Ye Yun’s eyes flickered with excitent as he recognized the herb in front of him. It was called the Soul Gathering Grass.

The Soul Gathering Grass was a type of Spirit Grass that could strengthen a person’s soul. There would be a greater effect if combined with so kind of Cultivation thod or refined into a pill. The price of this Spirit Grass is extrely high on the market.

With the Spirit Grass in front of him, how could Ye Yun reject it?

Just as he was about to pick up the grass, he heard a charming voice from not far away.

"Shen Jie, look! Isn’t that a Soul Gathering Grass? I need it. Can you help get it?"

Ye Yun looked around and saw two figures. The tall and thin youth nodded without hesitation, and a gloomy smile appeared on his face as he said, "He is not that powerful anyway. Wait for here. I’ll get the Soul Gathering Grass for you, Junior Sister."

At a distance, a man and a woman could be seen. The man was tall and thin and had an insidious expression on his face.

The woman was beautiful. Her coquettish eyes were like silk, and they were extrely alluring. They matched perfectly with her seductive voice which seed very difficult for n to reject her.

"Okay!"

The girl giggled playfully. She didn’t object to it as if it was only natural for the young man to give her sothing that she wanted even if it belonged to soone else.

The young man hurried to Ye Yun and said, "I want that Soul Gathering Grass, give it to !"

"What if I don’t?" Ye Yun, although appeared to be extrely weak among the people who entered the valley, was not the slightest bit afraid.

"If you don’t give the Soul Gathering Grass, I’ll cripple your cultivation!"

Ye Yun’s expression turned cold. "Oh, you are going to cripple my cultivation?"

"So what if I do?" The youth scoffed, and he curled his mouth into a mocking smile.

"Heh, try it if you can!"

Ye Yun said sarcastically. Not only did this man want to rob him of his Soul Gathering Grass, but he also wanted to cripple his cultivation. He was truly malicious.

But Ye Yun didn’t mind. This is how the world of martial arts works. The strong were to be respected, and the weak were the prey to the strong. Just because Ye Yun’s cultivation base was weak, the tall youth could threaten him about crippling his cultivation base and seizing his Spirit Grass.

If that was the case, then what was there for Ye Yun to be polite about? Whoever wanted to hurt him, he would hurt them.

Ye Yun didn’t wait for his response and struck out with his palm. Despite having the weakest cultivation, his speed was truly fast. A terrifying power spun in the air and instantly landed on the tall youth’s Qi Sea, sending his body flying away.

He stared at Ye Yun with a shocked expression. Under a single palm strike, his Qi Sea shattered. He wanted to cripple Ye Yun, but Ye Yun crippled him instead with just one blow. How ridiculous was that?

"You want to cripple my cultivation? You can’t even withstand a single strike. What a joke!"

Ye Yun smirked as he stared at the young man on the ground.

Bewildered, the girl could only watch with her mouth open. She had never thought that the weakest amongst them would be so powerful that he could cripple her Senior Brother with a single strike.

"Get lost!"

Ye Yun coldly shouted at the girl.

The girl’s beautiful eyes trembled as she flinched in panic. She hastily helped her Senior Brother up and left.

Ye Yun put away the Soul Gathering grass and went on his way. He didn’t care about what happened. It wasn’t just him. Killing people and snatching their treasures was a common occurrence. If you were strong, you could rob others of their treasures.

As Ye Yun went deeper into the valley, the sll of blood in the air beca more and more intense. It made him uncomfortable.

At that mont, he noticed that the plants around him had beco different. A kind of suppressive aura filled the air. It was an indescribably strange feeling.

Along the way, he could see dead bodies appearing from ti to ti. They were all cultivators that entered the valley. They were either killed by Beasts or their enemies. The scene was a bit tragic, and it made Ye Yun deeply experience the cruelty of the world.

"Save !"

A cry for help suddenly ca from a certain direction. The voice was filled with despair. Ye Yun turned his eyes towards the direction.

From a certain direction, he saw a strange plant that was as tall as a person, and its entire body was scarlet red. Tiny and sharp thorns grew on its skin. They were densely packed, and it looked like a large horn with thorns growing on it. What was even more terrifying was that this strange plant was clearly growing on the ground, but it was moving. Its body constantly squird as its huge mouth sucked on a person.

The person seed young, and his body was covered in wounds. His face was filled with shock and fear. It was obvious that this terrifying plant tortured him to the point of disfigurent.

More than half of his body had been sucked into the plant, and he was constantly struggling. However, no matter how hard he struggled, he was unable to break free.

A glimr of hope appeared in the man’s eyes when he saw Ye Yun turn in his direction. He tried his best to speak, "Brother, save ! I’m about to be swallowed by this plant!"

Ye Yun raised his brows. Although he didn’t know this man, he couldn’t leave him to die. So, he approached him and asked, "How should I save you?"

"You only need to attack this plant, and I will be able to break free."

It was clear that the man was anxious. He was unable to endure any longer. If the plant completely swallowed him, he would be corroded by the special liquid the plant secreted. Finally, he would turn into a pool of blood and beco the nourishnt for the plant to grow.

"Alright."

Ye Yun nodded and took out a spear.
