"So... it seems I have to rely on my quick wit again."

Cheng Ye took a deep breath, shifting his gaze away from the Skill Level 1 option and focusing on intelligence search.

Since the recognition gained from actions had reached its limit, and he couldn’t possibly use any special punishnt or coercion against Liu Kun, the Extraordinary, the focus naturally had to shift to ideological recognition.

Use words to sway Liu Kun’s recognition, elevating the level of cooperation.

And regardless of his curiosity about Liu Kun personally or his inquiry into the world of the Extraordinary, he was curious about what Liu Kun truly cared about.

Of course, with the experience from the previous two searches, when he pressed the intelligence search, his mind didn’t focus on anything concrete.

Like what Liu Kun cared about regarding the Inspector, or what Liu Kun wanted to see about the Inspector.

Rather.

"Search, Liu Kun’s secret that he least wants others to know."

A rather vague request.

The mont the command was issued, the Collector panel began to flicker suddenly, countless garbled codes flying and reorganizing like uncontrollable fireflies in his vision, more intensely than any previous search.

Furthermore, the flickering text had always been ink black in the past, but this ti, Cheng Ye couldn’t help but raise his eyebrows.

The edges of those garbled codes actually had a hint of sharp flaming red, emanating a restless energy.

"No wonder he’s an Extraordinary, everything about him is special."

Cheng Ye sighed internally. Before his voice even ceased, his vision faded rapidly like it was splashed with ink, everything surrounding him, the crowd outside the isolation door, the silhouette of the Military Saber, the tables on the desk...

Everything shattered like glass, turning into countless dots of light and dissolving.

Buzz.

The reorganized intelligence space instantly ford.

Does it look familiar?

Out of instinct, Cheng Ye pressed pause, refraining from quickly inspecting the core content, instead navigating the vision to explore the space.

The layout here looked familiar, closely resembling the basent beneath Uncle Dong’s store.

There was a spiral staircase leading downwards, with bright wall lamps hanging on the walls.

The difference was that this room was much larger, approximately 80 square ters in size.

And in the center stood a silver-grey dical bed, with tal restraining straps embedded on its edges, standing beside a sealed-to-the-top large cabinet, its doors made of frosted glass, faintly able to see rows of syringes and vials inside.

In the corner, a pile of dical monitoring equipnt, only seen by Cheng Ye in movies, sat with its screens black, data cables snake-like tangled around the machines.

This place... was like a micro dical room, yet bearing the coldness unique to a villain’s laboratory.

Was it within the Buffer Zone, or amidst the ruins?

Cheng Ye attempted to expand beyond the basent’s scope, but as soon as the vision ventured beyond the staircase, it hit an expanse of blinding void, nothing visible, evidently beyond the limits of the intelligence search.

He retracted his vision, returning to the basent, taking a deep breath before pressing play.

Heavy footsteps imdiately echoed through the space, accompanied by the creaking sound of the staircase door being opened, as Liu Kun descended with a stern expression.

He removed the oversized raincoat he wore, revealing the tight combat uniform underneath.

Cheng Ye promptly switched perspectives, eager to observe closely.

But in the next mont, he involuntarily held his breath, his mind felt like it was struck with a heavy hamr, buzzing loudly.

It’s it, it’s it, it’s precisely it!

The gaze from the "another dinsion", at last, taking a tangible form.

Resting on Liu Kun’s shoulder.

It was a giant eagle.

Its entire body covered in fla-like feathers, each one subtly trembling, emitting a gold-red glow, as if countless sparks were trapped within the feather shafts.

The wings, even when folded, were half a ter wide, yet sprawling out filled nearly half of the basent.

The golden beak and sharp claws exuded a cold, hard sheen, seemingly able to effortlessly rip through steel, but most terrifying were its eyes, not normal avian pupils but two burning pools of lava, now locked firmly in the direction of the lens beyond Liu Kun’s shoulder.

Even if rely a virtual confrontation within the intelligence space, even though rationally aware he was absolutely safe now, Cheng Ye still felt a primal fear from the bottom of his life.

Like a seedling, struggled to breach the soil’s confines, lifting its gaze to confront the thousand-year-old giant pine standing proudly amid the snow, freezing any urge to grow.

Like a traveler lying on the earth, gazing up at Mount Everest, feeling only one’s insignificance and minuteness before absolute majesty.

Like humans looking up at the night sky, suddenly realizing the vastness of the universe, only then aware they are rely a faint glimr in the dust.

This was how he felt when he t the eyes of the Flaming Giant Eagle.

As if blood had solidified instantly throughout his body, even his thoughts seed to dull!

"What... what is this?"

Cheng Ye couldn’t help but press pause, forcibly restraining inner fear, bewildernt, and myriad indescribable emotions.

He attempted to zoom in the lens for a closer examination of this mysterious giant eagle.

But distress overca him, once zooming the vision to within three ters, even within the intelligence space, his head felt like exploding, temples thumping, vision going dark intermittently.

It was a rejection from the depths of his soul, seemingly warning him:

Do not pry!

Do not approach!

Unmatchable!

Cheng Ye swiftly retreated his vision until backing away to five or six ters away, where the tearing sensation gradually faded.

He wanted to gasp to relieve his tension, but regrettably within the intelligence space, lacking a complete physical form, he could only stare blankly at the scene of Liu Kun standing with the giant eagle, silently digesting all feelings.
