“I am asking you; where is Lu Zhaoyang?” he demanded again.
Xue Yuming got to her feet and retreated panickily as Huo Yunting stepped closer. “What? I have no idea!”
“Are you not telling me the truth?” Huo Yunting extended his hand slowly.
Xue Yuming was panicked. She was totally clueless of the truth that he meant. But if she did not respond appropriately, Huo Yunting would definitely not give up.
With her right hand pressing against the closet, Xue Yuming suddenly remembered what she said when she and the old lady playacted last time. She paused for a moment before shouting, “I really don’t know! After she helped me, I promised to let her go to pursue her love, and that I would not bother her again! I don’t know where she has gone! She won’t tell me!”
