Unlike the wealthy and fertile southern Brittania, the northern coast has been plundered by Northern Barbarians and Dark Elf Pirates for years, and therefore its resources are scarce. Local food is quite simple, especially with very simple craftsmanship that prioritizes quick preparation and imdiate consumption. Locals enjoy pies, tarts, fried potatoes, roasted ats, and fish jelly – these simple foods.
In Brittania’s south, the delicate taste of dishes, the deliciousness of sauces, the magnificent arrangent of tableware can be considered an art form. For example, in the Winford Duchy and Boldro Duchy, there is a diverse array of dishes with unique cooking thods.
The two used knives and forks to cut the lamb chops, as the succulent fat and sinews emitted a pleasant aroma under the silver utensils. Laine gently picked up a slice of lamb chop. "I know this." Laine nodded, chewing the lamb chop in his mouth. He hadn’t personally witnessed Duke Theodoric’s martial valor, though there were various ssages throughout the Kingdom. This Duke always liked to grip a Lake Fairy-blessed War Axe with both hands, mowing down foes. He neither used cavalry lance nor sword and shield. Many strong adversaries have t their doom under his great axe. In terms of combat skills and brute strength, he ranks among the top warriors in Brittania.
Many years ago, at the knight tournant, the final competitors were Francois and Theodoric. It’s said that Theodoric still harbors resentnt over losing to Francois, which further proves his prowess.
It’s a pity, though, that this person is a lecher, especially fond of various illicit affairs, caught with many noble ladies is certainly no accident.

The Lake God Witch’s dinner was very harmonious. Mogiana watched Laine eat the al she prepared and felt quite content. After serving several dishes, Mogiana brought out an iron plate from the oven: "This is the last dish, Laine, it’s Brittania’s northernmost famous dish."
Laine carefully observed the iron plate, the food inside looked like a baked flatbread topped with bacon, parsley, and minced onion.
That’s not the focus.
The focus is, within the baked flatbread protruded eight fried sardine heads, these "cute" faces all looked upward, mouths half-open, gazing at the ceiling.
