Damian Sinclair ca out of the restroom, his eyes swept around but he didn’t find Bella Acker.
Where did she run off to?
"Um... are you Damian?" A young guy spotted Damian Sinclair and cautiously stepped forward to ask.
Damian Sinclair turned his indifferent gaze towards him.
The young man was briefly stunned by his gaze and said, "There’s a girl nad Bella who asked to wait here for you and then take you over there." He pointed to a stage not far away where the music was loud, thinking to himself that this man was indeed as handso as the girl said.
What kind of trick is Bella Acker playing again?
Damian Sinclair frowned, and the young man, thinking that he didn’t want to go, quickly said, "Please co with . If you don’t go, I can’t get my things back and won’t earn my pay for today’s part-ti job."
"Let’s go." Damian Sinclair took the lead in walking towards the stage.
The young man finally breathed a sigh of relief and followed him.
On stage, an animal show was being perford, with many people dressed in animal costus dancing, and a crowd gathered below to watch the performance, mostly parents with their little children.
Damian Sinclair stood outside the crowd, his tall stature allowing him to clearly see the performance on stage, giving a sense of standing out in a crowd.
He was a bit puzzled about what Bella Acker intended to do.
"Next, let’s welco our animal babies as they bring the kids ’New Year Cha-Cha.’ Everyone, please applaud," a girl in a rabbit costu announced on stage, and the little kids below responded with happy applause.
The music started, and five perforrs in animal costus rushed onto the stage, starting to dance along with the music.
"A bustling new year with too many busy monts, let’s cheer together now, casually change into beautiful clothes, and let’s dance our joyful dance..."
The lively music even made the kids below start hopping and bouncing along.
A little boy in overalls with a down jacket on top, wearing a small Mickey Mouse hat, was so excited while bouncing around that he accidentally bumped into Damian Sinclair, landing against his calf.
"Ah!" The little boy was taken aback a bit and looked up in confusion.
Damian Sinclair glanced down at him.
The little boy’s gaze was not clear; it was sowhat scattered, giving a dazed look when he looked at people.
"Sorry, sir, did he bump into you?" A middle-aged woman in a coat hurried up, took the little boy’s hand, and said, "Bonnie, you bumped into the uncle, quickly apologize to the uncle."
"Apologize." The little boy looked dazed, but he followed the middle-aged woman’s deanor and was very cute.
He might not quite understand what apologizing ant, but he seed to know he did sothing wrong by bumping into soone, so he sincerely said sorry.
The middle-aged woman’s well-maintained, delicate face showed a hint of embarrassnt as she nodded slightly and apologized on behalf of her son, "Sir, I’m sorry."
"It’s okay." Damian Sinclair wouldn’t hold a grudge against a little kid.
The middle-aged woman nodded again with a reserved smile, then took the little boy’s hand and said, "Bonnie, shall we go ho now?"
"No." The little boy turned his head and pointed to the stage, "Look at the dogs."
"Shall we co back tomorrow?"
"No!" The little boy clearly didn’t want to go ho yet and broke free from the middle-aged woman’s hand, running away.
"Bonnie, slow down, don’t fall." The middle-aged woman had no choice but to chase after him.
Damian Sinclair looked on indifferently for a couple of seconds, then refocused his gaze back on the stage.
The music on stage stopped, and the others left the stage, leaving only the person in the puppy costu remaining.
