No wonder she missed so many of his calls; it turns out she didn’t an to ignore them, she just forgot her phone.
Though the two of them have reconciled now, knowing this truth made Damian Sinclair feel a bit better.
He handed his phone to her, "Do it yourself." With that, he took his pajamas and went to shower.
"Hey, Damian, your phone’s unlock password is..." Bella Acker lit up his phone to find a passcode screen, but just as she was about to ask, Damian had already entered the bathroom.
"What could the passcode be?" Bella mused as she stared at the screen. After a while, struck by a sudden thought, she punched in 120116 on the keypad. The phone buzzed, but the screen remained locked; the password was incorrect.
Bella frowned and tried again with 121106, but it was still wrong.
Feeling a tad disappointed, Bella murmured to herself, "Silly, Damian’s too sensible to set our birthdays as his phone password. But... didn’t he pick the apartnt’s unit floor deliberately?"
Gritting her teeth, Bella figured she could try once more—after all, only five wrong attempts would lock the phone. If she couldn’t unlock it, she’d just wait for Damian to finish showering and then call Shannon or Ms. Cheney.
With a determined mindset, Bella went for a last-ditch effort and entered 106121, and the screen suddenly opened up to the ho screen.
"It worked... it worked?!
Overwheld by the unexpected twist, Bella almost couldn’t react.
Damian really had set the phone’s password to their birthdays, with hers first and his second.
Bella felt like Damian had placed her right at the center of his heart, and couldn’t help but roll back and forth on the bed with her phone, "Ahhhh! I’m so happy, what do I do!"
She was itching to find soone to share her feelings with, never imagining that being valued so much by soone she liked could make her feel like her heart was floating on clouds.
Such a blend of happiness and surreality.
After all, it’s Damian Sinclair!

Slumping down on the soft quilt, Bella lifted the phone, which had auto-locked again, and reentered 106121. The ho screen popped up once more.
She did nothing but stare blankly at the default ho screen, chuckling silly to herself.
What should she do? She felt like her happiness was about to take flight.
After Bella chuckled enough, she lay in the quilt and started seriously checking out Damian’s phone.
"Huh? Why are there so many unread ssages? Doesn’t Damian ever read his texts?" Bella pouted, tilting her head as she absentmindedly swung her feet, muttering to herself, "Nah, Damian usually replies to my ssages... Should I peek at his texts? Maybe he’ll have ssages from other won?"
"Ah, no! No, I can’t! This is Damian’s privacy, I can’t intrude! Besides, I just vowed to trust him going forward." Bella pouted. Though she really wanted to glance at Damian’s texts, she finally resisted and, instead, opened the dial pad to call Sandra Woods.
The phone rang three tis before it was picked up, and Bella mischievously muttered, "Hey, Shannon."
"Bella?" Sandra’s voice ca from the other end. "You sound so happy. Did things get sorted out?"
"Yeah, yeah, everything’s all cleared up." Bella couldn’t help but smile, "We’ve made up."
