Outside the door stood Katherine.

Cassian wasn’t far behind, his clothes easier to throw back on as he rushed, trying to steady himself.
"We are here, my lady..." he called out, forcing his voice to sound normal—almost casual—as he buttoned up his pants, though the tension hadn’t quite left his face.
Lucy, on the other hand, had more trouble.

Both Cassian and Ravees bowed.
"My lady... how was your day?" Cassian asked.
"Had better ones..." she replied calmly.
Ravees stepped forward slightly.
"What about you three—" Katherine began, her eyes moving around the room again, pausing when she didn’t see Lucy anywhere.
"Pretty good... we visited an old church... then went to the market..." Cassian said casually, keeping his tone relaxed.
Ravees followed up smoothly, "We had fish for dinner... Lucy cooked for us."
She made sure to keep it simple—nothing that would make Katherine suspicious. Even if her lady didn’t mind certain things, that didn’t an she’d be fine with them playing those kinds of gas.
"Then we ca back and were just playing a ga... pretty fun, actually," Cassian added, throwing a mischievous glance at Ravees that only made her a little uneasy. "Lucy stepped out halfway through to take a bath..."
"Oh," Katherine said lightly. "When she’s done, ask her to give Hope sothing to eat..."
She handed over the small kitten, who imdiately wriggled free, jumping onto Cassian’s chest before climbing up to his shoulder.
"Then co to my room," Katherine continued, already turning slightly. "I want a massage... one last ti before you return..."
"I’ll be there my lady..." he said as ravees bit blushe followed katherine back to her room while cassian taking reliaved sighed close the door as second, and lucy’s opened next instance.
Sighing in relief, she let out a quiet breath. "I thought she was going to catch again..."
Cassian raised a brow, casually rubbing the kitten’s cheek as it purred in his hands. "Catch again?"
"Yeah... just old stuff..." she brushed it off quickly, then turned it back on him with a small, knowing look. "You’re going to co back after giving our lady her massage... right?"
"Well..." he tilted his head slightly, a smirk forming, "Is there sothing here worth coming back for?"
Hope jumped out of his hands at that mont, landing lightly on the floor.
Lucy turned, clearly amused, and instead of answering directly, she slowly turned her back to him.
"I can think of a few things..." she said, her tone teasing as she leaned down to pick up the kitten.
The movent wasn’t subtle.

She glanced at him from the corner of her eye.

Cassian leaned in closer, his lips brushing near her ear as he spoke, his voice low.

His lips trailed upward, moving from her ear toward her lips.
