The dragon raised his head upward as crimson light filled its eyes. The air of the surrounding area began boiling right up.
"Oh, my god…."
"It's..."
"Here it cos!"
"Get yourself together, you bastards!" Jason shouted, adding qi into his voice, bombarding everyone's minds.
It successfully attracted everyone's attention.
"Don't lose your focus! We're here to kill that creature!" Jason pointed at the dragon and addressed everyone.
Liu Zhigang who was startled by the appearance of the dragon but listening to his voice, he turned serious, shouting. "He is right. Let's give our all to bring that thing down."
At this mont, The red glow created out of pure magic energy finally transford into a sphere of blinding flas. The Dragon was finally finished with its preparation to erase all 'humans' standing before it.
It brought down and spit a pillar of flas, enough to lt the ground.
But just before it could touch anyone, a huge wall of magical energy appeared in front of everyone, shielding the hundreds of hunters behind it, taking the brunt of the fire pillar.
Just by the intense heat, the hunters wiped out their sweat, feeling grateful for the guy who just saved their butts.
"Who... Who saved..."
Nobody knew who spoke first but they looked around to find the person who just saved everyone.
Finally, everyone's eyes stopped on Jason who was raising his hand, his eyes glowing with a sharp red light.
"He... He is a mage?"
"But... I thought he was a warrior or sothing."
" too!"
Jason ignored their words and made a claw of his hand, instantly the giant dragon was grabbed by an invisible hand.
Bringing his hand down, the huge dragon fell like a teor, slamming into the ground, and creating a huge crater.
BOOMMM!!!
All the hunters were stunned, staring with gaping mouths. They couldn't believe their eyes, still thinking that their eyes were playing a trick on them.
'H-How... How can a hunter possess such trendous strength?... Did that thing die?...'
"Tch!" Thomas Andre clicked his tongue in annoyance, feeling neglected with all attention on the young hunter.
*ROAARRR!!!*
However, the joy was short-lived as the dragon gave an angry roar, and a huge hand grabbed the ground, trying to stand up.
[Humans... Despicable!... Kill them all!]
Thomas Andre smirked, thinking of a plan to attract attention. He roared at the top of his lungs and charged at the crater.
"Everyone follows him. Let's kill that dragon!" Liu Zhigang wielded his two swords and shouted, following the huge man.
All the hunters gripped their weapons tightly charging up.
The support class hunters cast their supports to help the advancing hunters with the mages ready to cast their spells.
However, just as it looked like everything would go smoothly.
The dragon's eyes blazed with a bright glow as he released a mighty roar.
*ROOAARRR!!!

All the hunters couldn't help but tremble in fear, frozen in their tracks, panicking.

For half a mile, all the humans, even the grass burned completely
All the hunters were caught off guard by it, startled by the sudden attack.
They slowly turned their heads to see the aftermath of the attack, their legs turning jelly.
So weak-willed instantly fell to the ground, shivering from fear while so were in despair.
"Aahhh!!..."
"We can't..."
"H-How... How can we defeat it?..."
With everyone distracted, the dragon raised its hand and aid for the hunter closest to it, the claw ready to tear apart everything in its path.
*Wududuk-!* *Wuduk!*
Thomas Andre's eyes trembled, his senses alard by the incoming danger. His muscles expanded and hardened like armor covering his whole body. Magic energy so vast that it raised goosebumps from the people nearby leaked out from beneath his feet. It was so vast and powerful, in fact, it looked as if gold-colored steam was slowly rising from his shoulders.
He raised his hand and gripped the incoming attack, sliding back for a few ters because of the colossal power behind it.
The dragon seed a little startled by watching a weak human stopping his attack before he opened his jaw and gathered a huge amount of mana, ready to launch another blast.
Thomas Andre and other hunters were caught by surprise with everyone trying to get out of the way aside from Thomas Andre and Jason who were ready to take it head on.
Jason charged at the giant creature and slamd his fist into its face before he could release the fire blast.
BOOM!!
The impact was so heavy that it sent the dragon flying back while it seed like a bomb exploded sowhere. But it wasn't over with just that as the mana that had gathered into the dragon's mouth exploded inside with smoke rising from its mouth.
BOOMMM!!!
It was so huge that it knocked him out, its huge body landed on the ground.
It caught everyone by surprise, calming the scared hunters as they watched with their mouths agape.
Nobody could believe their eyes, rubbing them to make sure that they weren't hallucinating.
Even so strong hunters like Go Gunhee, Thomas Andre, and Liu Zhigang, could only watch dumbstruck.
"Stop standing there like sculptures, you bastards! Let's kill it before it woke up!" Jason shouted, bringing everyone back to reality.
All the hunters jerked up, their confidence back as they picked up their weapons, charging at the unconscious mythical creature.
The mages bombarded the dragon with their spells, wounding it.
While the lee hunters sliced his eyes and wings to weaken, so it couldn't fly away again in the sky.
But just when it looked like the raid would be successful, the huge creature stood up in fury, roaring at the top of its lungs.
ROAARRR!!!
It was the sa attack that targeted the mind, debuffing the hunters by putting them into a state of panic and fear...
Swinging its huge claws and whip-like tail madly, it sure did quite so damage, taking many lives. Especially its last dragon's breath which wiped out one-third of the hunters before the huge creature hit the ground lifeless.
"WOOOOO!!"
"We... We did it!"
"We killed the giant dragon!!"
"We conquered this massive gate!!"
The remaining hunters cheered at the top of their lungs, celebrating their victory against the mythical creature.
This was the first step where the world began to change for the worse as a massive amount of mana was released into the atmosphere.
