Now reading: Chapter 560 - 559: Omegon, You Are a Primarch; I Ought to Es from Warhammer: The 11th Primarch - The Black Emperor, a Action novel by DaoistJinzu.

After binding the Slaugth, Nareth left Thierry to guard them temporarily and led the remaining ten into the Slaugth's structure.

Inside the silvery-white building, the stench of rotting corpses assailed them.

Chief Apothecary Mikael gestured to Gahlan Surlak, Apothecary of the War Hounds. They headed towards the various facilities holding the worm-creature experints.

All experintal data and biological samples had to be taken.

Nareth led the other eight past piles of decaying bodies and bizarre cables towards the central pillars. Within the shimring erald force field stood a tall, powerful figure.

Ogon, not yet having mastered his power like Alpharius, had not compressed his height to Astartes proportions. He was similar in stature to Thierry.

Nareth could vaguely discern the leaping serpent motifs on his baroque armor.

The residual sli and charred maggots on the floor indicated where the Slaugth had taken samples.

Nareth raised the Sword of Vaul. The Bloody Chain had already restored his psychic energy.

'The Sword of Vaul is an object. The necrotic scepter is also an object. The Sword of Vaul is equivalent to the necrotic scepter.'

Using "Concepts Swap" to equate the blade to the necrotic scepter, it swept towards the pillar, wreathed in green dim light.

Amidst a series of piercing cracks, Ogon leaped out. His back, arms, and other areas were torn by the erald energy.

His baroque armor was almost completely ruined. A flicker of pain crossed Ogon's eyes.

His body hunched slightly, but he quickly straightened.

"I am Ogon."

"Thank you for your aid."

Ogon's voice was low and, strangely, accentless.

His gaze lingered on the warriors behind Nareth, clad in black-terracotta, purple, blue, and blue-white.

"Astartes," his gaze returned to the black-armored giant. His innate high-level reasoning ability made him say with conviction, "A Primarch..."

"More powerful than the legends of this world describe."

"Were you also created by the Emperor?"

Zso Sahaal stared in shock at the rescued man. A thought flashed through his mind: He is also a Primarch.

"After I crawled out of the damaged pod, I realized it seed unlikely I was born through natural gestation," Ogon explained.

"The world where I landed had once been settled, but its civilization had perished."

"I was alone until pirates landed, seeking to plunder the ruins. Only then could I reach the stars and escape that place."

"I used the ship's navigation charts to make short Warp jumps, slowly finding my way towards human-inhabited systems."

Ogon looked at the black-armored giant, who had sheathed his sword, and continued, "I heard rumors of the Imperium and the Emperor. Based on those stories, I was sure he was my creator."

"I arrived here, hoping to find answers. But I had only just set foot on this planet when the invasion began."

His speculation confird, Zso Sahaal glanced at Lord Nareth's majestic back.

'The worm-creatures captured a Primarch, but Lord Nareth rescued him.'

'Lord Nareth is truly the greatest among the Primarchs!'

Nareth keenly perceived the burning, reverent gaze at his back, from Zso Sahaal.

'Hmm... Zso Sahaal is "corroded" already.'

'Much faster than I anticipated.'

Nareth looked at Ogon, a thought flashing through his mind.

'Ogon is equivalent to a high sequence beyonder. My "corrosion" ability cannot corrode him.'

His thoughts turned to another possibility.

'Defeating him might allow binding him in the seventh layer of the Kingdom of Disorder, using him for energy like the Slaugth.'

'But the Alpha Legion excels at intelligence. Alpharius and Ogon share a supernatural connection. Though the Kingdom of Disorder blocks it, using him would leave traces.'

'The Emperor can also vaguely sense the Primarchs' locations. If he keeps searching for the missing half, tracing it could lead back to .'

Nareth's gaze fell on the ruined baroque armor. He smiled.

"Ogon, your guess is correct."

"I know you still have many questions. You will get answers."

"But you have suffered much tornt. You need treatnt and recovery. My Chief Apothecary will help you."

Having filled his pack with twenty vials of blood samples in prepared stasis containers, along with six tissue samples, Mikel heard the Primarch ntion him.

Mikel imdiately ca to the Black Emperor's side, understanding His intention.

The Black Emperor wanted more biological samples. Treatnt was the most natural opportunity.

"Good," Ogon walked towards Mikel. "I hope to speak with you in detail soon."

Gahlan, his pack also full, walked over excitedly.

Treating a Primarch was an excellent opportunity to advance his skills.

Nareth instructed the other eight, "Search the surrounding area."

He left the Dionysian Spear in the laboratory, then found an opportunity to move all the Slaugth into the Kingdom of Disorder, imprisoning them in the seventh layer with 'ropes' ford from threads of law.

Nareth gazed at the still-struggling clusters of worms around him.

'Over a hundred Slaugth. The speed of producing Worm Talismans more than doubles.'

His gaze finally settled on the unreleased, Primarch-level Slaugth.

Nareth couldn't be sure if the seventh layer of the Kingdom of Disorder could bind it.

He now needed to conduct an experint to verify his hypothesis.

If successful, he could proceed with his plan to bring the C'tan shard of the Silent Tears here.

The decisive battle at Taxx, with three Primarchs including the Lion, still ended in a dire situation. He had to prepare.

The Slaugth suppressed psychic powers. Warp-related thods were useless against them.

Since the Emperor relied on the Void Dragon shard for victory, Nareth would also approach from that angle.

But he would not release the Silent Tears from its prison, lest the C'tan shard escape.

Nareth had to be sure he could draw upon the power within the prison.

The "Baron of Corruption's" eyes deepened. His consciousness extended. Threads, driven by his will, coiled around the amber.

The "Baron of Corruption" felt an invisible barrier. With a thought, black mist churned, enveloping the threads.

Nareth saw the mist-wreathed threads penetrate the amber without hindrance. He nodded slightly.

'Indeed, the Justiciar Pathway also belongs to the Kingdom of Disorder. It is not rejecting power from a higher level, a different facet of order.'

Nareth produced a prepared talisman made of dual-numbered black gold, shaped like a symbol composed of a crown, black wings, and spines.

The "Baron of Corruption" focused. A rustling sound arose. Black mist surged, enveloping the talisman.

After a dozen or so seconds, worm patterns appeared on the talisman.

'Hmm, as a Primarch with a certain level of authority in the Kingdom of Disorder,'

'I don't need to pray to the Black Emperor and have Him answer to complete a talisman.'

'The experint succeeded, aning my plan can proceed.'

With a thought, Nareth returned to the real world.

Three days later, the Shadow's Sovereignty departed alone.

The combined fleet was responsible for cleansing the remnant forces in the system. Five "Appraiser" led twenty Techmarines to research the Slaugth ships.

Ten "Beast Tars" remained on Bar'Savor to excavate data.

Nareth spent two hours explaining various aspects of the Imperium to Ogon.

Explaining to another Primarch with near-perfect mory and superhuman insight for important details.

Most of the ti, he didn't need to finish a sentence before Ogon grasped the concepts.

Two hours later, Ogon, now clad in ceremonial armor, said gratefully to Nareth.

"Nareth, I thank you again."

"Without your rescue, I don't know how long I would have been imprisoned."

"No need for thanks." Nareth nodded slightly, thinking to himself.

'I know. Over ten years.'

"I will escort you back to Terra."

Ogon's eyes lit up. He wanted to return to Holy Terra as soon as possible. He wanted to see his creator.

He suppressed his excitent, saying humbly,

"Thank you for your help. But I've heard you are commanding the war against the xenos. You shouldn't delay for my sake."

"No, Ogon. You are a Primarch. I ought to escort you back personally."

"I cannot express my gratitude, Nareth." Ogon's low voice was filled with thanks.

Nareth thought silently, 'This is precisely my reason for leaving the front lines.'

'Returning to the Sol System is the only way to find the Silent Tears shard.'

'Besides, why should the Battle of Taxal involve only ? Finding a few more helpers will also reduce losses.'

As Arsena led Ogon to a side hall of the Primarch's Palace, Nareth sent ssages to the already "corroded" Zso Sahaal and Gahlan, instructing them to co to his office in ten minutes.

Then, with a thought, he went to the first layer of the Kingdom of Disorder.

He ordered the space simian to concoct the "Sleepless" and "Apothecary" potions.

The Claw Master's combat style suited the Darkness Pathway better than the Hanged Man Pathway.

Moreover, Nerat Kirine and Alastor Rushal of the 19th Legion had already been designated for the Hanged Man Pathway.

His plan for the Butcher's Nails also made the Paragon Pathway suitable for Gahlan.

But considering that path already had many talented individuals, and that after the Emperor found Angron, he would have Arkhan Land examine whether the Nails could be removed,

Arcaham would provide Gahlan with the Paragon Pathway's perspective and data.

Monts later, Gahlan and Zso Sahaal arrived together at the Primarch's Office.

Having obtained Ogon's body samples and personally treated a Primarch, Gahlan felt his knowledge had greatly advanced.

Saved by Lord Nareth, and witnessing the huge gap between him and the newly found Primarch Ogon, he didn't hesitate when he saw the potion before him.

The "Sleepless" and the "Apothecary" knelt together. "Thank You, my Lord, for Your gift. We wish to follow in Your footsteps."

"Wherever You command, we shall go."

Nareth drew the Sword of Vaul, "Concept Swap to transform it into a knight's blade, and rested it on their shoulders.

"I accept your fealty."
