Sharon Cheney saw her confusion and explained with a smile, "Only so of the main actors can attend the opening ceremony; ordinary supporting actors are not qualified to co."
Bella Acker felt a bit embarrassed, feeling like a novice who knew nothing, "This is the first ti I learned there are such rules."
"You’ll naturally know once you’ve experienced more." As Sharon Cheney spoke with her, familiar actors approached them.
"Sharon, long ti no see. You look just the sa with hardly any changes." The actress who approached was poised, not particularly striking but very pleasant to look at.
"You’re saying that about , but you’re the sa." Sharon Cheney smiled and embraced her before introducing, "Bella, this is my good sister. You can just call her Ms. Flynn. Elaine, this is Bella, a very nice young girl."
"It’s rare for you to sincerely praise soone as nice." Elaine Vaughn gave Bella Acker a serious yet comfortable appraising look and said with a smile, "She’s a pretty good young girl. Did you co from acting school?"
"Hello, Ms. Flynn. I just enjoy acting. I used to watch TV and study acting at ho, but I haven’t attended a drama academy." Bella Acker politely greeted and explained.
"Director Ford has always had a keen eye for talent. If you’ve landed a role, it ans your acting skills must be solid." Elaine Vaughn nodded, "A young girl who can achieve such results by studying acting through TV must be very talented, with a promising future ahead."
Sharon Cheney playfully hit Elaine Vaughn’s arm, "Don’t fill Bella’s head with all these notions. Young people should just take solid steps forward, one at a ti."
"Alright, alright, I was wrong. Can’t you forgive ?" Being tapped, Elaine Vaughn wasn’t upset and continued to smile, "I heard your assistant had to take leave. Are you here alone this ti?"
"Yes. I’m not comfortable working with unfamiliar people." Sharon Cheney replied.
"You’re so picky." Elaine Vaughn rolled her eyes and said, "Do you think we’re still in our twenties when we could run between several crews on our own? Never mind, I’ve brought two assistants with ; I’ll lend you one, and you can’t refuse."
Sharon Cheney seed a bit helpless and sighed, "Then let have Shaw. I’m more familiar with her."
"You didn’t have to say that. I’ve already instructed Shaw." Elaine Vaughn said, "Let’s go, Director Ford is here too. Let’s go say hello. Bella, co along. We’re all in the sa crew for months, so it’s good to know each other and watch each other’s back."
"Okay." Bella Acker agreed and followed them toward the group of people gathered.
Elaine Vaughn held Sharon Cheney’s arm, and from the tone of their conversation and their mannerisms, one could tell their relationship was genuinely good.
Elaine Vaughn said, "Did you hear? Even the biggest investor is attending today’s opening ceremony; it seems they really value the filming of ’Brocade River and Mountain.’"
Sharon Cheney nodded, "That’s a good thing. At least the filming’s quality and post-production won’t be too bad." With their experience, they no longer pursued fa and fortune like newcors, only aiming to shoot good films.
As they chatted, the three of them reached the crowd.
Regardless of whether they were crew staff or so veteran actors, they all greeted Sharon Cheney and Elaine Vaughn with smiles.
Bella Acker, as a completely unfamiliar newcor, felt a bit awkward standing beside them.
Her eyes moved over the faces of those exchanging pleasantries, looking toward the back, and suddenly she paused.
