Chapter 1805: Section 1806 – Unknown Signal

Late at night, inside Zithraide’s antique shop.

Sanders sat in a quiet study, and his feather pen swiftly scribbled key information obtained from Zithraide onto the handbook.

After finishing the last character, Sanders finally lifted his head and looked at the person sitting opposite him – Angel.

Angel had been there for ten minutes, but had not spoken to avoid interrupting Sanders’ recording.

“Did you co to see because Muse sent new information?” Sanders asked.

“No.” Angel shook his head, took out a communicator as thin as a piece of paper and handed it to Sanders, indicating him to look at the content on it.

Sanders glanced down at the communicator, and Angel had already adjusted it to show the content, which was from lisa.

The general content was about Baroque’s plans and requests in the Barbarian Cave.

Angel: “This was sent to by lisa when I left the Infinite Battle Tower.”

After reading, Sanders raised his head and said flatly, “You saved Rosen, so lisa probably wants to repay you with this news.”

Angel speculated the sa: “Maybe, but regarding Baroque’s matters, I think it’s still necessary to tell the ntor… or hand it over to Lord Reine.”

Sanders returned the communicator to Angel, and then spoke with an indifferent tone, “No need, Lord Reine has known about Baroque’s intentions for a long ti.”

Angel was slightly taken aback but nodded thoughtfully. After all, Baroque was from Sky chanical City and an Official Wizard, suddenly stationed at the Sky Tower in the Barbarian Cave, which seed suspicious. The upper echelon of the Barbarian Cave must have conducted a thorough investigation on Baroque, otherwise, they wouldn’t have let him remain in the Underground Market.

Thinking this way, it’s normal for Lord Reine to know about Baroque’s intentions.

“Looks like I ca for nothing this ti.” Angel stored the communicator with a sowhat helpless smile.

Sanders: “Not entirely wasted, though. Baroque wants to enter the Garden of Spirits openly, but so plans lisa ntioned that he wants to implent are unknown to us.”

Angel: “I’ve read these plans too. Even if we don’t know them, it’s not a big deal. The likelihood of Baroque successfully implenting these plans is not high. Unless he can block Tree Spirit’s perception.”

Sanders smiled and did not refute: “Is there anything else besides this?”

Angel originally wanted to ask Sanders when he plans to take on the Authority of the Wilderness of Dreams again but thought better of it. Sanders will naturally co to him when he’s ready.

“Nothing else.” Angel stood up: “Then I’ll head back first.”

However, as Angel turned, a “thump thump thump” sound rang out.

Angel first glanced at the main door, which was calm and still. Then he silently extended his hand and took a silver gear-shaped button out of his pocket.

Sure enough, the button was emitting a slight glow, and the persistent “thump thump thump” sound was coming from it.

“Seems like there’s new news from Dean Muse.” Angel stopped his steps to leave and sat down again. The news from Dean Muse must be about the Seed, so it doesn’t matter if Sanders knows.

Sanders, who was about to continue his research topic, also turned his gaze over.

Quickly, Angel installed the Mini Signal Tower. The tower’s light flashed continuously, clamoring persistently.

Angel operated the complex buttons, and soon he suddenly froze.

Sanders quickly noticed Angel’s abnormality: “What’s wrong?”

Angel frowned: “Sothing’s not right. I used spiritual power to explore the light shadow teleportation array in the chanical core and found that it wasn’t the previous teleportation segnts flashing.”

The receiving chanism of the Mini Signal Tower was the built-in light shadow teleportation array. This array contained thousands of teleportation segnts, which could receive thousands of locations where signal towers were currently installed.

The teleportation segnt Angel previously received corresponded to the Signal Tower of Sky chanical City.

But this ti, the teleportation segnt on the Mini Signal Tower was not from Sky chanical City.

“Where’s it from?” Sanders, evidently understanding the Mini Signal Tower chanism, asked with a puzzled expression.

“Don’t know.” Angel shook his head; he had just acquired the Mini Signal Tower, and although he researched the internal structure of the tower, he hadn’t studied the teleportation segnts yet.

Sanders: “This Mini Signal Tower corresponds to private teleportation segnts. Generally speaking, outside signal towers cannot connect. Unless, this Mini Signal Tower has actively contacted the opposite side before.”

In other words, the one trying to contact this Mini Signal Tower might be Dean Muse’s friend. However, the other party didn’t know that Dean Muse had already handed the Mini Signal Tower to Angel.

Confirming this fact, Angel was hesitant about whether to connect or not.

Ultimately, Angel decided to connect, maneuvering spiritual power to project the teleportation segnt onto the Light Screen.

Angel’s idea was to directly inform whoever it was that the Mini Signal Tower was temporarily in new hands.

Soon, the Light Screen appeared before him. With the supply of energy, the light shadow teleportation array projected the real-ti light shadow information onto the Light Screen.

To Angel’s surprise, both the scene that appeared on the screen and the person on the screen were familiar to him.

Inside a pure white hall, a cold woman as aloof as a mountain flower quietly gazed towards him.

White hair and icy blue eyes, like an eternal glacier, made Angel’s heart involuntarily surface a chill just by eting her gaze across the Light Screen.

“Lady Isabel.” Angel softly murmured her na.

“How could it be you? Where’s Muse?” Upon noticing Angel on the other side of the Light Screen instead of Muse, Isabel slightly tempered her icy deanor.

“Dean Muse has temporarily handed the Mini Signal Tower to .” Angel explained, “If you wish to contact Dean Muse…”

Before Angel could finish, Isabel interrupted directly: “No need, I intended to find you through Muse this ti anyway. With the signal tower in your hands, it’s more convenient.”

“Looking for ?” Angel looked at Isabel with confusion.

“To be precise, it’s not looking for you.” Isabel said, suddenly standing up and leaving the range of the Light Screen.

Soon after, a little girl wearing a pink dress floated into view from above the Light Screen, her egg-shaped face sprinkled with freckles curiously pressed against the screen.

“Ah! I can really see it!” The little girl pointed at the screen and turned toward a certain direction. Subsequently, Isabel’s voice ca from that direction —

“You can speak with Angel about whatever you want.”

The little girl imdiately turned her head, sowhat shyly, and said: “Brother Pat!”
