As Rhein and the two city lords of Sky chanical City discussed ways to handle the seed at the sa ti, the Crown Star Church was also talking about the seed.
However, unlike Rhein’s open discussion, the eting did not reveal too much information.
In the vast and silent Observatory Hall, "Twist Whisperer" Shura, wearing a whirlpool mask and only showing his left eye, said lightly: "Let be the first to speak today. However, what I will say might not be as shocking as Dodoro’s prophecy yesterday..."

Dodoro’s ability to possess such a steady style truly earned Shura’s admiration. If he continues developing thodically, Shura believes that even if Dodoro never enters the Hall of Ti, he would soon have the qualifications to compete for the Observer’s seat.
Though Shura admired him in various ways ntally, none of it showed on his expression. He rely glanced at Dodoro out of the corner of his eye and then turned back and continued: "What I am going to talk about today is difficult to judge if it’s significant or not, so consider it as listening to a story."

After Shura finished speaking, he did not care what others thought, nodded to the crowd, and returned to the Observer’s position.
The other Observers did not comnt on Shura’s speech either, because letting Shura briefly disclose the seed information was their mutual decision.
Originally, they had no plans to reveal the matter of the seed, considering its significance; so narrow-minded wizards might, for various reasons, turn rebellious and eventually beco the seed’s helpers.
Observers thought only necessary to et with the heads of major Witcher Organizations in private. However, under the demand of Sky chanical City’s City Lord Rosen, they were compelled to disclose so information.
City Lord Rosen’s strong request was not genuinely intending to spread the seed news widely but to reassure the citizens of Sky chanical City.
The Arrow of the Defeated’s influence was enormous, shaking the entire populace of Sky chanical City. Though Rosen remained unhard and showed no abnormalities, the aftermath brought by the Arrow of the Defeated hadn’t fully dissipated. To calm the citizens, Rosen previously promised to ask the Crown Star Church’s Prophet Wizards to investigate the origin of "that arrow."
Thus, Shura made this speech today, serving as a response to Rosen’s promise to the city people.
Shura, as the first speaker, actually discussed a very significant matter. However, only Maya and Dodoro comprehended the seed’s importance among the attendees; everyone else regarded it as listening to a "story" with no significant reaction.
If it weren’t for the speaker being an Observer, even sparse feedback might not have been received.
Perhaps seeing that Shura could tell this kind of story lacking aningful significance, after Shura finished speaking, a few more Prophet Wizards stood up to speak.
These Prophet Wizards indeed talked about aningless fragnts.

However, the Observers were all extraordinarily cold, unwilling to pay attention, except for Lapuye, who smilingly pointed out so possibly "aningful" highlights, graciously giving these Prophet Wizards so face.
Despite this, when the sixth Prophet Wizard stood up and spoke again about a future fragnt lacking significance, one Observer finally spoke up.
"People who can’t even judge whether their own future fragnt holds significance, what qualifications do they have to stand up and waste everyone’s ti?" said Evan, his expression severe and accusing: "you can quietly be listeners, but if this exchange eting continues with such aningless prophecies, then be prepared to leave early."
Everyone could feel that Evan’s words were extrely forceful, yet even so, no Observers refuted, not even Shura, who often liked to contradict Evan, kept silent in support of Evan’s statent.
Even the Observers agreed, in this stern and somber atmosphere, Prophet Wizards preparing to speak but unable to judge themselves, dared not speak anymore; those who hadn’t planned to speak were secretly glad.
