After Popota entered the Sky Tower, he discovered that it was even busier inside than he had imagined. On each floor, there were nurous staff mbers working at dozens to hundreds of open desks without partitions.

According to Rachel, each floor of the Sky Tower represents a different governnt departnt of Originheart City. The reason for gathering them together is to ensure transparency, allowing everyone to supervise each other and prevent any favoritism.

—Rachel was the young woman who brought Popota in.

"Except for departnts that inherently require secrecy, all other departnts are here," Rachel explained with a smile.

Secretive departnts? Popota thought of sothing: "The Sin Hunting Group you ntioned earlier, is that a secretive departnt?"

Rachel nodded: "Yes, their office isn’t here... As for where it is, I’m not really sure, though I’ve heard there’s a base in the city, but the main one is outside the city."

When Rachel ntioned outside the city, her eyes clearly showed a hint of longing.

Since Popota had only been in Originheart City for two days, he wasn’t aware of the significance of "outside the city" for its residents, so he just assud Rachel’s longing was for the extraordinary power of the Sin Hunting Group. Like how mortals always yearn for wizards.

"What exactly are the Demon Hunters of the Sin Hunting Group? Earlier, I seed to see so strange phantoms, do they have extraordinary abilities?" Popota was very curious about the Sin Hunting Group, so he took the opportunity to ask.

"Demon Hunters do possess extraordinary abilities, but I’m not sure exactly what they are. After all, the world of Demon Hunters is far from ours." At this point, Rachel hesitated for a mont: "However, I’ve heard that Demon Hunters bear a very heavy burden, like tightrope walkers, a slight misstep could lead to eternal damnation."

Rachel found this a bit frightening. But Popota felt it was quite normal, for in order to gain, one must pay a price. The cultivation of wizards is also filled with crises at every step.

"Since the base of the Demon Hunters isn’t in the Sky Tower, why did those few people co here earlier?" Popota asked curiously.

Rachel: "They ca to see City Lord Monroe, but I don’t know exactly what for, I’ve heard it’s about resources outside the city?"

Popota wanted to ask more, but Rachel suddenly gestured for him to be quiet.

Popota nodded in confusion, looking around to find that they had arrived at the higher levels of the Sky Tower. Here, the vast open style of the offices was gone, replaced by several intersecting corridors.

Carpets of plush fibers covered the floors of the corridors, and a scent of wood resin lingered in the air. If each floor was assigned a departnt, this should be the core departnt of Originheart City.

As they passed through the corridors, one of the doors happened to open.

A few people erged from inside, led by a man in knight armor.

Rachel lowered her voice: "It’s Sir Sabel!"

Popota heard Rachel as well, but he had no feelings toward this na, for the people of Originheart City were already unfamiliar to him. What interested him was that this Sir Sabel seed to also be a Transcendent; although his aura was restrained, from Popota’s extensive experience in the Wizards’ Realm, he judged that his strength was likely greater than that of those Demon Hunters.

Sir Sabel did not speak to them and left with his adjutant after closing the door.

Rachel then guided Popota off that floor to a spiral staircase, finally saying: "That floor belonged to City Lord Monroe, who dislikes noise, which is why I told you not to speak, to avoid making a faux pas."

As Rachel spoke, she continued leading Popota upwards.

Popota was puzzled at this mont. According to Rachel’s explanation, the Sky Tower’s floors were ordered by importance, with the higher floors being more vital. Since City Lord Monroe was the lord of Originheart City, why wasn’t she residing at the top of the tower? Could there be soone more important?

Rachel soon provided an answer.

When they reached the top floor of the Sky Tower, Popota saw a long corridor.

Rachel: "Young Master Tyson’s domain. Apart from City Lord Monroe, no one else may enter without invitation. So, I can’t take you any further, you’ll have to proceed on your own. Don’t worry about getting lost because there’s only one room on this level."

Popota walked alone to the very top of the Sky Tower. As Rachel had said, he wasn’t concerned about finding the location, for at the end of the corridor was a large door.

Before knocking on the door, Popota pondered, who exactly was this "Young Master Tyson"? To be considered more important than the lord of a city?

Moreover, why did he want to et him?

When the door opened, Popota was stunned.

He saw the so-called "Young Master Tyson" sitting at a desk... He wasn’t unfamiliar with this person.

Popota had read so information about him in a magazine; he was once a Seed Apprentice of the Hurricane Tower, nicknad "Dream Reader," who unfortunately perished in the Purification Garden.

Popota didn’t understand why Frode was here, but what shocked him even more was a very familiar face lounging casually on a nearby sofa.

"Lord Pat?!" Popota exclaid.

Angel lifted his head and looked at Popota: "It seems that the Consciousness Spark perfectly brought your mories here. However, there are still so gaps."

Popota was puzzled, not understanding Angel’s aning.

Angel didn’t imdiately speak to Popota but instead looked at Frode across from him. Frode, at that mont, was also scrutinizing Popota, "Indeed, there’s a lack of harmony. He doesn’t seem to have fully transford into a Dream Realm inhabitant?"

Angel nodded. From the first glance at Popota, he had noticed. Although Popota’s Consciousness Spark had entered the Wilderness of Dreams, he hadn’t transford into a native Dream Realm creature. Similar to Frode, Adar, and Shanni, he still had a faint connection between his body and soul.

This ant that Popota’s trace in the real world wasn’t completely erased.

The Unparalleled Great Demon God, who controls the Profound Abyss, hadn’t destroyed Popota’s blank soul. Only when Popota’s blank soul vanished would he truly beco a resident of the Dream Realm.

"If that’s the case, could the Lord of the Deep Abyss potentially discover the Wilderness of Dreams through this connection?" Frode frowned, worry in his eyes.

Angel shook his head: "No. Because when he entered the Wilderness of Dreams, his Consciousness Spark had already completely separated from his soul. The soul entered the Profound Abyss, while the Consciousness Spark remained in the Wilderness of Dreams, relying on the Southern Domain Wizard World."
