick with the scent of sweat and damp wood.

Around him sat several young n, their blonde hair and blue eyes glinting under the dim light filtering in from gaps in the carriage. So stared at him with clear disdain, while others paid him no mind at all.

"This garbage has lost his mind," one of them sneered before closing his eyes, indifferent to Kevin's distress.

Kevin tried to move but realized he had been lying on the cold wooden floor of the carriage. A shiver ran down his spine as he felt the icy touch of the ground beneath him. Panic surged through his veins.

'What is this? Where am I?'

Before he could piece anything together, a splitting pain erupted in his skull, like a red-hot iron rod being driven into his brain.

mories flooded in.

mories that were not his.

Nas, places, sensations—things that did not belong to Kevin Reid.

'Leylin...' That was the last thought that crossed his mind before his vision turned black, and he fainted.

---

A rough shake pulled Kevin from unconsciousness.

"Hey! Leylin! Wake up…"

His eyelids felt like they weighed a ton, but he forced them open. His surroundings remained the sa—the moving carriage, the blonde youths, the wooden planks—but this ti, sothing was different.

Transmigration?

Kevin's body stiffened as realization hit him like a bolt of lightning.

He wasn't in his world anymore. His head still throbbed, but his mind was clearing up. He was Kevin Reid—a science major student, top of his college, known for his arrogance and short temper. He had always been a bit of an outcast, but that never bothered him.

Unfortunately, his personality had led to his downfall.

One day, he had unknowingly offended the wrong person—Drake Henry, the notorious delinquent of his college, and the son of the school's trustee.

Drake, furious over so petty argunt, had waited for Kevin outside the college with his gang. They surrounded him, humiliated him, beat him, but Kevin fought back.

One thing led to another, and in a fit of rage, Drake pulled out a gun to scare him.

The mont was chaotic.

A loud bang. A flash of pain in Kevin's gut.

Instinct took over. Fueled by rage, Kevin grabbed Drake and jumped in front of a speeding truck, dragging them both to their deaths.

Now, here he was.

'I died for such a dumb reason.'

Kevin clenched his fists. His stupidity had cost him his life. He had let his emotions consu him, and now there was no going back.

He exhaled sharply, forcing himself to process the new mories in his head.

This was a dieval world filled with mystery and magic. His current body belonged to Leylin Farlier, the son of a minor noble. His father, Viscount John Farlier, had arranged for him to join a Magus Academy to train in the arcane arts.

Kevin's eyes widened.

Warlock of the Magus World.

He had read this novel so many tis—Leylin was his favorite fictional character of all ti. He had even tried convincing his uncle, a film director, to adapt it into a series, but the budget was impossible.

Now, he wasn't just a fan—he was Leylin.

Excitent surged through his veins, but it was quickly replaced by dread.

'Wait... I am nothing like Leylin.'

Leylin Farlier was shrewd, cunning, and ruthless. He was a born survivor, soone who would do anything to gain power.

Kevin? He was hotheaded and reckless. The complete opposite.

'How the hell am I supposed to survive in this world!?'

His thoughts were interrupted by a voice.

"Haha… Leylin, you're finally awake! If you had taken any longer, you probably would've missed dinner!"

Kevin turned towards the speaker.

It was a large, muscular youth with golden hair, thick eyebrows, and bright eyes. His presence was commanding yet friendly.

George.

Kevin recognized him instantly—George was the strongest noble among the apprentices in this carriage. A fourth-grade talent, the highest in this group.

He would be useful—for now. Kevin forced a smile. "Thanks, George."

Though George would beco irrelevant after the Magus Academy selection, he was still an important ally at this stage.

Then, sothing clicked in Kevin's mind,'The heirloom— Magic ring.'

Viscount John Farlier had given Leylin a family heirloom—a broken magical artifact, a ring, ant to be used as the academy entrance fee.

Kevin's right hand instinctively went to his chest. Underneath his clothes, he could feel the cool, solid touch of the ring pressing against his skin.

'This ring is useless now, but its value was enough to get into the Academy.'

"What are you thinking about?" George asked.

Kevin quickly shook his head. "Nothing!"

His head still throbbed, forcing him to clutch it again.

George raised an eyebrow. "Are you okay?"

"I'll be fine," Kevin muttered.

George sighed. "Who told you to offend my goddess? I warned you before—offending her was a bad idea. Now the entire carriage sees you as an enemy, and I don't want to get caught up in that ss!"

Kevin imdiately understood.

Bessita.

A noble girl from this group. In the novel, she was considered beautiful and charming. Right now, she probably looked down on him, but Kevin wasn't concerned.

'When Leylin beca a Magus, she willingly ca to serve him. There no need wasting a thought over her.' He exhaled, pushing those thoughts away.

Right now, his priority was survival.

The journey ahead was dangerous—Ourin and his gang were waiting to ambush him, and deadly direwolves lurked in the forests.

'Power is the only thing that matters in this world. If I make one wrong move, I'm dead.'

His heart pounded in his chest. He was scared, yes, but at the sa ti… he felt a strange excitent.

"Are you sure you're okay?" George asked again, confused by Kevin's odd expression.

Kevin bowed his head grabbing it and said. "I don't know."

George chuckled and tossed a small bottle at him. "This is my family's secret dicine—it's used by Knights during training. It'll heal your wounds faster."

Kevin grabbed the bottle, nodding in gratitude. "Thanks, George."

"Don't ntion it. Just don't tell anyone we're friends." George winked before walking off towards the campfire.

Kevin wasted no ti. He quickly applied the dicine, gritting his teeth as a sharp sting ran through his body. Within seconds, a cool sensation replaced the pain.

'This stuff is amazing.'

Once he finished tending to his wounds, Kevin put on his clothes and stepped out of the carriage.

A crude temporary campsite had been set up—several carriages ford a circle, with a large fire burning in the center. Youths sat around, chatting and laughing as they ate.

Kevin ignored the disdainful glances thrown his way,'dicine, food, and power. One step at a ti.'

With a determined expression, he walked towards the food table, ready to claim what he needed to survive.

Kevin sat down on a nearby log, grabbing a piece of stale bread and a bowl of watery soup. His stomach churned with hunger, and despite the bland taste, he ate quickly, focused on replenishing his energy.

Every bite reminded him of his new reality—this world was brutal, and survival ant adapting fast.

As he ate, his mind raced through his knowledge of Warlock of the Magus World. He rembered the plot well—Leylin's journey, the trials ahead.

'If only I had sothing to help .'

____

Hey whats up, i am changing things a bit as already discussed.

I an still juggling with the idea of A. I. Chip , i don't know of it should be kept or discard. My personal opinion is to not have it.

Aa for special powers, i have sothing in my mind but anyone has any idea feel free to give, I'll probably end up using my idea but still new idea can give new perspective.

Take care. Once I am done with the A. I. Chip part and powers part, the updates would speed up.
