Mua'dib quickly arrived with his squad. From a distance, they saw the Seventh Squad's players Surrounded sothing, but didn't dare to approach rashly. As they got closer, they naturally saw the cult sorcerer Kyle, who was constantly emitting crazed roars.

"How's it going? Everything alright?" Mua'dib asked.

"More than alright," Cain shrugged, pointing at Kyle, who was clutching his head and swaying in place. "This idiot has been going crazy here. We were afraid our damage output wouldn't be enough, so we didn't touch it."

He added, "After all, during the Lower Hive trench warfare, even the entire company's concentrated firepower had no effect on that chaos sorcerer. This guy looks much more formidable than that chaos sorcerer."

Mua'dib observed that the psychic fluctuations emanating from the strange sorcerer were indeed not to be underestimated. He pondered for a mont before saying, "How about we try conventional weapons first? After all, if I use Hell Fire, I won't be able to go online for ten hours. I really don't want to use it unless absolutely necessary."

"Alright!" Cain eagerly shouted his agreent. He yelled at his squad, "Brothers, we have backup now! Let's go hack it to pieces!" He was clearly itching for a fight and had wanted to go in for a long ti.

The Seventh Squad's players responded enthusiastically, all cheering wildly.

"Oh oh oh oh oh!"

"Blood for the Blood God, skulls for the Skull Throne!"

Accompanied by earth-shattering battle cries, the Seventh Squad's players rushed forward en masse, their weapons slashing down at Kyle. However, just as their weapons were about to touch Kyle, an invisible force suddenly erupted.

"Buzz!"

All lee weapons, whether dueling swords or entrenching tools, froze in mid-air, as if firmly glued by an invisible adhesive. The players strained with all their might, muscles tensed, veins bulging, but the weapons in their hands remained motionless.

Even Cain's arms, with veins bulging, couldn't push down or pull out his weapon. The other players, naturally, were no exception; their faces were flushed, but they were helpless.

A sinister pleasure spread across Kyle's twisted face. It squeezed out a few words through gritted teeth: "Blasphemous beings... I will burn you to ashes under the gaze of the void lord!"

With that, an invisible energy wave, centered on Kyle, suddenly spread out like ripples. Several crisp snaps ca from inside the bodies of the ordinary human players who were at the very front, as if their bones were instantly twisted.

Then, their entire bodies were contorted into pretzels and they fell to the ground with a thud. Imdiately after, a fla rose from within their corpses, and just as Kyle had said, it instantly burned them to charred ashes, leaving not a speck of residue.

Only Cain was still resisting. Although his body was also bound by an invisible force, he was still struggling, relying on the ogryn's powerful physique. He saw his companions burned to ashes and imdiately cursed, "I'll screw your grandson! If you burn the biomass, what will your master eat? When he cos, he'll probably eat you first!"

Although an ogryn being able to utter such coherent and sarcastic remarks seed more astonishing than the players being soulless, the frenzied Kyle paid no attention to this. It rely increased its psychic output, and a purple light instantly enveloped Cain and his squad mbers, burning them to ashes as well.

"Mua'dib, it's up to you!" The Ninth Squad mbers, witnessing this scene, knew what was coming next, so they all took off running, shielding Mua'dib in front of them. In a short while, they had run several hundred ters, leaving only distant shouts: "Don't disappoint everyone's expectations!"

"That's right, Mua'dib, don't be afraid, fight bravely!"

"Go wild, Mua'dib, we are all your solid support!"

"These bastards," Mua'dib shook his head helplessly, looking at his retreating teammates, and muttered, "Is the destructive power generated after I activate my skill really that great?"

"They all ran, why didn't you run?" Kyle's figure appeared before Mua'dib like a ghost in an instant, its twisted face almost touching his. "Aren't you afraid of death?"

"First of all, it's not just who isn't afraid of death, every one of us isn't afraid of death," Mua'dib corrected, his tone calm. "They ran simply because they didn't want to drop their equipnt."

He paused, then looked at Kyle seriously again, "Secondly, I sincerely advise you, don't burn corpses indiscriminately. If your master knows you're overturning his food bowl like this, he's definitely going to curse."

"Finally... uh, I can't think of anything else to say to stall for ti. Anyway, I can't hold it in much longer, so I'll stop pretending." Mua'dib thought for a mont, shrugged, "Prepare to die xeno!"

In an instant, a pillar of crimson light shot out from Mua'dib's mouth, soaring skyward. The light pillar was as fierce as a volcanic eruption, engulfing everything in front of him. The astonishing heat instantly warped the air, and the ground cracked.

Kyle's twisted body didn't even have ti to make a sound before it was reduced to nothing in this pure torrent of energy, along with the ruins around it, all consud by this Hell Fire.

Tech-Priest Reddito Assimia of the Trinity Foundry Workshop in the distance naturally saw this scene. His red electronic eyes flickered, and a chanical hum emanated from his mouth: "Another one... It seems he has blown himself."

Untrained feral psykers, not officially trained by the Imperium, often self-destruct due to their inability to control their psychic powers, and this is even more true for those with stronger psychic abilities. Perditia currently clearly lacks the ability to train feral psykers.

Reddito's original expectation was that the individual would imdiately explode and die due to lack of control after his last psychic outburst. This was the best outco he could foresee.

Now, the situation was clearly developing for the worse: this unknown psyker had barely managed to stabilize his psychic power, transforming from a bomb that would explode imdiately into a ticking ti bomb.

As a Tech-Priest, Reddito's most detested things were uncontrollable variables and changes.

"A Delta-level psyker..." Reddito looked at the readings on the psyker detector he had hastily manufactured after seeing that pillar of fire last ti. The data, after violently fluctuating, finally settled on an alarming value.

He sighed, and the sensors on his chanical arm trembled accordingly, "Why is my luck so bad? According to past data analysis, he should have only had a 0.7% chance of surviving after awakening his psychic powers."

Reddito looked out at the deep starry sky through the window and murmured, "When will support arrive...?"
