Director Ford walked in and said, "It was indeed an oversight in the notification. Bella, use the next two days to prepare for the film crew’s press conference the day after tomorrow."
"Okay, Director Ford, I got it." Bella Acker nodded.
Attending the press conference definitely requires preparing a suitable outfit, which ans spending money again. Just thinking about it made Bella feel the pinch.
Director Ford continued, "Oh, by the way, this is a makeup press conference, and everyone will be wearing costus then, so you don’t need to prepare separate clothing."
"Really? That’s great." Bella breathed a sigh of relief. Although the money Shannon lent her was also enough to buy a nice outfit for the conference, she preferred not to use it if she didn’t have to.
"Great?" Director Ford was taken aback, not quite understanding why she was suddenly so happy.
Bella’s face turned a little red, and she smiled embarrassedly, "I an I like wearing costus, they look good."
Director Ford just asked casually and didn’t think much of it, then turned his attention to Sharon Cheney, "Sharon, this issue was Old Wang’s oversight. I’ll have him find out more."
"No need to ask," Sharon shook her head, "Considering Vivian Norris’s attitude towards Bella, it’s clear she did it on purpose. An experienced person making things difficult for a newcor, it’s as if she’s regressing."
Director Ford felt a bit displeased. As a director, he naturally hoped that the actors working together would behave properly and focus on filming, without engaging in petty tactics that disrupt the crew’s atmosphere.
Bella tugged at Sharon Cheney’s arm and whispered, "Ms. Cheney, don’t be angry."
Sharon sighed, "Let’s wait a bit. Once Ms. Flynn’s issues are resolved, Vivian Norris will realize she’s in trouble. If she has any sense left, she won’t dare make things difficult for you again."
"Has a solution been found for Elaine Studio’s issues?" Director Ford asked upon hearing this.
Sharon nodded, not wanting to ntion Bella and Damian Sinclair’s relationship, simply saying, "We asked so friends for favors, it should be fine now."
"Hmm. I also reached out to a couple of old friends, and they have roles in their scripts, which they agreed to let Elaine Studio’s actors audition for." Director Ford reassured, "Since the issue is resolved, don’t worry about her anymore."
He seed to intentionally slow down his speech and his gaze toward Sharon turned sowhat different.
Bella blinked her eyes in confusion, was there sothing going on between Ms. Cheney and Director Ford?
Sharon t Director Ford’s gaze, felt a sudden panic, and imdiately looked away, "I know. If there’s nothing else, Bella and I will head out first."
"Sharon..." Director Ford reflexively reached out, wanting to hold her arm.
Sharon evaded, forcing a slight smile, "Director Ford, anything else?"
"No...not really. Today you only have two night scenes, after filming, you can go back and rest. There’s no scene scheduled for you tomorrow morning, you can co to the set in the afternoon."
"Okay, I understand." Sharon agreed and walked out of the studio with Bella.
Bella was more puzzled. Weren’t the schedules clearly marked on the script for when soone doesn’t have scenes? Why was Director Ford informing Ms. Cheney specifically? And judging by Ms. Cheney’s expression, was there so kind of conflict between her and Director Ford?
Earlier, when Ms. Cheney ca out of the studio, her expression seed a bit out of sorts. Could it be because of a conflict with Director Ford?
Seeing Bella constantly glancing sneakily at her, Sharon finally asked, "What’s up?"
