Since the renovations are not yet completed, the Lake Fairy's tower currently has only two floors, far from the minimum of five floors the Lake Fairy demands. The craftsn estimate it will be completed by this ti next year.
Laine did not bla these craftsn, as most of them he hired are from Montfort and Boldro. To help him maintain and rebuild the castle, the great rchant Ismail recruited not necessarily the best craftsn in Brittania, but certainly first-rate ones. Ismail's strategy is to first repair the castle, then build the new tower, because in his view, the new tower requires a lot of manpower and energy, while the old Baron Castle already has the entire outline and stone walls. What is needed is mainly internal decoration, re-planning of areas, and repairing so places that are old and damaged.
Considering that Laine had no place to live, Ismail's consideration was undoubtedly to first complete the repairs of the Baron Castle as soon as possible, then construct the tower.

He had an idea, which was to use the Black Chalice Knight situation to attempt to control and command the Holy Grail Knight Order. If he could strengthen his ties with the Holy Grail Knight Order, he could accomplish much more in the future.
He had already established a good foundation in Brittania, but it was not yet solid enough.

"My lady, I plan to equip the army with artillery." Laine knew so things could not be rushed.
