It had finally stopped raining after two days of continuous drizzle. Lu Zhaoyang slept restlessly that night but without anymore nightmares.

Lu Zhaoyang suddenly realized that she had been too thoughtless in not giving her mother a call after escaping.

She switched her device off and took out the SIM card.

She took her bag, put on a jacket, and left her house.
