When Emrys opened his eyes again, a strange clarity filled his mind. Within monts, the knowledge of a new ability surfaced in his consciousness. He had comprehended an extraordinary skill called ⟪Absolute Stillness⟫.
This skill allowed Emrys to stop all motion, energy flow, and even ti itself within a localized area for a short period. In that brief mont, everything within the affected zone would co to a complete halt, unable to move, think, or act. It was a terrifying power, but it was not that easy to utilize. With his current cultivation and comprehension, he could only use ⟪Absolute Stillness⟫ once every hundred years. He understood that only by deepening his understanding of this ability and strengthening his cultivation could he shorten this cooldown.
After steadying his breathing, Emrys slowly looked around and found himself lying on a smooth jade ice bed. The cool surface was calming, and his body felt completely relaxed. He was deep within a heavenly garden, surrounded by thick greenery, blooming flowers of all colors, and a soft golden sunlight that stread down from above.
In the center of the garden was a crystal-clear water source, its surface so calm it looked like a mirror. The water source reflected the beauty of the surroundings perfectly. The air was fragrant with the natural scent of blooming petals, and gentle breezes carried a serene peace across the entire place.
Not far from him, on a flat boulder near the oasis, an ethereally beautiful woman was resting with her eyes closed. Her long hair was shimring slightly under the sunlight, and her expression was peaceful, as if she were lost in a dream. She seed to be basking in the warmth of the sun, undisturbed by the world around her.
"Elysia Nightshade," Emrys was surprised to see her.
Elysia opened her beautiful eyes and turned to Emrys. Without wasting a mont, she spoke, "Didn’t I tell you I would send you to complete the second phase of training after you entered Eternity? I sensed your presence and imdiately ca to find you, only to discover you drifting endlessly through the Void of Eternity. Moreover, you were in a deep state of enlightennt, completely unaffected by the outside world. I brought you here, and since then, fifteen years have passed. You’ve finally awakened."
"What? Fifteen years have passed?"
Emrys was shocked and sat upright on the jade ice bed. His hand slightly trembled as he exclaid again. To him, it felt like re monts, a trance that barely brushed the edges of ti. Yet in reality, more than a decade had silently passed by.
However, he quickly ca to understand everything. For soone at Emrys’s level of cultivation, fifteen years was hardly a long ti. While in a state of enlightennt, even a thousand years could pass like the blink of an eye.
His gaze shifted from Elysia to the surroundings once more. She was already standing in front of him.
"Yes, fifteen years have passed. If not for , you would have long been swallowed by so Hollows or Void Beasts. You should thank for saving you in ti." Elysia spoke. At the sa ti, she observed him closely.
"How should I thank you then?" Emrys asked.
Elysia replied, "I didn’t expect your strength to rise this quickly. But it is also good. I can send you to complete the second training session now. Are you ready?"
"Can you tell where you are planning to send this ti?"
"Cosmic Battlefield. And your mission this ti is still survival. Other than that, you must elevate your strength to the level of a Cosmic Field Master. In terms of Soul Cultivation, this rank is known as a Primordial Essence Soul Master, while in terms of Cosmic Cultivation, it is referred to as a Primordial Master."

Emrys was caught off guard. He stared blankly at Elysia, for he hadn’t expected her to be preparing to send him into the Cosmic Battlefield.
He was already planning to visit the Cosmic Battlefield, and a particular one at that. After all, his Deford Abyssal Sword was still there. He has to retrieve it.
"Then... Just send to the Blue Sea Starfield. But, tell first what exactly you want from ? Why are you so determined to train ? Why do you want to grow stronger? What is it that you want to retrieve for you?"
Elysia looked at the distant sky and exhaled deeply. She didn’t speak for quite a while, and when she started speaking, she was already far away. But her voice still reached Emrys’s ears.
"The Blue Sea Starfield is one of the mid-level Cosmic Battlefields. You’ll occasionally encounter World Masters there, but Cosmic Field Masters are rarely seen. The battlefield I intend to send you to is the North Star Battlefield. That place doesn’t lack Cosmic Field Masters. You can gain a lot there... assuming you survive, of course."
She paused, narrowing her eyes slightly, and then spoke again: "But tell , why do you want to go to the Blue Sea Starfield? More importantly, how do you even know about that place? A Soul Master like you, who has never once left Spiritarium, shouldn’t have any knowledge of it."
Emrys just made an excuse, "I heard of that place accidentally. Blue Sea Battlefield has sothing that I want. If you can, just send there. As for the North Star Battlefield, I’ll go there after taking what I want from the Blue Sea Battlefield."
Elysia didn’t say anything this ti. She nodded and waved her hand, causing the void to split open, revealing a gap large enough for a huge battleship to pass through.
Elysia gestured, and Emrys understood what she wanted to say. Without hesitation, he entered the crack in the void.
