His Duchy had been torn apart through endless warfare with Estalia. The Duchy’s current population was under 350,000 people, and the once-enrolled 3,000 Knights had dwindled to under 2,000. The unending wars with Estalia left him feeling frustrated and hopeless, he needed so other powers to help reclaim the Duchy handed down by his ancestors.
The fourth volu of Nagash’s Nine Volus records Nagash’s army training thods and many Healing Spells. The book itself is also a powerful Magic Artifact, benefiting the Duchy’s army, allowing them to restore combat capability faster, and the wounds of the Knights to heal more swiftly, all thanks to the fourth volu of Nagash’s book.
The army enhanced by the fourth volu can shorten the training ti by half to get ready for battle. With Magic Power infused by the court Wizard, the Healing Magic released by the fourth volu can restore stamina and heal wounds on a large scale. The benefits of this book made it difficult for Theodoric to let go.
