Despite the surprise, aside from the guests whispering amongst themselves, the wedding ceremony couldn't pause just because of the gifts presented.

"Who is Laine's biological father?"

"Every one of his brothers is a demigod; he is bound to beco a demigod in the future too!"

"All of his brothers are demigods?"

In the eting, everyone was quietly discussing Laine's heritage.

"You realized it a long ti ago, didn't you?" Duke Boldro Bodric said to Francois, "When did you find out? Is this why you married your daughter to Laine?"

"? I realized it ever since Laine's brother appeared. I knew Laine's origins were far from simple." Francois squinted his eyes, "Of course, I must admit, I didn't expect it to be this complicated."

"...You don't sound like you're telling the truth." Duke Bodric frowned.

Seeing the Primarchs appear, all the guests were extrely shocked, except for one who remained particularly calm.

The Duke of Marinburg, Van der Gubben-Schultz, calmly nodded at Leon El Johnson with a look of reverence.

The Primarch of the First Legion was initially puzzled, but upon noticing the Judicial Court insignia on Schultz, he understood and nodded back, thinking to himself that father had indeed arranged soone here.

Exchange the secret codes, loyal in secrecy.

Now, with hundreds of guests gathered and the host about to appear, yet before that, there was a grand assembly of bridesmaids. These bridesmaids were comprised of the daughters from Brittania's great noble families, especially those local to Winford. They were all dressed in simple evening gowns, mostly pale yellow dresses.

Outside the cathedral on the field, under the escort of twenty Holy Grail Knights, a carriage pulled by four Pure-blooded Elf Warhorses slowly headed towards the cathedral.

Inside the carriage sat the bridegroom of the day, Laine, dressed in a black wedding suit, with a rose pinned to his chest. The groom gazed at the late autumn scenery of the field, feeling a mix of joy and sentint, "Surya?"

"Hmm?" The female knight beside him turned her head at his words.

Today's female knight was truly captivating. She wore a white veil and an ivory wedding gown made of unicorn fur and silk satin. The three-ter-long train was layered with lace in a gradient, with silver crystal beads on the hem forming elegant curvilinear arches. Silver crystals and iris flower patterns adorned the bride's upper and lower layers, with a simple yet exquisite design blending understated luxury and grandeur. Her smooth and glossy golden curls were adorned with various gemstones, with a pair of sapphire earrings gently swaying, matching her milk-like luminous skin and the exquisite lace patterns on the wedding gown, accentuating Surya's graceful silhouette. Her arms, as delicate and soft as lotus roots, were covered in milky white gloves, as she linked arms with Laine. Her long and shapely legs were tightly wrapped in white unicorn silk suspender stockings, with diamond-encrusted milky white strap heels dazzling brilliantly.

Notably, a delicate foot adorned with a white silk anklet gifted by the Lake Fairy added more color to her sexy, slender, and gently contoured stockings-clad legs.

Surya was like a blossoming golden iris flower before Laine, radiating a lethal allure.

The female knight's sea-blue eyes sparkled with a captivating charm, her stunningly beautiful face adorned with a faint smile, and she spoke in a slightly nervous whisper, "What's wrong?"

They had rehearsed this process many tis; could sothing still be wrong?

"Well... aren't you cold?" Laine glanced at Surya's exposed shoulders and jade-like back, then looked at her tightly-fitted bustier, and smiled, "Do you feel cold?"

"Laine~ you're spoiling the mood! I'm already a Legendary Initial Tier Knight; how could I still be afraid of the cold?" Surya's voice carried a hint of gentle reproach, "I thought you wanted to tell sothing!"

"Hehe~ Surya, did you ever think we'd have this day?" Laine changed the subject, gazing at the endless blue sky of late autumn.

As the carriage wheels turned, Surya just pursed her lips and chuckled at Laine's words, "Do you still feel that I'm sowhat aggrieved?"

"Are you... really willing?" I an... Surya, are you truly willing to marry ?" Laine stared at his wife, still sowhat lacking confidence in his voice, "I'm just a peasant from Nord village."

"Laine, my husband, don't deceive ; you're definitely not just a peasant from Nord village." The female knight smiled and shook her head, "You're still not confident. Even now, you think I might be coerced?"

"I've always respected your feelings," Laine said softly. Not confident? Maybe, in many aspects, he was a very confident person, but in terms of emotions, he was relatively passive and defensive. He always subconsciously thought his woman should be able to hold her own.

However, faced with the Marchioness before him, Laine couldn't help but feel sowhat uncertain; she was too perfect, too noble.

The Emperor had taught him many things, but feelings were not among them. After much deliberation, he decided to voice his insecurities. He had always respected Surya and continued to do so.

"Laine... Our marriage was indeed facilitated by the Lady and my father, but what does that matter? From the mont I t you through your brother's duel, to our reunion in Marinburg, and everything we experienced afterward, those are my life's most treasured mories. I always rember attending the banquet with you in Boldro, fighting alongside you in the Charon Forest, tasting bear cookies at Kulona's windmill, and our peculiar date at that windmill, Laine, do you know? As the Duke's legitimate daughter, I could never have imagined such happiness." Surya leaned on Laine's shoulder, speaking softly, "You must know, if father hadn't planned to send to the Lady's convent to beco a nun, I would have had to marry soone eventually."
