This was an endless grassland. The sky stretched like a huge empty canvas with no clouds or sun. Even so, there was day and night in this grassland.
For days, Emrys had been walking in this grassland, hoping to find sothing or soone, but there was nothing. The grass under his feet was soft, but after so many days, even the soft grass felt hard and unforgiving. Emrys’s steps slowed as his mind filled with worry and questions.
"Where am I supposed to go?"
Emrys muttered to himself and looked around. He hoped to see sothing different but ended up seeing the sa sight he had seen for days. It is just endless grass everywhere. This caused him to be extrely annoyed. He clenched his fists, feeling frustration building up inside him. "There’s no one here... no sign of life at all. How do I get out of here?"
Emrys’s cultivation was strong. He didn’t need food or water to survive, so he wasn’t hungry or thirsty. But that makes things easier. The emptiness of this place was suffocating. There was no sound, not even the chirping of birds or the rustle of leaves.
How could there be?
There was not a single soul here!
The silence pressed down on him, making Emrys feel more and more alone.
In the end, he could do nothing but walk, trying to find a way out.
Days continued to pass and turned into months. More than two months passed just like that.
Emrys felt like he would go crazy.
During these months, Emrys also tried to sense any dinsion with the help of his authority over space, but it had only made things worse. Every ti he tried using the authority of space, the space around him had twisted and cracked, releasing a cold, destructive aura that had shaken him to his core. He could only stop quickly, letting the void around him repair itself.
Emrys used the authority of space so many tis that he eventually beca proficient in it. Over ti, his understanding deepened, and he began to incorporate the authority of space into various abilities. He could now influence his Teleportation, Node Shift, Spatial Blade, and even Dinsional Shift abilities, displaying a mastery that allowed him to seamlessly blend these powers. His control over space beca more refined, enabling him to execute these techniques with greater precision and efficiency.
Other than this, he can also use the authority of space to manipulate the environnt around him. He can create temporary pockets of stillness or distortion, alter spatial dinsions to evade attacks, and even bend the space around him to conceal his presence.
These were all too important for him. In a battle against a stronger opponent, he can use the authority of space to easily evade or escape.
He also made so small improvents in his Soul Cultivation. His Cosmic Cultivation didn’t improve.
Everything was fine, but even so, Emrys was frustrated.
"Is there really no way out?" Emrys asked the empty air. His voice echoed slightly in the vast space, but there was no reply. He sighed deeply, feeling a weight in his chest.
"Elysia... can you hear ? If you can, then please open a path back to the Infinite Soul Star!"
Emrys muttered, hoping for Elysia to be watching him, hoping for her to bring him back. Unfortunately, she didn’t answer him.
Emrys knew that ti was passing, and every day he spent here was a day lost. He needed to get back, but without any idea of where he was or how to leave, he was trapped. The grassland, which seed so simple at first, now felt like a prison to him. Emrys even felt as if the grassland’s endless expanse was mocking his efforts.
As days passed one after another, Emrys’s heart sank a little more. If anyone else was in his place, they might have thought of giving up, but Emrys didn’t. He knew he couldn’t give up just yet. So what if a few months have passed, even if a year or more passes, he has to keep finding a way out? No, he will find a way out. He just needed to keep moving, keep searching, and not lose hope.
On this day, while Emrys was walking, he suddenly heard so noises far away, startling him.
"There is soone," Emrys’s eyes light up as he imdiately looks in a certain direction.
The sound was faint at first, but as he listened carefully, he realized it sounded like a battle.
"Is soone fighting?" Emrys wondered, his heart racing with hope. He hadn’t seen anyone in so long, and now, hearing these sounds, he felt a surge of excitent.
"No matter what, let’s go to that place first!"
He quickly started walking in the direction of the noise, moving as fast as he could. As he got closer, the sounds beca clearer. It was the sound of clashing weapons, shouts, and the crackle of energy.
After a few minutes, Emrys finally saw what was happening. In front of him, six people were engaged in a chaotic battle. They were all fighting each other. Anyone was attacking anyone. It was as if everyone was treating each other as friend and foe at the sa ti.
The six people were moving with incredible speed. They were so fast that Emrys could only see lights flashing before his eyes. He couldn’t even see their figure clearly. Moreover, whenever they unleashed attacks using their weapons, it brought about terrifying phenona. Energy blasts shot out in all directions, and the ground shook and cracked under their feet. Emrys could see that these people were very powerful.
He was sure that he was definitely not their match. In fact, even if he used all his trump cards, he couldn’t even lay a single attack on them. He might even fail to escape under their nose even with his authority over space.
This was terrifying!
"Who are these people? How can they be so powerful?"
Emrys was astonished but anyone could see light flashing in his eyes. Deep within his heart, he was becoming more and more excited as he saw them fighting.
