-------

Seeing that the Fire Mage Druid and Healer Druid had returned, Vikram imdiately brought everyone to Legendary Ruin Gate.

It was finally ti to challenge the Legendary Ruin - Origin of Zombies.

The mont Vikram entered the Ruin, a powerful sense of dizziness struck his mind.

His vision darkened instantly.

Whether it was caused by teleportation or sothing else, even Vikram himself could not tell.

When Vikram regained consciousness, he found himself lying on a soft bed inside a luxurious mansion room.

And beside him, soone was sleeping quietly.

Still slightly dazed, Vikram instinctively turned his head toward the woman’s face.

Then his pupils suddenly contracted. Her figure... her appearance... the familiar curve of her body... even the shape and size of her breast... everything was exactly the sa.

The woman beside him was none other than, Isha Rajput.

For a mont, Vikram completely froze.

"How is she here...?"

His mind instantly beca chaotic. Had he returned to the previous Ruin sohow? Or was this still part of the Legendary Ruin itself?

Before he could figure anything out, the woman beside him slowly opened her eyes.

Isha blinked sleepily before looking toward Vikram.

Seeing him awake, she casually glanced toward the clock nearby.

9:00 AM.

For a second, she seed to think she was still dreaming.

Then, she suddenly reached out and pulled Vikram’s cheek hard.

"Ouch! Aunt, what are you doing?!"

Even with Vikram’s current terrifying physique, the sudden pinch still hurts enough to make him shout.

The mont she heard the word "Aunt," Isha beca completely stunned.

Clearly, she thought she was still dreaming. So without hesitation. "Smack!"

She slapped Vikram across the face.

The force was so ridiculous that Vikram did not even have ti to react.

Like a basketball, his body directly flew off the bed and slamd into the nearby wall.

"Bang!!"

Even blood trickled from the corner of his mouth afterward.

"Aunt! What are you doing?! That hurts!"

Vikram shouted again while holding his face.

This ti, Isha finally realized she was not dreaming. However, confusion instantly appeared on her face.

"Why are you calling Aunt?"

Vikram looked even more confused than her.

"Aren’t you my aunt?"

Hearing this, Isha stared at him strangely before replying:

"Yes, I was... But that was years ago. Now we’re husband and wife."

As she spoke, Isha raised her hand and pointed toward the ring on her finger.

Only then did Vikram notice, both of them were wearing matching wedding rings.

anwhile, Isha herself was becoming increasingly confused.

Because today, Vikram’s behavior felt completely different from usual.

Vikram gradually understood one thing, in this world, Isha was truly his wife.

However, instead of happiness, confusion filled his mind.

When had all this happened?

And more importantly, had he sohow returned to the previous Ruin?

Just as countless thoughts surfaced in his head, the familiar Wasteland System notification suddenly appeared before his eyes.

At the sa ti, large amounts of mories rapidly flooded into his mind.

"Ugh..."

Vikram held his forehead as fragnted mories continuously rged together.

Only after several minutes did he finally understand the situation completely.

This was not the previous Ruin. It was an entirely different world.

A different Ruin.

In this world, humanity was divided into three categories.

The first were ordinary humans who had never awakened any power.

The second were Awakened Humans, individuals possessing supernatural abilities and special statuses far beyond normal people.

These people were collectively known as Hunters.

Every Hunter possessed unique abilities, combat-oriented physiques, and a special status system completely different from ordinary humans.

What surprised Vikram even more was, the city where they currently lived was also called Caron City.

The exact sa na as the previous Ruin. Except for this ti it was a city.

Whether it was coincidence or sothing deeper, even Vikram could not determine.

As for Isha, in this world, she was the Captain of Team 11.

Naturally, Vikram himself was also part of Team 11 since he too was an awakened Hunter here.

After sorting through the mories, Vikram quickly realized sothing else.

The mbers of Team 11 were all familiar faces. Rohit, Jas, Deepak, Vikrant, Arjun, Imran, Raghav, Neha, Pooja, Ayesha, Sana and Kavya.

Almost every mber was exactly the sa as in the previous Ruin. Even their abilities and combat roles were nearly identical.

The only major difference was, there was one additional mber this ti.

Bushra. Sana’s younger sister.

And according to the mories Vikram had just inherited, she was also his girlfriend in this world like the previous ruin.

As Vikram continued sorting through the inherited mories, another truth surfaced, a truth he had never expected.

This world did not only contain Humans and Hunters.

There was a third race, Vampires.

And unlike ordinary fantasy stories, the Vampires here were not hiding in darkness.

They ruled the world openly. Most of humanity had already fallen.

The remaining humans survived only within restricted districts, fortified cities, and hidden safe zones protected by Hunters.

To resist the Vampires, awakened humans had ford a massive organization known as the Hunter Federation.

Hunters fought constantly against Vampire forces using awakened abilities and supernatural powers.

However, just like in the previous Ruin, Vikram once again possessed an infamous reputation.

But this ti, the reason was completely different.

In the previous Ruin, Vikram had been infamous for being overly lustful and shalessly flirting with almost every attractive woman he t.

That was also how he eventually ended up together with Bushra there.

But in this Ruin, even though he was now an awakened Hunter, his reputation was still terrible.

Not because of lust, but because of laziness. Extre laziness.

From childhood onward, this version of Vikram had been unbelievably slothful.

Sleeping, skipping missions, avoiding responsibility. Escaping work whenever possible.

While other Hunters risked their lives fighting Vampires for survival, Vikram relied almost entirely on Isha to protect and support him.

And in this world, every Hunter was required to complete a monthly mission quota assigned by the Federation.

Naturally, Vikram almost never completed his own tasks.

As a result, nearly all of his responsibilities eventually fell onto Isha’s shoulders.

Not only did she need to complete her own missions as Team 11’s Captain, she also constantly cleaned up Vikram’s unfinished work.

Because of this, the other Team 11 mbers gradually beca increasingly dissatisfied with him.

Rohit cursed him. Jas mocked him.

Even the girls who initially liked him, Ayesha, Sana, Kavya, and Pooja, slowly began losing patience with him.

After all, no matter how handso soone was, endlessly sleeping while others risked their lives naturally beca irritating.

However, none of the insults or complaints ever seed to affect Vikram.

Whenever soone scolded him, he simply yawned and went back to sleep.

That was also why Isha had been so shocked earlier.

In this world, Vikram waking up early at 9 AM was almost impossible.

So when she saw him already awake beside her bed, her first thought genuinely was, "I must still be dreaming.

Just as Vikram was still digesting the mories of this new Ruin, another familiar notification suddenly appeared before his eyes.

The cold chanical voice of the Wasteland System echoed inside his mind.

[Legendary Ruin Activated: Origin of Zombies]

[Current World Background: Vampire Dominated World]

[Difficulty Level: Legendary]

[Danger Rating: Extrely High]

[Main Mission]

[Find the true Origin of Zombies]

[Mission Details: Investigate the hidden truth buried within this world and uncover the true source behind the existence of Zombies, how they have appeared.]

[Mission Reward: Unknown]

[Mission Failure: Death]

[Side Mission 1]

[Slaughter Vampires]

[Mission Details: Kill as many Vampire creatures as possible. Final rewards will be calculated based on total contribution.]

[Side Mission 2]

[Save Humanity]

[Mission Details: Rescue surviving humans and increase the survival rate of human settlents. Final rewards will be calculated based on performance and influence.]

After reading the notifications, Vikram’s expression gradually beca serious.

The side missions were understandable enough.

But the Main Mission, that was the true problem.

Because according to all the mories he had inherited in this world... there was not even the slightest trace of Zombies.

Not a single one.

The people here had never even heard of such creatures before.

This world only knew humans, hunters and Vampires.

Yet despite that, the System had directly issued the mission:

[Find the Origin of Zombies]

That alone proved one thing.

Sowhere within this world, Zombies definitely existed.

Or perhaps... they had not appeared yet.

Thinking of this possibility, Vikram narrowed his eyes slightly.

And since this was a Legendary Ruin, there was absolutely no way the mission would be simple. After all, the penalty is death directly.

And he can’t take the Wasteland System notification as a joke, especially when it cos to his life.

After calming himself slightly, Vikram slowly stood up from the bed and began carefully examining the mories and abilities of this world’s version of himself.

The more he checked, the stranger his expression beca.

In this Ruin, the previous Vikram did not possess the Plant Life System, no Plant Essence.

Instead, this world’s Vikram was an Awakened Hunter possessing a rare-type Summoning Ability.

At first glance, it sounded completely unrelated to his original power.

However, the mont Vikram examined the summoned creatures of this world’s self, his heart imdiately trembled.

Because every summoned being... was still connected to plant life.

Not only that, they were practically the sa Plant Warriors as his.

The very first summoned creature this world’s Vikram had ever contracted with was Guardian Sprouts.

And afterward ca, Warrior, Archer, Healer, Fire Mage, Water Mage, Light Mage Druid, Assassin, Phantom, Storm Mage, Ice Mage and until finally the latest summoned creature beca. Earth Mage Sprout.

The exact sa evolution line. The exact sa plant entities.

Even more terrifying, despite this world’s Vikram being unbelievably lazy and rarely participating in actual battles... The other plants from Sprouts had still sohow evolved into the Druids.

And the Phantom Sprout had still sohow evolved into the Phantom Treekin.

That was what truly shocked Vikram.

Because according to the mories he inherited, this world’s Vikram almost never fought personally.

Most missions were completed by Isha and her Team 11.

Plants Sprouts didn’t fight, yet despite that, the Phantom Treekin still reached evolution. And it has evolved recently.

The sa ti, when his Phantom evolved. It is like, sohow, both growth has connected.

At this point, Vikram gradually realized sothing terrifying.

This could no longer be explained as coincidence.

One similarity? Perhaps coincidence. Two similarities? Still possible.

But now, the Plants, their evolution routes, their personalities, their abilities, their hierarchy, and even the evolved Phantom Treekin, all existed once again inside an entirely different Ruin world.

Vikram slowly narrowed his eyes. A chilling thought gradually surfaced in his mind.

Perhaps... the Plant Life System itself was not as simple as he originally believed.

Or maybe, the Ruins themselves were sohow connected to him.

No matter how he thought about it, this level of overlap was impossible to explain through random chance alone.
