Angel still rembers the first ti he t Rogers; this person gave him the impression of a very reliable and steady mature man. Compared to his lively close friend—Orlando, Rogers was the embodint of the opposite extre, so steady that Orlando relied too much on him for everything in life, resulting in them being forced to separate when arranged with ntors—one placed in the Mirror World, and the other outside the mirror.

Rogers was the one who cultivated outside the mirror.

But what surprised Angel was that Rogers, who used to love black and white shirts and always appeared mature and elegant, now had a different image.

Brown-black leather pants, a wine-red shirt, and a dazzling golden outer coat made him look like he was about to attend a masquerade ball as a public relations guy.

"What has Rogers gone through over the years? How did his taste in clothes change so drastically?" Angel kept questioning in his mind.

Rogers seed unaware of anyone pondering his change as he stood behind the mirror, touched his eternal walrus mustache, and smiled at Feng Man: "If I’m not mistaken, you’re the new summoner known as the rookie butcher in the Sky Tower, right?"

Feng Man continued to open the mirror channel without replying.

Rogers didn’t mind Feng Man’s attitude, continuing to twirl his mustache, smiling: "Youngster, climbing the Sky Tower is just a test of your strength; having too strong a killing intent isn’t good~"

After a long ti, Feng Man squeezed out a sentence through gritted teeth: "Thanks for your concern."

His words were ostensibly grateful, but that baring-toothed attitude sounded to others more like saying, "What does it have to do with you."

Rogers seed to not catch the underlying aning in Feng Man’s words, continuing, "It’s good you understand."

Then Rogers began to chatter: "This is experience from soone who’s been through it, you must know, when you..."

Rogers’s seemingly gentle and caring chattering only made the usually rebellious Feng Man’s expression more and more disgruntled. However, Feng Man dared not explode, considering Rogers was already at the peak of being a Second-Level Apprentice while he was only an Advanced Level 1 Apprentice.

If Feng Man were still a mortal at that mont, he could follow his heart without care, but after experiencing the harsh realities of the Extraordinary World, he deeply understood that a re level difference was practically an insurmountable chasm.

No matter how angry he felt, he dared not act rashly in front of Rogers.

One was giving earnest advice, the other was full of hatred inside.

The bizarre scene before them made the mortals present dare not watch or listen more, but Angel watched with great interest.

He thought Rogers had changed, but now it seems only his attire had changed, and his personality still favored preaching. However, Rogers wasn’t facing the mindlessly faithful Orlando, but Feng Man, who had darkened since childhood, so no amount of sincere preaching would have any effect on Feng Man.

Later, it seed Rogers realized Feng Man’s emotional issue, sighed regrettably, and closed his mouth, no longer speaking.

This let Feng Man breathe a sigh of relief, hastening his movents in activating the mirror channel.

Finally, under a flash of faint light, the mirror channel was opened, and the mirror beneath their feet seed to turn into a sea of light, slowly engulfing them.

This strange sense of falling was sothing rchants who frequently traveled back and forth had grown accustod to. However, the girl carrying large and small bags was experiencing this magical sensation for the first ti, her eyes filled with both terror and longing, curiously turning her head to observe every detail.

"Is this the Wizards’ Realm? How amazing," she whispered to herself, her eyes shining.

"Yes, this is the Wizards’ Realm. Are you longing for it?" Rogers echoed the girl’s muttered words beside her.

The girl nodded: "Mm, I long for it very much."

"Before, when I was in town, I told you the Wizards’ Realm isn’t as peaceful as you imagine. It’s filled with cruelty and slaughter. Even so, do you still long for it?"

From Rogers’ words, it’s clear this wasn’t his first eting with the girl, and there is a reason why he helped this mortal girl, rather than a senseless impulse.

"I still long for it because I want to see his world too."

"Him?" Rogers caught the anomaly in the girl’s tone.

"Mm, the one who saved on the snowfields and guided and my tribesn to jump down the abyss to find a safe place. I think he must be a Transcendent, right?" The girl’s eyes revealed a longing color, but quickly shifted to show regret: "Unfortunately, I was very dizzy at the ti, in a state of severe fever, and can’t rember what he looked like, only rembering, only rembering..."

The girl thought carefully and finally only rembered a shadowy figure whose shape was unclear.

Rogers pondered for a mont, then patted her shoulder: "Though this reason makes your longing for the Wizards’ Realm a bit too hasty; but, when we are young, any choice is usually made on impulse. Just like my close friend Orlando back then, he left the Black Crag Continent to co to the Wizards’ Realm to beco a wizard, purely because of a random decision."

"And I also decided haphazardly to walk the path of a wizard with my close friend, so I ca too."

"Since you long to beco a Transcendent, after you exchange goods at the Underground Market this ti, you can visit the Spirit Tree Hall to check if you have Talent."

Rogers was earnestly advising the girl, but others nearby didn’t hold out hope for the girl becoming a Talented One. Being rchants dealing with Transcendents, they naturally knew how rare it was to beco a Talented One. Countless youngsters in Windmill Town wanted to beco Talented Ones, yet in reality, no one from Windmill Town had the talent to beco a wizard in the past five years.

The chance for a refugee girl from the Eternal Night Country was even more slim.

But the girl herself didn’t know this, and after hearing Rogers’ words, she nodded heavily: "Thank you, uncle, for the reminder, I will try."

While the girl was talking, she was unaware that a hair-thin spiritual power was revolving around her.

Rogers seed to sense sothing, furrowing his brow and turning his head to look, finally fixating his gaze on a red-haired man. He could feel that the surrounding energy seed to change; Feng Man was maintaining the passage’s stability; only this seemingly invincible Transcendent could make it happen.

Rogers didn’t know what the red-haired man ant, but since he had no further actions, Rogers didn’t say anything either.

The person being watched by Rogers was, of course, Angel.

He didn’t hide his spiritual power earlier; he simply wanted to check the ntal Power Value of the girl.

Because he was curious, thinking that Rogers probably wouldn’t make baseless statents. Him suggesting the girl check if she had Talent might an he determined she had the potential to beco a Talented One?

However, to Angel’s slight regret, under his spiritual power observation, this girl did not reach the critical point of being a Talented One.

aning, she likely doesn’t have the potential to beco a Talented One.

So it seed Rogers’ words might simply be comforting.
