In fact, if Qi Ping continued to deepen his understanding of spells, he could probably start practicing ordinary Foundation Establishnt spells after just a bit of study.

This spell would speed up their absorption and refinent of moonlight and starlight energy.
Having made this decision, Qi Ping couldn’t wait to get started.
Soon, he went to the Moonlight Tree, took so moon essence from its roots, and began to slowly refine it.
During the refinent process, he continuously tested different types of absorption and refinent thods, carefully observing how each spell affected the pull and refinent of the moon essence.
