This is an entirely obsidian-made ring-shaped hall center, with a signal tower more than thirty ters high, guarded by crystals, and surrounded by eighteen signal receivers.
At this mont, a large number of City of Truth staff are sending ssages to various Wizard Organizations through the signal receivers.
"Yes, please temporarily evacuate the vicinity of the coast. If possible, also inform the nearby Roman Family."
